    I did the workout two days ago but i forgot to do on yesterday. So i am leaving this comment as a reminder.
    Day 1: Done
    Day 2:Done
    Day 3: I had a busy day so i couldn't find a time during morning but before sleep i did the workout.
    Day 4: I had a busy day again but i did the workout in my first free time. I started to see result! Also i feel stronger anymore cuz i didn't even feel tired or stop during the workout.
    Day 5: I can't belive how my stamina improved! I really feel no tiredness and no hardness during the workout.
    Day 6: Results are amazing! I mean nobody tells me oh you look thiner but when i see myself on the mirror i can see the changes. This motivates me.
    Day 7: I never thought an 8 minutes workout during a week could change my body that much. This girl definitely knows what she is doing. I didn't even workout 1 hour in a week and i can see the changes!

    ok, hear me out-
    this workout is fire. and this woman knows what she is doing. i have a pear shaped body and sice almost a year, i have been trying to make my thighs thinner, but failing miserably. THIS acc worked. so trust me, be loyal and follow up on it for a week or longer, and in no time, you will be obsessed with your thighs. and dont forget to also do a cardio along with it, or nothing will actually get burnt.

      @@elisariaofficialI’m no professional but maybe, a jog in the spot before you do the workout and after, or just having a dance party before and after the work out, something along those lines those lines that gets your heart pumping. I’m gonna do the dance party and I’m gonna listen for 5 upbeat songs about 2:50 each and then the leg workout and then then another 5 songs, not caring how long they are

    I started this workout during Christmas and I now do it every other day as well as Lily’s inner thigh workout and my legs & booty have never been more lean!! And I’m a 34 year old Mom of a 4 year old! My husband was the first to notice the amazing tone in just a few short weeks! Stick to it & make it a part of your regular life and u will get results!

    2. Squat with legs close together
    3. Lean back and fro while sitting
    4. Single leg bridge
    5. Butt bridge
    6. Outer thigh circles (both sides)
    7. Outer thigh stretch (both sides)
    8. Step squat

    I'm gonna try this
    My legs before:53cm
    Day 1:✔️Feel burn
    Day 2:✔️It was harder than the first day, bc my knee hurts
    Day 3:I skipped today bc tomorrow I have a test, wish me luck
    Day 4:✔it was was pretty hard, I forgot to breathe
    Day 5:skipped
    Day 6:✔️Hard to do, I ran out of air.
    Day 7:✔️
    Day 8:✔️
    Day 9:✔️
    Day 10:✔️
    Day 11:✔️
    Day 12:✔️(today not that Hard)
    Legs: 50 cm
    I dont See the results but I'll do 2 more weeks
    Update ›I stopped doing this exercise because I've had a lot of exams for the last six months.
    I was focusing on school.

    And this was my first time I tried any exercise online .
    But in my case,being Muslim , I was fasting too . And also was doing yoga 🧘‍♀️

    I will do this for 2 weeks!
    day1- holy this hurts
    day 2-hurts again
    day3- a bit of a change and owwww
    day4- okayyyy i feel sm better abt myself and it still hurtss
    day5- wow if only i can express how grateful i am for lilly i lost 0.5 pounds in less than a week (i didnt check today oops)
    day6- im in painn but i did it im onto my next workout!

    Day 1: ✅ Possibly the most intense 8 minutes of my life. The burn is real!
    Day 2: ✅ Better than yesterday!
    Day 3: ✅ I can start to feel and see a difference! Make sure to stretch, because my legs are soooo sore!
    Day 4: ✅ Same as Day 3!
    Day 5: ✅ Seeing improvement!!
    Day 6: ❎ homework... 😢
    Day 7: ✅ My stamina is much better, I'm lasting longer before needing a break

    Doing this after a 20 min HITT and a 10 min cardio is no joke... this one got me the most... trust me i took 15 mins to complete.this 8 min one and i feel the burn! Love it!❤❤❤❤

    to every one who wants to get toned, slim legs - remember that you won’t achieve those in “just 7 days”. progress takes time. it’s gonna be reallyyy hard but believe me when i say that it’s all going to be worth it. personally, i saw results during the 2nd month of consistently working out. just trust the process! rooting for all of you 💜✨

      Depends on the person really! I see results in about one week with any workout ive done but my friend doesnt see any till 3-4 weeks. Just depends on your body and genetics really!

      People could see it in the first 3 days, some in the first week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks. Everybody’s time varies, depends on your metabolism and consistency. My friend saw results in a couple of weeks, but her metabolism is not that high, yet me, I lost 3 cm in 4 days of this, so what ur saying is not fully correct (no hate)

      it depends- if people are doing this alone, then they may not seee results in two weeks, it will prob be more like 4, but for people like me, who are constantly running and playing sports it will be sooner

    Starting from today current thighs :- 25 inches
    Day 1 - ✅ (it was pretty hard for me my legs are hurting)
    Day 2- ✅ ( it was hurting today but not like the first day )
    Day 3- ✅ ( today I did this very early in the morning and I'm feeling so good but still I'm seeing no Change in my thoghs yet )
    Day 4- ✅
    Day 5- ✅ (ahh I'm feeling so good after doing this workout I'm feeling like my thighs are a bit slimmer now but I'm not sure can't wait to measure)
    Day 6- ✅
    Day 7- ✅
    Results:- not a very big change but the difference is here!
    Left thigh :24.8 inches ; right thigh:24.5 inches
    IM GONNA DO THIS FOR ONE MORE WEEK
    DAY 1 ✅
    DAY 2 didn't work out today :/
    DAY 3 ✅
    DAY 4 the i didn't work for last week so I'm gonna restart again from day 5

    Day:1-✅ it was a great workout it was burning pretty bad tho
    Day:2-✅ was really fun, IT WAS BURNING SOO BAD
    Day:3-✅I was seeing tiny difference, didn’t burn as much was overall fun!!
    Day:4-✅ my legs feel stronger, didn’t really feel that hard of a burn.
    Day:5-✅ definitely was burning more then yesterday, my legs definitely look slimmer
    Day:6-✅ my legs look slimmer, was burning a lot still great!! One more day to go :)
    Day:7-✅ my legs definitely look slimmer,
    This was a great workout!! I did this workout some other workouts and went on a small diet
    I will keep doing this for another week and I’ll update you guys!! Definitely recommend! Thank you lily :)

    Okay so i start this workout today, i'll keep you guys updated!🤗 P.s. i am also doing lilly's slim inner thighs workout!
    My thighs are 49cm both, and my inner thighs are 56cm.
    Day 1: ✅ i did this workout twice today, i feel super motivated!💪It was pretty easy ngl, but i felt the burn in my thighs!
    Day 2:✅today was super hard, but i got thru this. I did it only once today💪
    Day 3:✅did it once today because i was super tiredd😪
    Day 4:✅ i did it! Today was super hard and my legs are on FIRE🔥i think my legs are getting slimmer idk😌
    Day 5: ✅ i felt do burn today🔥I'm so excited to see the final results!
    Day 6:✅donee! One more day to go!💪🔥
    Day 7:✅done! When i woke up today my legs were so sore! 🔥
    Final results: inner thighs- 55.5 cm(-0.5cm)
    thighs- 47.5cm(-1.5cm)
    I'll maybe continue to do this workout for 1 more week❤

    starting today: couldn’t find something to measure my thighs but i took a before pic so i could see a difference also i am using a resistance band

    day 1.: my waist has been hurted during one of the exercises and i didn't do all of them perfectly but it's okay felt good
    day 2.: i did it, better than yesterday
    day 3.: it felt so so much better, i did them easier
    day 4.: it was so easy tbh!
    day 5.: i did pretty good and also i loosed weight! but don't forget that i don't eat that much (i'm not hungry bc i don't even leave the house) and everyone's body is different!!

    This is my daily workout for 2 weeks and I'm not gonna leave it, cuz I will go to holiday after 2 weeks, so believe me I will end it
    I did this workout two times a day and my legs felt so much burnt everyday. Also I did another workout for waist from this channel and for abs from Chloe Ting
    13.06.22 gonna end it at 27.06.22(this day I'll have a flight)
    Waist 65
    Upper thigh 50 (both)
    Lower thigh 45 (both)
    Weight 48 kilos omg so much with my 153cm height ಠಗಠ
    So my routine:
    1-day: Completed! I felt so much burn in my legs so I couldn't walk normally for a while (just I love feeling burn after workout whole day)
    2-day: Completed! I felt less pain so I wanted to do 3rd time but nah, first two exercises hit the pain so I didn't wanna do it anymore today.
    3-day: I did 3 times, yay! First one was in the morning, last two were in the afternoon(in order to feel burn, of course). I did daily workout with some tips not to feel the burn. They are like fighting exercises with arms. In this case, I was concentrated on my arms so I didn't pay attention to the pain. Also I closed my eyes when I was working on my abs and waist, so that I didn't see my legs reaching my hand, for example, so I did it fully(automatically). I recommend to use them while having workout, u won't feel pain so much but will have better results. And of course, I felt burn.
    4-day: Did it! But I felt dizzy whole workout process, idk why so I couldn't do abs workout fully because I felt so much pressure which would cause some problems. So I did only waist and two times lean legs workout. Upper thigh - 49, lower thigh - 44, waist - 63 ok -_- I'm gonna continue it.
    5-day: Completed! Also I put off abs workout from my routine cuz I thought waist is gonna be enough
    6-day: Completed! Every day I'm doing it better!
    7-day: Skipped bc I cleaned whole house
    1st week results:
    upper thigh - 48cm (-2cm)
    lower thigh - 43cm (-2cm)
    Waist - 64cm oh it's bc of my period when it ends it will be around 62cm
    8-day: Did it once. I found another's inner thigh workout from russian youtuber. I know this workout, I did it last summer and it really helped me to lose some centimetres on my legs. So started doing this. Also have my period nowಠ◡ಠ. But I'm not gonna leave it. I don't have any pain on stomach so I can do workouts even for abs(I searched it).
    9-day: Completed!
    I can't do it anymore bc I have my period so it's hard. I'm taking results earlier
    Waist - 63
    Upper thigh - 47(both)
    Lower thigh - 43(both)

      。。i stan too many groups thank you! i did her free workout programs! you download them on “leanwithlilly.com” i also made sure i stretched a-lot, before and after working out. if you are struggling with back issues i recommend yoga for back pain! its super relieving.

      。。i stan too many groups i would recommend doing the workouts at different times. she usually does 2 workouts a day on her programs. do one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. in the workouts she includes beginner modifications. if your schedule is really tight just leave 10 minutes of your day to do one of her low intensity HILIT workouts. i dod the 7 day hourglass sculpt, and right now im doing the 7 day tone and fat burn.

    Doing it for 7 days:
    Day 1: difficult to push through so I didn’t do as good as I could have.
    Day 2: legs are sore but bearable, pushed harder and managed fine
    Day 3: legs are still sore but less today and I pushed through fine.
    Day 4: no soreness, did fine I can feel my legs getting use to this now.
    Day 5: legs feel a bit stronger rn and still no soreness.
    Day 6: slight soreness on the sides but managed fine and I’m ready for day 7 to come.
    Day 7: finished with no soreness.
    Overall: some difficulty at the beginning of the week but as I kept going it became easier to do. Id recommend this for people to do if they want to help tone and build muscle.

It is more toned and I love it. The first and second week was challenging because I always doubted myself, but I kept on going and eventually reached my goal. So don't give up, you will definitely reach your goal some day. Our bodies are different, some people might take more than a week or a month, some might see their results quickly so keep on going until you reached your goal!

    Okay I’m going to try do this for the whole month guys! Please remind me if I forget to do one day and I’ll make up for it the next, assuming people are still using this workout after 3 years! Im not going to do any extreme diets, only because I’m still growing (13 years old). I will do some carb cutting and only eat nutritious snacks/less snacks. I will also do some weight lifting (my little sister ❤, 24kgs) and like piggyback her and run around the house with her on my back.
    Starting weight (empty stomach, 12pm): 48 kilograms

      @@Theonetheonly572 ……😳 okay i’ll be honest i’ve been really busy lately. i’m studying so much these days (i was doing homework before this rn) and i haven’t been actively following this workout, i have been doing some light exercise here and there lately though. I’ll try doing this tomorrow maybe? I can’t really commit because where i’m from there’s this test that people my age take, and if you pass you get a seat in one of the most prestigious schools which give you a good final score in year 12. I also have the ambition of being my year’s Dux but that’s another story.

    Starting on 30/06/2022, I'm not currently doing any other leg workouts other than walking daily. Also adjusting my diet to cut out fast and processed foods, wish me luck!
    Legs before: 54cm
    Day 1: ✅ not so bad, remember to stretch a bit before
    Day 2: ✅ Pretty sore from yesterday but I powered through!
    Day 3: ✅ Definitely seeing an improvement in my form while doing the workouts
    Day 4: ✅ Felt the burn today
    Day 5: ✅ getting stronger!
    Day 6: ✅ Was able to do it without any modifications
    Day 7: ✅ Done! I definitely improved a lot throughout the week, but I was still feeling the burn
    Legs after: 51cm
    Wow, I'm really surprised that my thighs got slimmer, tbh I didn't think I would lose any cm and it would only tone my legs but I'm pleasantly surprised! It's getting easier to be consistent because I dedicate a little bit of time every day to something active. My legs are more toned, but I think it will take longer to get where I want to be so I'm going to try some more of Lily's workouts.

    Ok so I’ve done this workout a month ago and it’s honestly the best thing ever saw results quick amd Lilly’s good energy makes it so much more enjoyable and I still have the results but I’m here doing it for thinner legs also goes by very fast

    Okay let’s go! (This is my 3rd day doing the workout so that’s why the posted time is a little weird. I hope I don’t die on you guys!)
    Thighs now (biggest part): 24 inches
    Day 1: ✅ I felt a burn, I’m actually a swimmer so working out isn’t too hard, I’ve gained some weight during quarantine since swimming season is canceled
    Day 2: ✅ I was so sore on day two but I still did it!
    Day 3: ✅ today was good! Still a little sore but it went smoothly
    Day 4: ✅ I feel myself getting stronger! I do see a visible difference, I’m also doing her flat stomach in 1 week challenge
    Day 5: ✅ done! My thighs are definitely slimmer and I have a little thigh gap now
    Day 6: ✅ I actually had a really bad day today, I didn’t think I would do it but I did!
    Day 7: ✅ I DID IT! today is the last day (I may do this for another week but I’m not sure
    Thighs now (biggest part):
    Right - 22.5 in
    Left - 23 in.
    So I lost 1 and 1 1/2 inch, I RECCOMEND! I didn’t change my diet too much and treated myself to snacks but still was mindful about what I ate. I’m sure If you are doing a diet along with workouts you’ll get even better results!

    I started today and that workout burned like heck but I actually feel pretty good about it so far. Thank you sooooo much for everyone who commented abt their great results because I would not believe that you could get toned legs in a week and I probably would not have even tried this. We'll see how tmrw goes.

    Im doing this for a week and i will be giving results!
    Day 1: ✅ pure pain, my legs hurt like hell and i don't know if i did the last move right.
    Day 2: ✅ hurt more was hard but i know it will be good.
    Day 3: ✅ hurt and it kinda feelt like i was going to throw up but i think i was just hungry but positive note it feels very fast doing the workout and my legs feelt better after the workout.
    Day 4 : ✅ much easier today!
    Day 5 : ✅ just gets easier to do every day!
    Day 6 : ✅ like yesterday and tommorow i will be saying my progress
    Day 7 : ✅ i was really tired today but i pushed through it!
    I did not take a before pic so im just gonna say what i feel different. It does feel when i touch the leg that it is more slimmer and a bit more toned. My leg mesurments, lower thigh 49 and upper thigh 58 and now my lower is about 47 and my upper about 56.

    Hi! I’m gonna be documenting my results! (I do cheer along with this 2x a week and go to they gym 1x a week!!)
    Day 1- complete, super easy.
    Day 2- complete, a little bit harder then the 1st day!
    Day 3- complete! Pretty easy
    Day 4- I skipped because I had alot of things to do.
    Day 5- completed, pretty hard but I kept going, legs were a little bit sore after.
    Day 6- completed!! Iwas pretty easy today, not really feeling a burn but I’m going to keep trying everyday!!
    Day 7- 🎉 it’s day 7!! I’m not going to stop yet! I don’t see results but I’m going to come back and keep trying everyday!
    Day 8- skipped
    Day 9- complete!
    Day 10- complete

    doing this for 7 days (will probably do it longer)
    day 1: ✅did it once and will most likely do it again today. it burned a lot and had to take a couple breaks.
    day 2: ❌ i wasnt able to do the video because i was busy, will make up for it tomorrow.
    day 3: ✅ did it twice to make up for yesterday, the video got easier but it still burns. (May do the video once more tonight.)
    day 4: ✅ i had no motivation but still completed the video. Certain excerises got easy but it still burns (will probably do the video again tonight.)
    *FOR RESULTS SO FAR*: the video is definitely easier as you continue through out the days, but you obviously have to do it every day in a row to get results. I haven't, but i can see the my thighs are slightly slimmer then before.

    Start Date- 30th November 2020
    Day1- Feeling so good after this my legs are burning and shaking! super motivated!
    Day2- Wow so I felt the burn in my legs all day and then later on when i did this wowww i felt the burn, legs are shaking rn!! feeling motivated!!
    Day3- I’m sweatinggg, could feel the burn in my legs all the way through, not seeing any changes yet, still motivated!
    Day4- Finding it easier!! Not seeing a difference yet tho, still motivated
    Day5- Wow my legs burned! Not seeing a difference yet tho, getting a little easier, still motivated!!
    Day6- Couldn’t do it yesterday as i was super busy but I found it good, not seeing any results.
    Day7- Woww the burn, so I finished a week and haven’t really seen a difference.
    I’m going to be doing this for another week! I’ll keep updating.
    Day8- Start of week 2, not seeing a difference, felt the burn
    Day9- Burning rn, no difference yet.
