Day 1:It was really hard but I did it :) I also ran 3,4km.
Day 2:Easier than yesterday but still hard
Day 3:Did it!
Day 4:I was too tired so I only was 20 min. on a treadmill. :(
Day 5:It so much easier now:) I also ran 3,2km
Day 6:Did it and it´s not that hard anymore. I also walked 10.000 steps
Day 7:Did it!!! and also 12.000 steps :)

For those of you who are nervous about doing the longer live workouts, you should really give them a try! They are super fun, and there's even more interaction with Lilly! Yes, they are difficult, but the burn is so worth it & there are modifications & rest periods to help if needed! If you can make it through a video like this, you can definitely make it through a live one!

I truly adore this workout , not just because of the burn I feel but also because of the songs . Even if I'm not in the mood to workout just thinking about how great it'd be to tone my legs and get to hear some nice beats is truly one of the best feelings

Unfortunately you can’t really lose thigh fat with just this video but by combining with a cardio workout you will lose more thigh fat
