I did the workout two days ago but i forgot to do on yesterday. So i am leaving this comment as a reminder.
Day 1: Done
Day 2:Done
Day 3: I had a busy day so i couldn't find a time during morning but before sleep i did the workout.
Day 4: I had a busy day again but i did the workout in my first free time. I started to see result! Also i feel stronger anymore cuz i didn't even feel tired or stop during the workout.
Day 5: I can't belive how my stamina improved! I really feel no tiredness and no hardness during the workout.
Day 6: Results are amazing! I mean nobody tells me oh you look thiner but when i see myself on the mirror i can see the changes. This motivates me.
Day 7: I never thought an 8 minutes workout during a week could change my body that much. This girl definitely knows what she is doing. I didn't even workout 1 hour in a week and i can see the changes!

this workout is fire. and this woman knows what she is doing. i have a pear shaped body and sice almost a year, i have been trying to make my thighs thinner, but failing miserably. THIS acc worked. so trust me, be loyal and follow up on it for a week or longer, and in no time, you will be obsessed with your thighs. and dont forget to also do a cardio along with it, or nothing will actually get burnt.

@@elisariaofficialI’m no professional but maybe, a jog in the spot before you do the workout and after, or just having a dance party before and after the work out, something along those lines those lines that gets your heart pumping. I’m gonna do the dance party and I’m gonna listen for 5 upbeat songs about 2:50 each and then the leg workout and then then another 5 songs, not caring how long they are

I started this workout during Christmas and I now do it every other day as well as Lily’s inner thigh workout and my legs & booty have never been more lean!! And I’m a 34 year old Mom of a 4 year old! My husband was the first to notice the amazing tone in just a few short weeks! Stick to it & make it a part of your regular life and u will get results!

Doing this after a 20 min HITT and a 10 min cardio is no joke... this one got me the most... trust me i took 15 mins to complete.this 8 min one and i feel the burn! Love it!❤❤❤❤

Maybe you need to do a cardio too but if it just works to do one video then that’s really good
to every one who wants to get toned, slim legs - remember that you won’t achieve those in “just 7 days”. progress takes time. it’s gonna be reallyyy hard but believe me when i say that it’s all going to be worth it. personally, i saw results during the 2nd month of consistently working out. just trust the process! rooting for all of you 💜✨

Depends on the person really! I see results in about one week with any workout ive done but my friend doesnt see any till 3-4 weeks. Just depends on your body and genetics really!
People could see it in the first 3 days, some in the first week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks. Everybody’s time varies, depends on your metabolism and consistency. My friend saw results in a couple of weeks, but her metabolism is not that high, yet me, I lost 3 cm in 4 days of this, so what ur saying is not fully correct (no hate)
it depends- if people are doing this alone, then they may not seee results in two weeks, it will prob be more like 4, but for people like me, who are constantly running and playing sports it will be sooner

Day 1 - ✅ (it was pretty hard for me my legs are hurting)
Day 2- ✅ ( it was hurting today but not like the first day )
Day 3- ✅ ( today I did this very early in the morning and I'm feeling so good but still I'm seeing no Change in my thoghs yet )

Day 5- ✅ (ahh I'm feeling so good after doing this workout I'm feeling like my thighs are a bit slimmer now but I'm not sure can't wait to measure)

This is my daily workout for 2 weeks and I'm not gonna leave it, cuz I will go to holiday after 2 weeks, so believe me I will end it
I did this workout two times a day and my legs felt so much burnt everyday. Also I did another workout for waist from this channel and for abs from Chloe Ting

So my routine:
1-day: Completed! I felt so much burn in my legs so I couldn't walk normally for a while (just I love feeling burn after workout whole day)
2-day: Completed! I felt less pain so I wanted to do 3rd time but nah, first two exercises hit the pain so I didn't wanna do it anymore today.
3-day: I did 3 times, yay! First one was in the morning, last two were in the afternoon(in order to feel burn, of course). I did daily workout with some tips not to feel the burn. They are like fighting exercises with arms. In this case, I was concentrated on my arms so I didn't pay attention to the pain. Also I closed my eyes when I was working on my abs and waist, so that I didn't see my legs reaching my hand, for example, so I did it fully(automatically). I recommend to use them while having workout, u won't feel pain so much but will have better results. And of course, I felt burn.
4-day: Did it! But I felt dizzy whole workout process, idk why so I couldn't do abs workout fully because I felt so much pressure which would cause some problems. So I did only waist and two times lean legs workout. Upper thigh - 49, lower thigh - 44, waist - 63 ok -_- I'm gonna continue it.
5-day: Completed! Also I put off abs workout from my routine cuz I thought waist is gonna be enough
6-day: Completed! Every day I'm doing it better!
7-day: Skipped bc I cleaned whole house
1st week results:
upper thigh - 48cm (-2cm)
lower thigh - 43cm (-2cm)
Waist - 64cm oh it's bc of my period when it ends it will be around 62cm
8-day: Did it once. I found another's inner thigh workout from russian youtuber. I know this workout, I did it last summer and it really helped me to lose some centimetres on my legs. So started doing this. Also have my period nowಠ◡ಠ. But I'm not gonna leave it. I don't have any pain on stomach so I can do workouts even for abs(I searched it).
9-day: Completed!
I can't do it anymore bc I have my period so it's hard. I'm taking results earlier

。。i stan too many groups thank you! i did her free workout programs! you download them on “leanwithlilly.com” i also made sure i stretched a-lot, before and after working out. if you are struggling with back issues i recommend yoga for back pain! its super relieving.

。。i stan too many groups i would recommend doing the workouts at different times. she usually does 2 workouts a day on her programs. do one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. in the workouts she includes beginner modifications. if your schedule is really tight just leave 10 minutes of your day to do one of her low intensity HILIT workouts. i dod the 7 day hourglass sculpt, and right now im doing the 7 day tone and fat burn.

These workouts have been killing me and I love it. You keep the exercises really interesting and switch things up. It keeps things interesting and challenging and keeps me wanting more!

Doing it for 7 days:
Day 1: difficult to push through so I didn’t do as good as I could have.
Day 2: legs are sore but bearable, pushed harder and managed fine
Day 3: legs are still sore but less today and I pushed through fine.
Day 4: no soreness, did fine I can feel my legs getting use to this now.
Day 5: legs feel a bit stronger rn and still no soreness.
Day 6: slight soreness on the sides but managed fine and I’m ready for day 7 to come.
Day 7: finished with no soreness.
Overall: some difficulty at the beginning of the week but as I kept going it became easier to do. Id recommend this for people to do if they want to help tone and build muscle.

Day 30: ✔ Last Day!! I would say this workout has helped me. Before my legs were so heavy but after doing this workout, it felt very light! I would say that my legs has decreased a bit in size. It is more toned and I love it. The first and second week was challenging because I always doubted myself, but I kept on going and eventually reached my goal. So don't give up, you will definitely reach your goal some day. Our bodies are different, some people might take more than a week or a month, some might see their results quickly so keep on going until you reached your goal!

These workouts are really nice for at home and I love how I feel more energized since I've started although the burn can be a bit annoying. But I still love it and it has really helped me feel stronger and more confident
Okay I’m going to try do this for the whole month guys! Please remind me if I forget to do one day and I’ll make up for it the next, assuming people are still using this workout after 3 years! Im not going to do any extreme diets, only because I’m still growing (13 years old). I will do some carb cutting and only eat nutritious snacks/less snacks. I will also do some weight lifting (my little sister ❤, 24kgs) and like piggyback her and run around the house with her on my back.

@@Theonetheonly572 ……😳 okay i’ll be honest i’ve been really busy lately. i’m studying so much these days (i was doing homework before this rn) and i haven’t been actively following this workout, i have been doing some light exercise here and there lately though. I’ll try doing this tomorrow maybe? I can’t really commit because where i’m from there’s this test that people my age take, and if you pass you get a seat in one of the most prestigious schools which give you a good final score in year 12. I also have the ambition of being my year’s Dux but that’s another story.
Starting on 30/06/2022, I'm not currently doing any other leg workouts other than walking daily. Also adjusting my diet to cut out fast and processed foods, wish me luck!

Day 2: ✅ Pretty sore from yesterday but I powered through!

Wow, I'm really surprised that my thighs got slimmer, tbh I didn't think I would lose any cm and it would only tone my legs but I'm pleasantly surprised! It's getting easier to be consistent because I dedicate a little bit of time every day to something active. My legs are more toned, but I think it will take longer to get where I want to be so I'm going to try some more of Lily's workouts.

Day 1: ✅ I felt a burn, I’m actually a swimmer so working out isn’t too hard, I’ve gained some weight during quarantine since swimming season is canceled
Day 2: ✅ I was so sore on day two but I still did it!
Day 3: ✅ today was good! Still a little sore but it went smoothly
Day 4: ✅ I feel myself getting stronger! I do see a visible difference, I’m also doing her flat stomach in 1 week challenge
Day 5: ✅ done! My thighs are definitely slimmer and I have a little thigh gap now

Im doing this for a week and i will be giving results!
Day 1: ✅ pure pain, my legs hurt like hell and i don't know if i did the last move right.
Day 2: ✅ hurt more was hard but i know it will be good.

day 1: ✅did it once and will most likely do it again today. it burned a lot and had to take a couple breaks.
day 2: ❌ i wasnt able to do the video because i was busy, will make up for it tomorrow.
day 3: ✅ did it twice to make up for yesterday, the video got easier but it still burns. (May do the video once more tonight.)
day 4: ✅ i had no motivation but still completed the video. Certain excerises got easy but it still burns (will probably do the video again tonight.)
*FOR RESULTS SO FAR*: the video is definitely easier as you continue through out the days, but you obviously have to do it every day in a row to get results. I haven't, but i can see the my thighs are slightly slimmer then before.
