This workout helps to relieve bloating & constipation, improve digestion and reduce IBS and stomach pain. You can do this quick session daily in the morning and anytime you want.     Juste un petit détail quand on fait du sport on se met à l aise on attache ses cheveux et on porte un short dans lequel on n est pas obligé De le rabaisser à chaque exercice 😊
