I started this program about 6 months ago (3 years postpartum) and wish I would have taken a before picture, because this ab routine has literally changed my stomach. I've combined this with running and it has become my go-to for keeping my abs toned. Such an effective workout!

@@br00ke85 I started my journey in January 2023. I saw my results were coming in slow but I saw the change in March. I saw even more changes during the summer. I am now were I want to be with my weight thanks to her videos. My weight from the start was 198 pounds. I am now at 153 pounds. I even started to turn vegetarian for a moment to lose the weight. You don’t have to I just felt like I needed a lot of greens turning that time. It’s took me a long time to get here but I am glad to be healthy.

EVERYONE THIS WORKOUT HELPS SO MUCH!!, i had done this for a bout 5 days then stopped and it has been really hard to get into the routine again today is my first day! (again) but just from that 5 days it has really helped, i was wearing my swimmers and someone made a comment on how they could see the results and i'm doing really good, if no one has told you that i will keep going and i really encourage this woork out, you are doing amazing and i really home you don't give up!! the results are worth it

I lost my brother last week. When he was alive he wanted to help me to lose weight because that’s what i always wanted as well (just never had the motivation) He started doing workouts with me but sadly he isn’t here with me anymore and my motivation is gone again. But i’ve come to conclusion that i have to do this because it’s healthier for me and he’d want the same for me. IM DOING THIS I JUST NEED TO REMEMBER BECAUSE I ALWAYS FORGET.
EDIT: Hey guys it’s april 7th , i just wanted to say thank you so much for all the supporting and comforting comments. As a person i’ve always been scared to share my stories with the world because i fear that people might think of me as an attention seeker. Anyways, So back when i posted this comment i will admit… i didn’t start exercising right away. in fact i had lost all my motivation and i had gotten a job so i didn’t really have much time. (or at least that was my excuse.) Before, i weighed 206… Right now i weigh 236. I’m not sure how i gained the pounds but my body still looks the same. BUT HEY , last month (march) i started being consistent with my workouts. I started to understand that it’s not that i don’t love my body, i just want to take better care of it. !!!! I’m an introvert so it’s very hard for me to step into a room full of people… only because i feel like the entire room is staring at me hehe… But, i managed to go to the gym and i’m still going till this day. I’m only doing 30 mins a day because i honestly don’t know wtf to do when i get in there… and the trainers aren’t trainers. 💔 but One more time , I truly appreciate each and everyone of you for the kind comments about my brother. I’m at peace with his passing now. We have his Urn in our living room and every time i pass him i always remember that he’s there with me at all times. I will admit, i read each of your comments and each time someone new commented, It gave me so much motivation . So each time Im about to give up on a workout, i remind myself that you guys are there for me too. You guys are amazing i hope you guys achieve your goals as well. Much luck to everyone. Day 2: Idk why but it’s a little harder my core definitely feels stronger! I’m pretty tired now! ✅
Day 3: So glad I got this workout in I almost gave up today im pretty Tired! It hurt pretty bad again today but not as bad as day 1! I’m seeing improvement and I can’t the exercises longer without having to take a break! ✅

Honestly I really wanna gain muscle and be a skinny legend but I can’t the only thing I think is ab calories and refusing to eat . I binge a lot too.

Week 3: I feel like my stomach has gotten just a little bit smaller. When I wake up, I notice it the most. I also notice a line forming in my stomach meaning the abs are slowly appearing.
Week 4:
I just wanted to say that I did your workout over quarantine when I was 16 years old and along with walking on the treadmill, I went from 150lbs to 130lbs! Thank you for being a part of my journey. I'm now 19 and still going, now 120lbs! Thank you Lilly for being my motivation.

I will give an update after 14 Days (soon..) but I would really recommend this 'cause although there is still fat on my belly but I can definitely see a little abs line (I was quite fat) plus now I am able to do it without any breaks which is a good sign.
i am 85 kg, im going to do this workout along with another 20 easy min workout, and will update you all when im at my 8th day!! btw it was so hard the 1st day, im currently and my 2nd.
UPDATE: i did it for 5 months, and i Can say that my stomach is more toned, But i have not lost any weight yet.
Abs are made in the kitchen then toned with exercise. Change your diet to keto carnivore and your abs will be revealed.

Top tip:after doing any abs lay flat on your back and squeeze all your belly muscles for 30 seconds than relax for 10 .Repeat as much as you want and you can increase how long you hold it if you want

I finally started today. That was HARDDD and I’m a former athlete. I haven’t gotten too much out of shape but I am rusty! I took so many breaks in these 8 mins, but consistency is key. By next Saturday I’ll be completing them non stop

I’m gonna do this workout while on my calorie deficit and i’ll come back with results. This workout burns so bad but i’m gonna trust the process.
Just coming back to say that it does get easier, since last week i’ve been able to do this without the modified versions, a huge difference is seen when cutting out certain foods, in the end it’s all worth it. So please hold out, you will see great amounts of progress.

It is going pretty good I do it like 5 times a week now because I have sports and sometimes afterschool activities so I haven’t been able to do it as much since I started school but I do mini workouts in the morning and at night and I can start to see my stomach getting flatter. I think I already look thinner since last school year. Thanks for asking!

@@1D.likes.carrots prolly because your eating wayyyyyy to little and you could ruin your body honest you need to eat more like 1,400-1,500 calories 1,000 calories are wayy to little your body wont loose any weight since your basically starving your body especially if you workout you need to eat more then 1,000 like i said 1,400-1,500 is perfect

Beginning weight: 116
Day 1:✅ Never felt such a burn but it felt good.
Day 2:✅ This workout makes my stomach hurt but that’s how I know it’s working.
Day 3:✅ Went well, got my blood pumping!
Day 4:❌ Got late and was too tired. I’ll do 2 tomorrow, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.
Day 5:✅ 1: Not sure I enjoy doing it in the morning. 2:❌ Stayed at a friends house so couldn’t do it.
Day 6:✅ Getting used to it but still makes me sweaty.
Day 7:✅ My legs were a lot more tired today, probably cause I was walking around a lot.
Day 8:✅ Not seeing a huge difference but I’ve been trying to watch how much calories I consume so hope this works!
Day 9:✅ Near the end and if I don’t see a change I’ll do it for another week.
Day 10:❌ Came home late, didn’t have time.
Day 11:❌ Came home late again. Promis I’ll do it tomorrow.
Day 12:✅ I changed the Pilates workout to an hourglass ab pilates workout to see if I get better results.
Day 13:✅ I definitely felt a bigger pain in my lower stomach doing the new workout. I actually like it cause I feel it works better.
Day 14:✅ Hope I see changes by may 20th cause that’s when I go to a water park for an elective trip and I only have a 2 piece swim suit.

Day 16:✅ I added a workout from daisy keech’s channel cause I’m DESPERATE for results.
Day 17:✅ It’s definitely getting more challenging but I won’t give up till I see results.
Day 18:✅ Done my legs were very tired today so a little harder to go through with some of the workouts.
Day 19:❌ Stayed at someone’s house so couldn’t do it.
Day 20:✅ Got me a little sweatier today but it’s bearable.
I’m gonna come back in a week and share results then!
It’s the end of the week! I feel like my body is a little more toned but over all with my lower stomach I don’t see much of a difference. I’m gonna try one of the workouts I’ve done in the past that has worked so well.

@@trangha5496 if you’re planning to diet make sure to maintain a caloric deficit. i think eating 300-500 calories less than ur maintenance is a good start and in terms of food prioritise protein, then fibre and ofc have your carbs and healthy fats ! everything is healthier mentally in balance. i recommend complex carbs eg whole foods as the body takes longer to break them down meaning they’re more satiating. also adding more vegetables & fruits to meals; they’re usually fewer calories for larger amounts

Day 1: ✅ DEFINITELY had a little bit of some struggles lol! I can def feel it tho, i took some breaks, and i feel a little ashamed of it but hopefully ill be able to do it no breaks soon! Im really proud of myself right now aaa! I left out the two last plank exercises just because they're too loud on my floor, ill try to find a way to stop that soon tho so i can do those as well!!

Hiii I have been doing this workout and the 5 min one for about a week and a couple days and I see a slight difference in my lower stomach, im not necessarily dieting but I am eating less snacks, I also lost 2 pounds. I definitely recommend this and I will keep editing for more results, if your doubting yourself keep going it gets better I promise
you didn't gain your fat in one night, so you won't lose it all in one night.
Remember every body is different, so you may expect results sooner or later to others

Day 1✅: it was quite tiring i did some of the modifications but felt good (its ok to take breaks :) )

I’m starting this workout. I love everything else about my body except for my lower belly i have a big pouch of fat there because I got mono a couple months ago and it was hard for me to recover. I’m determined to do this so I’m completely confident in my body.
Day 1:✅ brutal. I had to stop a couple times and pause because I physically couldn’t. I ate healthy today I’m proud of myself.
Breakfast: protein cinnamon roll. Orange juice
Lunch: French dip side of basil (I love basil) and a couple pickles with water
Dinner: salad, homemade ranch, little bit of parm. With a tea.

Day 2✅ no noticeable difference. I do feel that my abdomen is a lot harder. I came out this morning and my mom asked why I was toned 🤣 while I don’t think this workout takes an immediate visual effect it definitely shows a difference. My “abs” are harder I feel a lot better. Definitely start this workout

Breakfast: eggs on wheat toast. Orange. Coffee, and water.

Day3✅ it’s so much easier to hold my head up to do the workout! I use to struggle holding my head up but now I don’t! My muscles definitely feel stronger and they are a bit harder. I don’t feel like I’m bloating much anymore my little pouch is shrinking. I’m very happy with how things are going
Day4✅ it’s so much easier to do the full workout instead of doing the easier ones. I use to only be able to do the easier option she gave. It’s so much easier to lift myself up. I’m not seeing much of a visual difference yet but I do feel like it’s doing something. The muscle is building and I feel less bloated. I did eat like crap today and I’m disappointed In myself but that happens sometimes and I’m not letting it discourage me. I still can’t do the planks yet. I have to do the knee planks. It’s my arms. I have no upper body strength. But my core is great lol. I’m still so surprised that I’m able to hold my neck up so easily now. I’m definitely feeling different

I feel amazing I look amazing I’m so toned . Still can’t sit up all the way for one of the workouts but that’s okay. I’ll work on it. I’m so much healthier than I was before. I’m eating better and my skin is clearer I’m hydrated the hole 9 yards. To think that 12 days ago I was sitting on my bed crying because I hated my body. I’m so proud of how far iv come. I’m going bathing suit shopping tomorrow and iv never been happier.

Results: iv been doing this for 18 days and I have never looked or felt better. Ofc I am going to continue doing this. I have abs now. I’m down 6 pounds (I didn’t really care about loosing weight but this is just a side effect). I’m able to eat what ever I want and stay fit. This is an amazing work out. 10/10 recommend. I’ll update again In like a month or so to let everyone know how I’m doing but this works. Please do this workout if your desperate. I was and now I look and feel amazing. day 1- lowkey burns ive done these before and have seen results so i hope i can drop like 5 pounds or more.
I will tell you, this is HARD. But the more you do it, the easier it gets because this workout gets used to your body. I definitely recommend this 10 Day workout. ON DAY #2!
