I Highly recommend this workout to everyone! I have always struggled to remove fat from this area and after a week of doing this 1x a day, my waist got smaller by 3cm. I did switch to a healthy diet, but the results are amazing.
After 14days I switched to the muffin top workout and that really shrunk my love handles and defined my abs even more.
From 77cm it got down to 72cm in like 3 weeks. Keep going, you can do it too!

@@punnchantakit thank you :) this was the only one I did for abs specifically. Other than that, I did a 2x 10min legs/thighs workout on a daily basis and 1x a week a 30min cardio.

*ONE WEEK RESULTS*when I measured my hips it was 44 inches and now its 41 INCHES LIKE OMGG IN ONE WEEK. I actually am seeing results my love handles look much smaller then it was and my waist is not as wide anymore. I'm so happy but I'm still doing this for 3 more weeks wish me luckkkk!

I literally have been doing this for a month now with your flat belly and snatched waist and I swear my love handles are completely gone! I can finally wear crop tops with leggings without my love handles making it look like i have hip dips. I love you so much Lily you changed my life! Day #5 done!! I definitely find my midsection stronger. I did the entire 45 seconds of the plank when I could only do 30 seconds (while cussing like a sailor) before. Proud of myself for sticking with it!

I didn’t even get through the full two weeks yet and my live handles are GONE! It’s amazing! Today I got to comfortably wear my favorite shirt again without my love handles popping out from the sides. Thank you Lilly for this workout!! Now on to the belly fat workout 👍🏻

I've stuck with Lili's workouts for over a year, with some time between to mourn a family member, and I have NEVER looked better. My stomach pouch that I can never get rid of is nearly gone! I wear size small clothes and am working to get myself leaner after taking a month break from working out. Hope this helped and never give up! Your body will thank you for it!!!

I'm 14 and I have body dysmorphia, I started these work outs so I wouldn't have a reason to see my body the way I do. I know I'm in shape but my brain always tells me I'm not.

This workout is amazing. I literally lost 2-3 inches off my hips over a month and I literally have no side fat right now. At first the workout was quite challenging but I enjoyed it alot for the last few days. I was doing other workouts as well. But this one is magic. Anyone of you, who wanna try it, believe me, you can do it!! It’s all about committing to yoursef to achieve the goal. Good luck!!

@@user-bh3tq7gj1d not really...it was the start of my workout journey...it was hard for me to restrain myself at that time..sometimes i ended up eating way more...but I used to burn alot of calories so that balanced it out very well..i used to workout for like 90 mins everyday that time
i have been doing this everyday with the 14 day one and it actually gave me results!! my waist was 26 inch, then after a week it was 25 inch. then its almost been 2 weeks of me doing her workouts and its 24.5 already! and i can finally achieved my goal of a 24 inch waist🥺

I’ve been doing this for about a week and a half and I’ve got to say it’s really worked for me. I’m only 14 and I’ve been struggling to loose weight and all my belly fat. This workout made me sweat and at first it was super hard to do any of these exercises😭😭 but I stayed consistent and kept doing them every day and when I don’t do them I eat light. I though i couldn’t loose my muffin top and when I found this video , I lost almost half of it. I’m going to keep doing them and I hope anyone who is trying these workouts gets the best results!!❤❤

I'm so glad I found this workout, I have been doing it for 2 weeks (1 day off though) and I have noticed a reduction in my love handles! I've been trying for ages to get rid of them and this is the only workout that has worked- even at the gym doing cardio didn't really help (I do recommend to anyone trying this to do cardio as well for the best result, im just lazy sometimes. I didn't even diet doing this, even had McDonalds yesterday. So wasn't getting my hopes up. My boyfriend has noticed that they have gone down too. I'm carrying on with this workout to get rid of more fat and keep toned. I've always been so self conscious about my body since having my child 9 years ago and looking in the mirror became very hard for me.
I have been doing the hourglass and thigh workouts the last few days as well and cant wait for results from those! I'm so happy!
Unfortunately I did not measure myself to know how many inches had gone, my weight stayed the same but that is probably muscle.
Thankyou for this Lilly, I'm feeling more confident in myself and finally getting a better figure which I've been dreaming of for so long.

great job! remeber the scale doesn't matter the calories do really matter it matters on how healthy the food is for your body the calories won't really play a part that much but the only thing that actually matter is how HEALTHY the food is for you and your body! the scale won't really matter if you went from a 29 inch waist to a 27 1/2 inch waist and you started at a 139 weight and ended at 139 weight muscle gain and drinking water can play a part so don't pay attention the the scale the measurements from before and after matter more! and if you didn't go down by much , hey! its still progress! keep going you can do this!!!!!

Day 1: Burned and had a few breaks. Took me like 20 minutes.
Day 2: Burned a little less also took a couple breaks. Took me about 15 minutes.
Day 3: Saw a pretty good difference. My core was burning 🔥.
Day 4: Didn't burn as much but definitely still did. Only took couple second breaks in between.
Day 5: Didn't take too long. This has already made an impact on my physical and mental health.
Day 6: Workout went pretty quick. Burned BAD towards the start! 🔥🔥
Day 7: My arms were aching! I had to use a massage gun but it helped. I've seen my love handles shrink about 1/3 of the way there!!
Day 8: I'm definitely getting better at this! I've seen a pretty big change!! I'm so happy!! 😊😁 For anyone that is thinking about doing this you definitely should! Just you will see results a lot quicker if you do 2 different videos a day! I can't believe I'm only half way and my love handles/muffin top has shrank soooo much!

Day 1: I had to take quite a few breaks, some moves were def easier than others
Day 2: It was a little easier getting through the video, and I didn’t take as many breaks. I also did her 5 min butt workout.
Day 3: I’m starting to see the definition of abs and my love handles seem smaller. I did a 10 min hiit cardio workout after this :) my weight also dropped a pound.
Day 4: I only had to take one break at the bicycles for a few seconds, definitely becoming easier! I took a 20 min run today with walks in between running for cardio. Today when i looked in the mirror, my hip dips weren't as pronounced, so i think my handles are shrinking!
Day 5: I was lazy, so I only did this workout today. I still had to take a break.
Day 6: I did this workout as well as a 10 min hiit cardio workout. Today I have seen the most results! My stomach is more flattened, and my love handles are definitely smaller!!

Day 7: No breaks, got a full run through of this video in. I definitely feel much stronger and don't feel as tired at the end :) I also did a short bodyweight exercise with this.
Day 8: Full run through with no breaks, definitely feeling the burn! I also did a 20 min run with walks.
Day 9: Full run through and a 10 min hiit cardio workout. Sweating more than usual!
Day 10: Today was a lazy day lol. I was tired the whole day, so I only did one run through of this video.
Day 11: I took a 20 min run with walks, feeling really energetic today! I barely sweat doing this video and definitely feel stronger! It flew by for some reason

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Day 1:✅ today was kind of a blast, I pushed myself on all of them and you come back feeling stronger, I loved it

Day 3 : I'm enjoying this, I did it twice, the burn feels good and sculpting, you feel so proud of yourself after doing it.
Day 4: PMS started (periods😭) I need to put it on hold for a few, i did the easier ones thoo.

Day 5/1 : I'm back and still feel the same as day 4, it's hard coming back after not going for an entire week but I'm here!! So I'm gonna restart the count again. This is initially day 5 but 1 again.

Hey guys, I just came from her 5min weight loss challenge (completed) so now I’ll be trying this one out!
Before: waist- 28 in.
Day 1: COMPLETED; guys after doing the previous challenge it’s become so much easier to keep up with her paste!
Day 2: COMPLETED; My hardest challenge is the hip dips b/c it hurts my feet so much. But today I did the workout on mute and did good! I think the reason it’s easier for me to keep up with her paste is b/c I’ve done other workouts before this. I’m only doing this for a week b/c my period is coming so I’ll try to finish the whole challenge.
Day 3: COMPLETED; for some reason, they started exercises that hurt more than usual. I was super bloated today :(. But pretty simple and easy today as usual.
Day 4: COMPLETED; For the first time in this workout, I think I took a longer break. Rn, it’s 12:02 am b/c I almost forgot today's workout. Also, today my legs were super sore during this, IDK why? P.S always do a bonus workout
Day 5: COMPLETED; Today I was a little distracted because my friend was texting me but it’s getting easier.
Day 6: Pretty easy again. But I’m worried since my period is supposed to be coming tomorrow. :( I just want to at least make it to 7 days.

make sure you're doing stretches after every workout or you could strain your muscles, if it hurts too much try taking mild muscle relaxants and do stretches until its better and get to working out again. your body will get used to it, but don't get used to muscle relaxants! best of luck!

I have been struggling with my love handles, it would constantly never fit into my pants and it would take minutes and minutes just to fit into jeans. They’re really wide and I find them annoying and get insecure about them. I often cover them with baggy shirts that go down to make knees or sweatpants.I found this video and have been working out with it for 2 days. Notify me so I can update

Day 2: I was going to skip for a day because it was Ramadan and fasting was pretty much exhausting, but I worked out anyways. I see a slight change which makes me very happy.

I really like this routine, it's really challenging, but I'll be sticking with this one for the next four weeks and I look forward to being able to getting through the entire routine without having to take a break. I love the challenge. Thank you for this.

edit 1: 1st week done-I lost 4 cm from my lower belly This week I did Pamela reif abs 2 times + Lilly sabri 1 time (total 30 minutes no breaks) every day. Results are amazing guys just keep going. If I see this much difference in one week, I can't think what is going to be in one month. I'll keep you guys updated.
