I love working out with you! It’s been 4 months I am working out with your workouts! But I wish you were more interactive with audience by telling how it is possible to make these workouts more challenging or giving some variations with dumbbells for instance! Don’t tell me there are tons of them out there! I like working out with you not them! 😂

Appreciated your short mins workout.Helped me a lot for strengthening the abs.I wasn't in need to keep fit but kind of love my abs part with pack lines and looks toned . Especially after a baby,I loved to maintain this part like the old days.

Thank you, this is actually a smarter way of training, especially if one is a beginner, tried to to DK's hourglass abs workout, and even thought I completed it, it left me stressed out and the quick pace just didnt let me apply the correct technique, obviously its easier for skinnier girls to be that quick, this is all sizes friendly, kudos
@@diabliquesucieSlower exercises also isolate the muscles better because they tend not to use momentum for the movement, so you end up activating more of the muscle building up the ability to properly recruit more strength across the muscle fibers. I apologize ahead of time if my information is incorrect.
Who else loves working out with her. It’s so much easier to keep going when following her workouts. I used to get bored and loose motivation, until I did this. 1. I started following workout channels and enjoy working out with her since then. 2. I started creating my own workouts on my channel which are effective but also a lot of fun to me. And now I love the mix of both ! 💪🏼

@@souki27 definitely! Just stay consistent and don't be afraid to switch it up between her videos sometimes so you're working different muscles. (On days when you're reeeaaally not feeling it, do a 5 minute one occasionally!) It's worth it. Good luck!

Doing this everyday
Day 1- THIS WAS SO HARD OMG I took a 3 minute break halfway through but I finished
Day 2- i felt the burn. I got through felt slightly better than yesterday but 3:39 was so hard
Day 3- it still burned but I didn’t need to take a break halfway through like the other days. I think I’m getting slight hourglass curve? No abs 😢
Day 4- it wasn’t as hard but it still burned a bit. I had a very boxy figure but now it’s kinda an hourglass and my stomach is way flatter 🎉
Day 5- was thanksgiving and didn’t have any time/ motivation to do it
Day 6- was super busy no time but I could see bigger changes and idk what it’s called but like a line down the middle of my stomach ? I think those are abs appearing
Day 7- it burned a lot less, think I’m getting used to it. Ab hood was prolly the only thing that was difficult

I’m sorry, but your stomach isn’t flatter due to ab workouts in 4 days. That’s simply not being bloated through consumption of food/liquids.

Your channel is amazing! I had been watching Chloe ting and a few others but your ab workouts are definitely for people who constantly workout! Not for beginners. Most videos on CZcams consist of beginner ab workouts but your channels offers a variety and you can really feel it in both upper and lower core

Been closing out all my workouts with this and I see myself progressing! The slow movements really make it more difficult but intentional and I think that is helping build my core strength more than anything ever has. Will keep coming back to follow along!

Regaining abs after 2.5 years
Day 1: it was a struggle barely enough to get up for the sit-up
Day 2: very soar wanted to give up but I pushed as far as I can
Day 3: less soar but I can see a small result of the abs 4 on top pop just a little when flexing
Day 4: relax day
Day 5: I can start to see results and the core getting easier to do sit-ups
Day 6: I completed it fully today :) I can see 4 pack top clearer
Day7: oof I’m a bit soar but I finished it all it’s still the 4 pack lower belly needs an extra push

If you press one finger above the hole in the tummy(can't remember the name) you eliminate the gases in your intestines and get a flatter tummy

This is a really good ab workout and it makes a change to see someone doing slow and precise movements. All too often I see people rushing through these type of movements. you definitely get more from your workout and feel the burn this way!

i loved this workout so much, i dont normally leave comments under workout videos but this one actually put my core on fire within the first few exercises :>
started working out after so damn long and god was this hard but anyways so happy to embark on the journey again
DAY 1: cudnt do it all as gracefully as she did but let's see (looking frwrd to tmrw)
DAY 2: today was a lot harder cz my core is so sore (tht rhymed :) but i somehow thrived thru
DAY 3: was less sore today and workout was slightly easier.. i dont see much of a diff for my abs tho but i also think tht i m like bloated anyways
DAY 4: was not even sore today and the workout was a lot easier .. evn got thru the ab hold without a break and im just so proud of myself
DAY 5: burned the core but completed
DAY 6: felt so good and in tryin to add up on top of the workout with some more other workouts

Day1: There are some painful exercises, but I was able to complete them all. I stopped in the middle of two exercises. But after the exercises, I noticed a little difference
