      That's not something they control. My husband has a channel and never put ads in his videos yet he has them. Not sure how CZcams decides that. And he doesn't get paid from them either 😂.

    I started doing this workout to tone my calves, but it's worked wonders for my weak left ankle. It now feels stronger and less painful, which is nice in general, but it also allows me to do more cardio, which really helps me feel fit and healthy. Thank you!

    More of these workouts please!! I have great upper leg, arm definition, but struggle with calf. I have always envied those with great calves. My bottom legs look like stumps!

    Perfect timing!!! Just finished a chest and shoulder opener yoga and this popped up right as I needed a short, little spurt of leg work to balance me out! Thank you so much for being such a huge part of my get-fit journey this year and bringing more dance back into my life! Ten inches off the waist so far and feeling fine! You rock!!!

    I used to be a ballet dancer but had to quit because of hEDS and ankle injuries from pointe, this is the first calf workout I’ve found that doesn’t flare the nerve damage in my ankle. Thank you!!

    Ive done this one now maybe 6 times within 2 weeks, and I'm definitely noticing a difference in my calves!
    It actually hurt a bit to walk after the first time due to stiffness, so I've stretched my calves a lot more after each time now, and it's getting easier.
    This is so motivating. Thank you!

    Thank you for this! I recently started a running program but my left calf kept cramping making it difficult to continue. After doing your workout consistently for a couple of weeks, my calves were stronger and I was pain free!!

    I really loved this workout, specifically because it made me feel super empowered and stronger than I have in months! I especially loved all the engaging up and down, specific position, movement, and while it was a bit difficult at times, I enjoyed it immensely. Thank you!     This is in my permanent rotation along with Maddie's five minute arm workout . A great short addition for leg day or if five minutes is all I can alot to a workout spread throughout the day

    2 week update - my legs feel so much stronger it really strengthened my feet, helps alot with other excersizes, u can really tell a difference. For the appearance there is a visual difference but it's not enough for me yet.

    This is great for pointe too! I just finished the routine in my pointe shoes and it pushed me more that I would probably have done!

    This is a good deep stretch practice. It flows at the perfect pace. I Love yin but sometimes I want that same concept but not necessarily wanting to stay in the pose that long. Just a good pre or post workout stretch. It's been a few years since I've visited this channel but still love it. Thanks

    This was honestly surprisingly easy, I struggled very much with your arm workouts but the leg ones I fly through at first try, shows what tall people are better at lol...
