I'm going to do this everyday, and I'll add updates, starting now!
Day 1 (April 9): Completed! Felt the burn, and sweated a bit.
Day 2 (April 10): Completed! Felt the burn, once again, and I did sweat. And I am a bit sore from yesterday.
Day 3 (April 11): Completed! Felt the burn, but easier than yesterday.
Day 4 (April 12): A rest day, but I work outside lifting and hauling brush and heavy things, so it is almost like a workout. I will continue tomorrow!
Day 5 (April 13): Completed! It was a bit easier than last time. Felt the burn, still! I might add one another ab/stomach work out along with this one.
Day 6-7 (April ): Didn't feel motivated, and forgot. That is going to change now!
Day 8 (April 16): Completed! Felt the burn, and I'm going to add another ab workout. I'll let you know which one tomorrow.
Day 9 (April 17): Completed! It's getting easier as I go on, but I'll be adding 5 Minute Pilates Flat Stomach as well. And her 10 Minute Inner Thigh Slimming!
Day 10-11 (April 18-19): I got busy, and couldn't find some alone time to do this. I did do some exercing, which is physical labor outisde for work. Anyways, I will continue tomorrow! I have decided to not put on another exercise, well, just for my stomach area. I'll be adding another round onto it, and maybe another one after that in a few weeks.
Day 12: Completed! Felt the burn still! I am continuing, and starting from the last update. Sorry for not updating!

Hey guys! I’m trying to do this for 7 days! Here’s my progress! I also am a level 7 gymnast at the gym 4 days a week
Day 1: found this workout and was feeling motivated. Did it with a little sweat and burn, but I was feeling good!
Day2: had eaten a big meal before hand and wasn’t feeling motivated. Still I did it with some stops.
Day3:did it and felt good! Definitely felt the burn
Day 4:Finished it and definitely felt the burn! Was confident in the beginning then started to slow down…but still finished it!!🎉starting to see some little changes!😊
Day 5: Did this and felt strong did a big leg workout and was sore so… but still feeling amazing!
Doing this for 2 weeks. Im 73 kg and 165 cm tall.This is my progress
Day 1 : did this workout and it wasnt that hard.
Day 2 : it was a little harder then yesterday because I was sore from yesterday
Day 3 : I was too busy as I went to my cousins house for a week and forgot so I will start over again and she told to do it for straight a week
Day 1: it wasn't as easy as did it from a long break plus next pain
Day 2: it's was a little it easier but my neck pain was killing me throughout the day
Day 3: was easy...also went for a walk with my dog
Day4: easy but gave my neck a little rest
Day5. Very easy and did it twice
Day 6: my sister also joined me and it was really fun
Day 7: as it was the last day I did each excersice for a min

I have finished the challenge and it was rly good except for the fact of neck pain all around I lost 1.3 kgs per week which Is standard.....
Plus if yall want to loose weight without excersizing the intermediate fasting is efficient..... I lost about 1.5 kg because of this to be accurate.. it's basically skipping a meal and fasting for 18hrs

[day 1, mar 30] : 🎀 only did this one but like i said im not very motivated. ill try to do both tomorrow. this was pretty easy since it was just one.
[day 2, mar 31] :🎀🎀🎀🎀 happy easter!! so i did each workout twice hence the four bows but since its easter i didnt eat that well. im happy i did each workout twice. I'll try to keep it up, and it overall just burned my neck but was also kinda hard.
[day 3, apr 1] : 🎀🎀 i only did both workouts once since i had a lot of homework to complete before break was over. this just hurt my neck really bad and was a bit hard.
[ day 4, apr 2] :🎀 only did this one since i still had a project to do. i was even considering not doing it, so im glad i got some work in. this still hurts my neck pretty bad.
[ day 5, apr 3] : 🎀 only this one again because i was being lazy. i think im starting to get unmotivated but ill try to get back on track!

Day 2: ✅️ Did it in the morning might do it again in the afternoon. abs were burning still
Day 3: ✅️ I did only once though but I'm still proud of myself. I still feel sore after the workout and can see a bit of result
Day 4: ✅️ Whoo hoo! I did it twice im so proud! My abs were not burning as hard as the 1st day. And I can see some changes already in the morning my stomach is a lot less bloated

DAY 1:- slow, feels like hell, keep motivating urslef dont stop go slow maybe dont stop tho. waist:- starting off with 33 inches
DAY 2:- took a break in bw going back to day 1 but feel like my form is better the exercises seem doable now. keep pushing urself. waist:- starting again with 33 inches
DAY 3:- started on my periods so couldnt complete the workout, will try again in the evening.

Day 1: Was focusing on my form. Burned nicely
Day 2: Memorised every one except the first. Went hard trying not to pause in between. Lower core burns.
Day 3: Memorising steps slowly. Flutter kicks are still a killer! Still next to hip dips theyre my fave workout so far.
Day 4: Wanted to do twice for a more advance burn but didn’t have time as i had work to get ready for work 😭

day 1 (may 29):✅ i did this and one of her other videos it was a 5 minute Pilates one! Definitely felt the burn lol.
day 2 (may 30): ✅ again, this and her other video, did still feel the burn!
day 3 (may 31): ✅ did this and her other one…felt the burn, but is definitely much easier. have been seeing a VERY slight difference.
day 4 (jun 1): ✅ felt the burn, again, have seen VERY slight difference!!
day 5 (jun 2): ✅
day 6 (jun 3): ✅
day 7 (jun 4): ✅ felt the burn, but felt easier to do. i can see a difference, not too much of a difference but you can definitely tell. i haven’t been bloating as much, and have lost a little belly fat! i will be continuing!
day 8 (jun 5): ✅ forgot to update this because i fell asleep immediately after.
day 9 (jun 6): ✅ felt the burn, don’t see much of a difference except for the very small/light difference.

Decided to update everyone reading this and hopefully that will keep me from quitting like I’ve done million times before so! :))
BEFORE
Thighs: 53 cm
Waist: 70 cm
Weight: 54 kg
Day 1: ✅ I’m coming back to working out after few months because of graduation so it’s kinda difficult but I did it! Was so sweaty it’s not even funny
Day 2: ✅ Doing this in the morning instead. It hurts a lot ngl and I had to take little breaks but I finished! And I feel little less bloated so even better. See you tomorrow :))
Day 3: ✅ Again done in the morning, the best feeling ever to get it done so soon. I’m not following a specific diet, I just started drinking water with lemon, green tea and not eating many sweets, max one a day. I feel great! I think I’m less bloated, because my stomach is flatter. See you soon!
Day 4: ✅ Another morning done! I feel slightly stronger, don’t struggle as much and I’m not as sweaty. My stomach isn’t as soft I’d say but yeah. See ya!
Day 5: ✅ I was super lazy this morning and didn’t workout, so I had a late night workout, definitely harder, but done it! I wouldn’t say anything on my body changed, but I’m a little bloated because of my period. See you tomorrow!
Day 6: ✅ Done in the morning! It’s great to have it done. I’d say my abs look little tighter and the skin isn’t so jiggly. Love it! See you!
Day 7: ❌ I decided to take a break and rest, my body really needed it so no change. See you tomorrow!
Day 8: ❌ I was away the entire day, but I spent it hours walking so I had enough movement, just not working out! See you!
Day 9: ✅ Done in the morning, I was so sweaty it’s not even funny. My body looks the same, but I trust the process. Next time!
Day 10: ✅ My body was so so tired, so I took more breaks but I did finish and my stomach looks flatter! See you tomorrow!

Day 3 June 2nd: did 2x ✅️ (plus a slim thigh workout)
Day 4 June 3rd: did 1x ✅️ (felt genuinely exhausted td)
Day 5 June 4th: did 1 or 2x✅️ (plus slim thigh workout)
Day 6 June 5th: did 1x ✅️ (plus slim thigh workout)
Day 7: June 6th: did 2x✅️ (plus full body fat burn & slim thigh workout)

I honestly did not see that much happen in a week but my stomach does seem to be a tad slim. And didn't really help with losing weight but I'm gonna keep doing it everyday for the rest of this month and next month until school starts and I'll update in August with better results. (I also do other workouts after this too)

Yah I don’t want any abs I am actually skinny but it’s just that I want my belly to be more flat so I look good in crop tops that I just got
I will be doing this, slimmer inner thighs along with walking/running everyday for 2 weeks!!! (As well as eating healthy and eating less junk) i will keep you all updated !!
DAY 1: I went on the treadmill for 20 and completed this workout as well as the inner thigh slimming workout. It burnt! But I will keep being consistent and updating daily!!
DAY 2: finished day 2! Made sure to drink at least 2L of water! walked on the treadmill for 10 then ran for 10! I did have a bit of a burn this morning which made me motivated! the only exercise I always struggle with is the hip dip planks! Now I’m off to do the slim thighs one!
DAY 3: had sore stomach muscles today so I just changed up the workout a little and added some others. I also did a arm and leg workout! As well as running/walking on the treadmill for about 45 mins. I have noticed that my sleep is so much better and that I have a lot more energy in the morning!
DAY 4: was super busy so I only had time for just this workout
DAY 5: worked for 8 hours so was on Emmy feet all day, did this workout and the slim thighs
DAY 6: my muscles are a bit sore but I pushed through and did this workout as well as slim thighs

OMG same on the first day it didn't seem that hard to me but then I realized I did them wrong. And just yesterday which was day 11 I realized at 4:00 after 2 times of putting your legs up then down you're supposed to raise them. And on the first one when getting your arm to your leg I thought your body was also supposed to get up but apparently its just crunches.
