1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

@LillySabri - I wanted to share that as a 51 year old, pear shaped, menopausal woman - doing this, along with your toned shoulder and arms, lean summer legs and a short abs blast every other day has transformed my body in a way that no other exercise regime has. I wish I’d measured myself but I’ve lost inches on my hips, thighs and waist. My arms are toned and the flabby bingo wings are slowly disappearing. What is that they say about excellence is consistency over time. Because these are so short and don’t require going to the gym or excess equipment, it’s so easy to fit them in - even when you have a very busy and full on job. Anyway, I’m sure I’m a lot older than most of your followers, but I just wanted to say to all the mid life women out there, that this really does work. Thank you Lilly. XO

From my experience, I feel like when i stop doing these videos for long periods of time it's so hard to get back to doing them but once I do, I feel amazing and it makes me want to keep going. Especially when I'm seeing results ❤

Update! I’ve been doing this for abt 4 days now and not only do I see improvement in my glutes but my overall legs and abs! This workout is definitely best for getting lean and a pump!

So my dad passed away in January of 2022 unexpectedly. I had my baby that December and was in college at the time. I haven’t really worked out since before all of that happened. So it’s time for me to get my physical strength back now that my mental is doing okay. So this is me documenting because it’s my day 1! Cheers to 14 days and beyond.🥳

Day 1✔️:My booty hurts and i feel my muscles on booty and legs burning.
Day 2✔️:Small difference,the test,same as yesterday
Day 3✔️: Really burning,there is q difference.Also it's getting easier for me to finish the whole workout 💪🏼.
Day 4✔️: Really burning,there is definitely a difference,my thighs are also getting smaller and less cellulite.
Day 5✔️: Definitely a noticeable difference,will keep doing it.. amazing workout!

Gonna be honest here, I’ve been doing this workout for about 2 months now I’d say, and I noticed alot of improvement within my booty like it’s more round and firm from this workout I am actually happy! I wouldn’t say my booty grew but it’s sculpted and more firm I’d say and I’m happy so this does work if you’re wondering just gotta keep going and don’t give up that’s for sure 👍 🎉

day 1 : as someone who is coming back to workouts it was so painful but i was proud of myself as i finished
day 2 : little bit easier, took some breaks but was good

I mix my workouts with a lot of equipment (treadmill, stair climber etc) I have to be honest that I see more results with a mix of both the equipment and these workouts vs these workouts alone!
