I had been doing workout for more than 5 months now and I canât say that I had seen differences in the shape/size of my body but Iâve been getting a lot stronger and had longer stamina! I could do long runs more easily and I have seen my abs forming! Keep going yâall.

hey! iâm really tired of seeing comments unfinished so hereâs how my workouts went (i kept this in my notes until i was finished)
day 0: woke up at 3:30 am, decided to try ab workouts in the morning instead of in the evening. pre workout, kind of nervous, worried i wonât do too good. starting at 5:25 am. post workout: i feel great, the third workout confused me for a minute there. i really liked the twisty-punchy one! haha. i didnât do the side planking ones because i have weak arms, but thatâs about it.
day 1: workout went well! workout started at 10:30 pm. i prefer the night workouts i guess! feels more efficient. i think i had about 61 ounces of water today!
day 2: measured my waist and it was 26.75. that means i lost 1.75 from july 29th (when i first started doing any ab workouts)
day 3: started workout at 10:40. went well!
day 4: went well!
day 5: started at 9:12 pm (just going to put check marks from here forward unless i take measurements)

Heres how im going:
Day 1 â - my neck was dying and the burn hurt alot, but other than that i did well!
Day 2 â - I could really feel the burn this time but overall not bad!
Day 3â - I can see some changes in my waist! The workout didn't hurt as much. I didn't even sweat.
Day 4â - The workoits were getting easier! I felt really confident.
Day 5â - It's really working! And I love how encouraging Lilly is.

Day one of doing two of these kind of workouts: I struggled sm with the side planks, my arms were really wobbly and i definitely felt the burn .

*Day 1*- â Done! I did feel the burning lmaođđ. Especially after the first two workouts- I struggled to sit up đ definitely found the âModificationsâ helpful. Until tomorrow~

@@pyriee if u are talking about whether I saw more of a difference at 37 days when compared with 14 days, I have to say YES! Definitely, but I didnât exactly measure or anything yet nd Iâm going to measure after day 40.
But yes, this does really work and I can definitely see the difference. Even other ppl have been telling me of it.
doing this everyday:
day 1: â
day 2: â it burned so bad compared to day one, it felt my my core was on fire! but, that just means it's working. ill push through!
day 3: â burned, but not as bad as day 2. i guess i was just really sore, but again that's progress!
day 4: â getting easier everyday, but still just as challenging. i can see a difference and when i grab my stomach it's harder to grasp some fat. progress is definitely being made! i can't wait until the last day! :)
day 5: â Its getting easier, but i still struggle. The side planks are my worst nightmare!
day 6: â surprisingly not only do i see a physical change already, but a mental one too. my confidence has never been this high! :)
day 7: â yay already one week in! one more to go, i'm so happy with the progress i've made and i'm proud of myself for sticking with it! :D

I just did day one, and I am so tired I really felt the burn, but i was able to do majority of them.
Week 1: â Ok so I finished week one total killer but I feel stronger, not to many changes, canât do all the workouts/have to be modified. Lol
Week 2: â I can do all the workouts now and I do see a bit of change.
Week 3: â I feel great, I have a bit of skinner body and I can see my abs starting to come, and the workouts feel a bit easier, but still burn.
Worth it so far.

@@celiagachetlucena1896 i normally have a pretty healthy diet, but every now and then i would have some sweets, chips, or pretzels! :) you dont have to eat healthy, but if you do, the results will come much quicker, and eating healthy does have many benefits!

LADIES LISTEN UP!!!!
Iâve was doing this workout EVERYDAY since May 27 and I stopped around mid August. I was doing this workout with another one of her workouts every day and I DEFINITELY saw a change!!! I started with my waist at 33in and I weighed 135 lbs. I ended her workouts at 126 lbs and my waist was 25.5 in!!! I am now currently (in 2022), at 116 and a 25 inch waist. That is because i started going to the gym and yoga and dancing and I truly love myself. Actually Iâm trying to gain a little weight lol. I want to be 120! I am SO happy with her workouts and she has definitely changed my life. But if youâre reading this and decided to do her workout and expect a change, remember, you also have to eat the right the right foods. I cut out all refined carbs (like white bread and store bought baked goods) and whole milk dairy products (so stuff like skim and 1-2% milk and yogurt, low-fat cheese, and eggs are my go to). Of course, eating those foods with less of a nutritional value (like cakes, desserts, fried foods, etc.) are totally fine! Moderation is KEY to success and happiness. You can always enjoy a treat and not feel guilty about it. it wonât do ANYTHING to your body when eaten in moderation. Remember that food is fuel for LIFE! Anyways, I adapted to this new active lifestyle found out a way to eat all fun, delicious and nutritious foods! Just remember... you don't have to only do this workout! I never do this anymore and I maintain my figure by doing things I love like dancing and lifting! This is 1 year later lol. But I eat EVERYTHING in moderation so please don't think you have to restrict yourself because that is not healthy! Once you start though, DONT GIVE UP! you guys are so strong!

Day 1 đ: My abdominals are BURNING but it wasn't too bad in terms of making me really tired even after the workout. Just like other people who are updating, those pesky side planks really got to me.

Doing this for 2 weeks to see results (current weight: 126 lbs Goal weight: 100 lbs)
Day 1- â This was a reasonably easy workout overall but i definitely felt the burn in the core exercise and just about fell over on some of them but I feel really good and energized
Day 2- â a lot easier than the first time, but I was sore from the previous workout. Planks are still a struggle, I fell a few times LOL
Day 3-â Soreness is gone, the workouts are getting easier and I feel GREAT after finishing it. The planks are still rough but getting better!
Day 4-â I had an alternative workout today so i didn't have time to do this workout but I still burned a reasonable amount of cals!
Day 5-â felt the burn and i'm starting to really see a difference in my waist, a lot more toned
Day 6-â felt the burn after missing a couple days but i fully intend on finishing this week fully!

I'm trying this routine. ( I have a terrible cardio and I can't even run more than 1 minute...)
DAY ONE : â It was okay. I didn't hurt that much. For some exercises I did the easier way. I also did a regular side plank instead of the one in the video. Didn't sweat a lot. The 10 minutes passed quickly (I was listening to Michael Jackson so maybe that's why)
DaY TWO : â I did it ! I felt more pain than the first day. Sweat a bit more. I was really thirsty during the exercises so I stopped to drink water. I feel great, I don't have any muscle soreness.
DAY THREE : â It only has been 3 days since I'm doing it and I feel really great. I way easier than the first day. I didn't drink during the exercises and didn't sweat. 7 minutes passed really quickly.
DAY FOUR : â Oh my god. Today was hard. I felt it was harder than the other days, I was more thirsty but it's still fine. I don't think I'm gonna do a break tomorrow bc I know me and I can do it until the end I think. Drink water it's important during the exercises. I also tried to do the stomach vacuum.
DAY FIVE : â It was easier than yesterday but harder than the beginning. I drank water between the exercises. I see a difference with my abs.
DAY SIX : â I felt great today so It was easy. I really see a change. I love this workout ! My abs feel a little pain but it's okay. Drink water.
DAY SEVEN : â Same as yesterday !
DAY EIGHT : â I dis 30 minutes of cardio before so I was kinda exhausted but I still did it and I'm proud !
DAY NINE : I take a break of 1 day.

I stopped doing the challenge a few ays ago because I wanted to ! I really liked this challenge, and I recommend you to do it. I feel I have more abs
P.S. : I also do other exercises but for the arms and legs. And this one is the first of my session. I drink a lot. Don't sleep that much and don't do any diet.
