Day 1 (April 9): Completed! Felt the burn, and sweated a bit.
Day 2 (April 10): Completed! Felt the burn, once again, and I did sweat. And I am a bit sore from yesterday.
Day 3 (April 11): Completed! Felt the burn, but easier than yesterday.
Day 4 (April 12): A rest day, but I work outside lifting and hauling brush and heavy things, so it is almost like a workout. I will continue tomorrow!
Day 5 (April 13): Completed! It was a bit easier than last time. Felt the burn, still! I might add one another ab/stomach work out along with this one.
Day 6-7 (April ): Didn't feel motivated, and forgot. That is going to change now!
Day 8 (April 16): Completed! Felt the burn, and I'm going to add another ab workout. I'll let you know which one tomorrow.
Day 9 (April 17): Completed! It's getting easier as I go on, but I'll be adding 5 Minute Pilates Flat Stomach as well. And her 10 Minute Inner Thigh Slimming!
Day 10-11 (April 18-19): I got busy, and couldn't find some alone time to do this. I did do some exercing, which is physical labor outisde for work. Anyways, I will continue tomorrow! I have decided to not put on another exercise, well, just for my stomach area. I'll be adding another round onto it, and maybe another one after that in a few weeks.
Day 12: Completed! Felt the burn still! I am continuing, and starting from the last update. Sorry for not updating!

i just want to improve my body before summer!đ
ill be doing this for (maybe) two months and try to update every week/day. (dont be surprised if i quit before then). the two workouts ill be doing are lose belly fat and lose inner thigh fat both from lilly sabri. I will also try to drink only water and eat less junk.
[day 1, mar 30] : đ only did this one but like i said im not very motivated. ill try to do both tomorrow. this was pretty easy since it was just one.
[day 2, mar 31] :đđđđ happy easter!! so i did each workout twice hence the four bows but since its easter i didnt eat that well. im happy i did each workout twice. I'll try to keep it up, and it overall just burned my neck but was also kinda hard.
[day 3, apr 1] : đđ i only did both workouts once since i had a lot of homework to complete before break was over. this just hurt my neck really bad and was a bit hard.
[ day 4, apr 2] :đ only did this one since i still had a project to do. i was even considering not doing it, so im glad i got some work in. this still hurts my neck pretty bad.
[ day 5, apr 3] : đ only this one again because i was being lazy. i think im starting to get unmotivated but ill try to get back on track!

iâve been doing this exercise for
4 or 5 months now and i gotta say that is the best one i did. Because its easy and also effective for the belly fat. In these 4-5 months i eated a lil bit less and done this exercise every night and i got an amazing result. My belly fat has gone and i was 62 kilograms when i started, now im 50-51 kilograms. I lost weight and lost belly fat. I recommend this exercise %100. I am not thinking to change my daily exercise because this literally worked sooo well i said this too much i know but i really mean itđ You guys might think the weight loss is not that much for 4-5 months but guys this is an easy workout and for an easy workout that is a lot i can say..

hereâs a tip for people who struggle with neck pain in the first two parts: you can put your arms under your neck as a support but keep doing the workouts as you would without your hands; your stomach will still feel the burn!

Day 2: â ïž Did it in the morning might do it again in the afternoon. abs were burning still

Doing this for 2 weeks!
Day 1: â ïž Definitely felt the burn in my legs and core, but I found this workout more enjoyable than demanding.
Day 2: â ïž I did it twice today! Still hurt my core a little.
Day 3: â ïž It was slightly easier to keep up today, but I'm definitely sore.
Day 4: â ïž Same as yesterday.
Day 5: â ïž Didn't start feeling it till halfway through! No visible changes yet, but the exercise is getting easier.
Day 6: â ïž Did it twice and got through it really well!
Day 7: â ïž At one week a see very little visible results, but I definitely feel them. My (nonexistent) abs feel tighter and the exercise has gotten easier. Starting tomorrow, I will be adding a one minute plank every day.
Day 8: â ïž Super easy, plank was the hardest part.
Day 9: â ïž Did it twice today! No visible results yet but I can confidently say I feel them. The plank was still difficult.
Day 10: â ïž I did it 3 time today!
Day 11: â ïž Did it once easily. Plank was difficult.
Day 12: â ïž 3 time! Plank still hurts.
Day 13: â ïž I did it twice today because I didn't have much time, but I tried to hold the plank a bit longer.
Day 14: â ïž Finally here! I did it 3 times and held the plank for a minute thirty.
For anyone thinking about starting this exercise but unsure, just go for it. The first 3 days we're the hardest for sure, but after getting over the hill, I felt like I was doing something for myself. I've always been insecure about my stomach because it tends to stick out in a crop-top or bikinis, and I feel like this genuinely made a difference, physically and mentally. I have to say, one of my biggest motivators was pictures; before and after pictures really made me feel better about myself. While not major, I can definitely see and feel a difference.

Day 1: Was focusing on my form. Burned nicely
Day 2: Memorised every one except the first. Went hard trying not to pause in between. Lower core burns.
Day 3: Memorising steps slowly. Flutter kicks are still a killer! Still next to hip dips theyre my fave workout so far.

Hey guys! I donât even know how many times I have tried this and given up within the first 14 days. Between everyone on the internet saying you canât spot reduce fat and the other half commenting on this video saying it works. I have done this for 2 weeks in the past and I have seen NO results but about a year later I am trying again cause Iâm telling you now I need that summer body. if it still doesnât work after a long time of doing this I am going to be pissed. if you are going to do this workout but your not sure if it is going to work I will give my 100% honest expert with detail â€. May 9 (Day 1)- Felt the burn, it was pretty hard but I pushed through. After I could still feel the burn in my stomach.
May 10 (Day 2)- Pushed through, had to stop a second for some exercises but I did it. Definitely felt the burn.

Day one: COMPLETED!!â It honestly didnt feel that Hard but I felt the burn.
Day two: COMPLETED!â I didnt waste a sweat but when I tell you I actually thought I was gonna die im not joking. Day two was much harder than day one but its probably cause I did it at 9PM and i didnt really have a healthy eating plan today. Well see how it goes tomorrow..
Day three: COMPLETED!â Im gonna be honestly with you guys I still dont see any difference but consistency is key!! Also arent these workouts SUPPOSED to get easier by the day?? LIKE WHY AM I SWEATING WHEN I DIDNT SWEAT ON DAY ONE OR TWO. Anyway im not doing the leg workouts today since I have shhool and volleyball practice, but yeah, see ya
Day four: COMPLETED!â Im sweating Ya'all but the workout was a bit easier them yesterday. Also idk if this is because I usually work out around night time and now I did it right after I came back from school(2pm) but Ya all my upper belly looks slimmer. Even though slimming my lower belly is my no. 1 goal this is actually great!! I didnt do my legs workouts today I'll see if I have time. See ya
Day five: COMPLETED!! â Ya all my diet was a MESS today but hey, this is the first time in my life im staying consistent to a workout. Two more days!! Eek!! I didnt really see a difference since im bloatedđą but I have VB practice today so yeah!! See ya

Day seven: COMPLETED. â You guys I am so Beyond proud of myself for being consistent for a whole week durning this workout and it honestly pays off since my belly is SO MUCH SLIMMER!! Ill continue doing this workout Regularly and from next week im going on a no-sweets-and-junk-food-diet! See Ya!
Day eight: REST DAY! alltho I didnt do any workouts, I had a three hour volleyball practice and I ate a lot healthier than usually!! See Ya!

@@shshgr9393 You're not gonna get super abs like hers quickly, but literally any exercise like this helps, it's just rarely as fast as advertised. You will likely see a noticeable difference with this after a couple weeks, though you will feel it earlier.
That's why it's so hard for people to succeed with these things (getting toned) -- they expect a super fast loss when most bodies don't change visibly that quickly, so people don't see immediate results and quit too early. You have to stick with it.

Try 1: First day trying this one, it hurt a lot bc my muscles were already sore. I took some breaks but could finish it
Try 2: Didnât have time
Day 3: â
try 1: less hard than the past 2 days! Struggled the most on the last one
Try 2: Did another workout and it was easier than usual!

Try 1: I just ate 30mins ago so it wasnât the best timing lol, but I still did it well and it was fine!

Seeing minor results, less bloating and nothing too big but improvement is improvement!
Try 1: It is still difficult, but I see an increase in endurance- It still burns but I am able to persist more!
Try 2: Did another workout for around 20 mins, I felt really motivated and powered through!

Try 1: GUYS!!! I was finally able to power through, complete each round full time and not stop! I did them all properly! today was the least difficult and IM SO PROUD that itâs getting so much easier! Day 1 I could barely push through.

I've been doing this workout for over a week now and have noticed that my endurance and strength have improved significantly. The exercises and their execution are becoming easier for me. I haven't noticed any great change in my body/abdomen so far. However, I will continue with the workout and keep you guys updated!

day 1 (mon) - paused it like 3 times, and iâm pretty sure i did some wrong lol
day 2 (tue) - figured out some exercises and only paused it 1 time, definitely did feel the burn!

DAY 5-I saw a huge difference from before but i also went on walks/runs for abt 30 mins and that also probably helped .

The workout is pretty easy but it burns a little bit so that means it work! I also do some other workouts at the same time...Iâm in my period but I still do the workouts so theyâre not to hard!
Honestly itâs a little hard to follow the workouts because she doesnât say what theyâre about before the timer starts but so far this has been the most draining ones Iâve found (which means theyâre working) and they have worked so far
