Day 1: ✅ very hard but I can already feel the muscles burning
Day 2: ✅ like yesterday was difficult, but I can already feel the abs improving
Day 3: ✅ nothing new
Day 4: ✅ the upper part of the belly is beginning to deflate
Day 5: ✅I can now meet all the times, the last 2 exercises are still devastating but I started to see some muscle
Day 6: ✅ today I did it after 1 hour of swimming: it burned but I didn't give up!
Day 7: ❌ sorry guys but I'm beat from swimming training
Day 8: ✅done and I made up for yesterday with the video "Addominali estivi per ragazze calde in 10 giorni "
Day 9: ✅belly has deflated and I'm starting to see the 2 lines of ab definition
Day 10: ✅ I notice that something is changing. Obviously I don't see 6 abs in relief but the belly is slowly sculpting

Guys!! My stomach is flat now! The result is wonderful! If you want flat stomach just do it for 14 days but then you have to exercise so you don't gain weight again. I do these exercises at least twice a week nd I can already see my abdominal muscles. Thanks for reminding me ;)

Day 1:✅ did the workout took a lil break was a little hard
Day 2:✅ did the workout it was the same amount of “pain” as the first day

@@noellelewis8978not really, I did it for 15 days and my stomach is still chubby. It’s gotten slightly less droopy but other than that I still have a big stomach. Probably aim to do this for two months to see results
So how is it going
I've done this workout for about a month now and trust me it really works. My stomach has gotten so much flatter and I don't even bloat as much anymore. I suggest doing it at least 3 times a week along with some of her other workouts. ❤

@lena I actually didn't even have to diet at all. I personally hate dieting but these workouts are so efficient that I didn't need to change or restrict anything I was eating!

day 1: burns a lot but got through it and felt good after
day 2: same as day 1, burns a lot but feels good afterwards
day 3: doesn’t burn as much and stopped bloating as much
day 4: still burns but minimal, i can see a small difference too!
day 5: starting to see a small difference better than yesterdays! barely burns anymore too!
day 6: burns a lot more than other days but starting to see more that a bit of difference!
day 7: starting to see a bit more difference than yesterday and still burns a bit but it’s worth it!
day 8: starting to see a lot of change but still burns as usual! it takes such a short amount of time to do and is really worth it! it also reduces bloating massively!❤
day 9: bloating has reduced ENORMOUSLY, starting to see a lot of change now and i always feel so good after the workout!

I've been doing this for a month or two (as well as other workouts, eating less and more healthy foods, chugging so much water, sleeping more) and I have lost 25 pounds 🙃!! I'm SOSO happy about this

@@aimeeobrien I do lily's tight waist pilates, this workout, Hailey C's workout for flabby arms, and if I see one randomly on my feed I'll try it out. all I drink pretty much is propel water and cut off snacks (chew gum if its hard to resist lol, I get the extra brand since its only 5 calories a piece) and burn more calories than you eat!
@@aimeeobrien I do Lillys tight waist pilates and this one. I also do Hailey C's flabby arm workout and if I see one on my feed randomly that looks good I'll try it! All I drink is Propel water and cut out snacks (chew gum if needed I recommend the EXTRA brand since it is only 5 calories) and remember to burn more calories than you eat. I obviously dont workout everyday but it is helping very very much. 😊

if u wanna make this actually work more and wanna do make the process faster, Make sure to sleep atleast 8 hours, do this workout like 2-3 times a day, do this everyday, eat less and healthy, Drink alot of water, walk outside 2-3 times a day, and do this for 2-3 weeks and u will get ur results!

Guys ive been doing this and her other 10 minute ab workout for just over 2 weeks now AND IT WORKS. The burn is totally worth it in the end as my core is now super tight and I dont get bloated all the time and the best thing is I haven't even been dieting! Def recommend

Ok. I couldn’t do the last three exercises three times.
I used to workout regularly and was able to lose 39 pounds (~17 kgs). For a month now, I've been irregular to the gym, eating tons of junk and sugar DAILY, minimum movement. I don't want to get back on track. This time i want to create a new track. I don't want to fail myself this time, I'm doing it with ZERO motivation this time and still gonna excel! Will be hitting the gym, eating clean, doing cardio, and pilates as well. Im still 15 kgs away from my goal! Lets get there.
Will be doing this 2-4 times a week. Starting today (21-03-2024)
Note: The days aren't continuous. I'm working out at the gym 5-6 days a week so I'm incorporating pilates 2-4 days only.

make sure you go on a calorie deficit to see changes! if you're a teenager, eat more fruits and veggies and keep moving. depending on how much fat you have around your waist, you might not see much of a difference from doing this one workout since you can't necessarily spot reduce.

I’ve been doing this workout along with her 5 minute small waist workout 4 times a week for 3 weeks and wow! I’ve also been in a deficit which I’m certain has helped. I’ve lost some of my lower belly pouch, my waist is noticeably smaller, and I can see overall that there’s not as much fat on my stomach. I’m gonna stick to this, the results are worth it.

@@cyupid2420 yes i have! a week before i posted that comment i bought a pair of jeans that fit me too tight in the thighs and couldn’t zip up and button without making me look horrible. a couple days ago i tried the pants on again and they fit me great! no more muffin top overflowing when i button them and when i look in the mirror, my stomach isnt bulging out as much. :)

Day 1 - ✅: it was actually easier than I thought
Day 2 - ✅: I'm assuming I did the workouts wrong because I did them right this time and it burned so much!
I put day 1-2 at the same time btw, just saying how I felt the first day honestly!
Day 3 - ✅: REALLY burned this time, starting to see defines in my upper abs. I have a bit of a pooch which will take time to get rid of but even that is shrinking! In starting intermittent fasting and eating
healthier to get more results.
Day 4 - ✅: Doesn't burn as much anymore, but I'm seeing results and I love this workout, I think my body is starting to get used to it.
Day 5 - ✅: done
Day 6 - ❌: i forgot to do it, and i didn't have the motivation to. I'm definitely seeing a flatter stomach though.

@@lilla2676 i actually intermittent fast from 8pm to 12pm 3-4 times a week (basically you don't eat/drink anything with calories) so just drink water, green tea or black coffee without creamer until 12pm
I also do a calorie deficit, basically I eat less calories, I eat 1300 calories a day, I am 58 kg and 172 cm.
And yes I eat normally but make sure to add a lot more healthy food (fruits and vegetables) and protein like meat and eggs and fish but also eat the foods you love but don't over eat

I have missed a of couple days doing it bc the new year and stuff but i'm getting back on track so I spend about 30-40 minutes a day working out and it always feels amazing at the end, so to anyone who needs some motivation, I believe in you and we could get to our goals together espesially for the new year! I’ve been doing this challenges for two weeks whilst doing weight training and being in a caloric deficit and this workout which was very difficult is now a breeze! Don’t give up guys, it seems very hard getting into it but once you stay consistent results will show!
Update: while being in a caloric deficit, weight lifting/strength training and trying to reach 10,000 steps a day, I have dropped 2kgs in the last 2.5months! This works if you’re consistent, prioritise your rest, recovery, sleep (8-9hrs), & nutrition

@@urfavvivi oooh! i am a nutritionist so - as a teenager a caloric deficit isn’t ideal, as your body is still growing! but I would highly recommend incorporating all food groups for you age like carbs(bread,bagels,potato’s, rice) and vegetables, lots of protein (beef, eggs, chicken, turkey) and healthy fats like avocado, cheese, nuts etc. don’t be afraid of food! food is needed to feed your body and help you grow! feel free to ask any more questions 🩷.

I got this workout routine suggested from a CZcamsr. My stomach has been getting flatter. I needed a flat stomach because I was gonna be swimming. But I think I am gonna continue doing this as it’s making it a habit and a routine. Sometimes I will skip days, and a tip if you do, for example, if you missed a workout yesterday and today you also need a workout, do one in the morning, and one in the evening or night. Don’t be ashamed!!!!

I have been doing this about 3-4x a week for almost a month (repeating some moves twice) and I’m really excited about the results. I was previously doing p90, but Pilates just burns so much deeper- it’s amazing! I’ve already started to have my ab lines become more prominent. Definitely going to stay consistent and update y’all :)
4month update (end of Dec): I try to get this workout circuit in at least 3x a week and it’s keeping me at maintenance. There have been weeks where I did it 5x and you could definitely see a huge difference in toning and strength. Along with a “clean” diet of course. I have decided to change myself as a person and one of those ways is by exercising daily! I am going to do this for 2 weeks and measure my progress since a lot of people cannot finish. (Note: I do suffer from scoliosis so it is a bit difficult for me to do this without getting major back pain)

Day 1: I really felt the burn! Feels amazing to have completed it.
Day 2: a little sore. The burn was really prominent in my sides. Feeling very awake!
Day 3: wow was that tiring. Started struggling a bit at the end but pulled through. I’m feeling very motivated.
Day 4-6: I’ve been traveling and haven’t had time to do it! Landing today and will def update tommorow! I apologize for the inconvenience. Have a nice day or night. ❤️
Day 7: so tired! Traveling set me back a bit but the burning isn’t as bad anymore! I feel really good!
Day 8: my body is definitely getting used to this.
Day 9: I see quite a big difference.
Day 10: not bloating as much and def lost some weight!

Done this workout everyday for two weeks straight and i lost 5 & 1/2 inches off my waist

Day 1: ✅ Not a long time working out,all the other workouts make you do it for like 50 seconds but this one was only 25,Ty!

I stopped updating bcz I switched to a harder workout but this one got my stomach stretched and it rlly did give my a tighter core!!!!!I recommend this workout alot it's amazing and it gets easier

Day 2: 👍🏽 it’s was very hard and took one break and no difference obviously
Day 3: 👍🏽 it wasn’t as hard and I told no breaks!
Day 4:❌ I didn’t do it today because I was really tired and sore

Day 1: ✅ felt the burn but it wasn't too intense. Hoping i can properly do the rollup without surpport soon!
Day 2: ✅ today was a lot harder because I did another core workout just before this, but I still managed it! Felt the burn x2 today though
Day 3: ✅ not seeing much of a change yet but i havent really altered my diet at all which is probably part of the problem. This video is keeping me motivated though!
Day 4: ✅ starting to see a difference! I'm doing a more elongated core routine every day too so I presume that also has something to do with my figure changing slightly. But I can really feel this working!
Day 5: ✅ losing motivation but I'm still trying. Not sure how much longer I'm actually going to keep this up though.
Day 6: ✅ I really didn't think there was much of a difference but I just looked at before and after pictures and oh my god?? Such a change! I recommend doing this as an add on to your usual routine x

Day 1: ✅ definitely felt burning in my core, I surprisingly didn’t sweat that much but I definitely felt a workout there.
Day 2: ✅ Felt more burn that usual, but I made it through with only one short break.
Day 3: ✅ I felt a lot of burn in my core, but during the flutter kicks (or whatever they’re called) I can feel my core muscles! I was 117lbs 2 days ago and now I am 116lbs
Day 4 & 5: ❎ I couldn’t do it since I had to visit family for break, but I did drink a lot of water.

day 1: ✅ struggled on the last exercise but overall great!! i also went to the gym today and did legs.
day 2: ✅ last exercise is always a kicker, but i got through it again. i did this in the morning and i plan on going to the gym today as well.
day 3: ✅ i had a slower day today, and i did this workout in the evening. i'm really proud of myself for pushing through. already feeling a lot better!!
