I’ve been doing this workout everyday for three days now and I definitely can feel it! The first day I struggled but I can say it does get easier! I also do this and her 5 minute ab video everyday. I include 5 minutes for jump roping before I watch the videos. I have lost about 4 pounds in a little over a week. I also have been dieting. I know it’s not hard but I have PCOS and I’m still seeing results. I hope this helps someone in similar shoes as me! We got this!!

I have to say fully agree, PCOS here and have to say Lilly's workouts have been great for keeping me at an even weight even when I'm particularly bad and I would balloon before.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. czcams.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

My knees are hurting so much lately, probably because I overworked them while traing my legs. So I am so glad this is all down on the matt, this way I can still train my booty and legs without torturing my knees any further
Same here! I'm trying to ice them and rest as much as possible when I'm not doing the workouts.
@@YEET-bk6lj I heard that stretching is supposed to help a lot. Stretching your thighs and calves. It loses the muscle tension around your knees that built up during workout. But for it to be effective you have to stretch each part long enough, not just a few seconds. Hope this helps, it relieved my knee pain a little :)

I been doing Lillys workout for basically everywhere. After my first pregnancy I didn’t like how my body turned out n gained so much weight. I been working out for the past 2/5 months. Maybe because of that she wanted to train her legs so they get stronger . Skinny girls are also allowed to do workouts and it’s kind of unpolite to say “I hope you gave up” ❗️Just my opinion ❗️

Day 1: Walked about 2 miles and did this workout as well as another one.
Day 2: I am sore so I know I did it right. Since it felt pretty short and I feel committed to this one I wanna do it one more time.
Day 3: Hardest thing to do was doing it. I did it at like 11 p.m. lol
Day 4: Skipped because period + bad day
Day 5: Walked three laps (about theee miles) and did the workout
Day 6: Skipped because I woke up late, had work, couldn’t find the time. Now I’ll plan better.
Day 7: Finished! The first two work outs no longer has the same burn to them though. Idk if I’m doing it wrong or if I’m just used to it now.

I'm so happy I found this video. I need this exercise in my life right now as I'm trying to get ready for the summer. I've always been small but working the night shift made me gain some weight plus eating before I go to bed doesn't help. So having said that, all my clothes are fitting too tight and uncomfortable on me right now. Thanks for this video! I will be doing this workout for 14 days for sure along with the ab work out Lilly got for 14 days as well.

Alright here it comes:
Day 1 ✔ I feel like I can do this everyday, it is challenging if you do it correctly but definitely doable even for beginners.
Day 2 ✔ Just like yesterday, in the middle it gets hard as it really burns, but my muscles weren't sore from the previous day.
Day 3 ✔ I have really prominent hip bones so it hurt a lot to do it on the floor, even with a mat, so today one of my good neurons decided to wake up and it gave me the revolutionary idea of doing it on my bed, which is totally doable as long as your bed isn't too soft. Anyway, it burnt during the exercises, but I wasn't sore from yesterday.
Day 4 ✔ Did it later today but it doesn't matter, I had a really busy and stressful day and I consider it an accomplishment!
Day 5 ✔ I don't mind that it's repetitive since it's only 10 minutes.
Day 6 ✔ I memorized it by now so I can do it without having to follow along and I can play my own music, so that's a plus.
Day 7 ✔ It was harder than usual, but the burn was really satisfying!
Sorry for not updating everyday, I was really busy with exams! But I did finish the challenge, to be honest I don't see a difference, but I think that what's most important is that I FEEL it. I feel like my muscles are definitely stronger and they feel a lot more toned!
