✅day1-So tired and my abs hurt
✅day2-Felt harder but i could see a very nice line down the middle of my abs i feel great, i also did her smaller waist workout too
✅day3-I feel slimmer already. abs hurt so bad inbetween tho. I felt so bloated from eating innout lol. but this was easier and i can see result, idk if it’s from the video or not since it feels too early to see results but try it!
like to remind me! sorry guyss one month update. I forgot to record the update. but anyways this did workout very well and kept me in shape. i did this for about two weeks and i noticed it getting harder but then easier as it went by. i looked great in my hoco dress lol. but honestly i feel you can’t keep doing the same video everyday so i suggest maybe doing this a couple times a week and going to the gym more for better progress. This is a great workout but it just isn’t enough, it’s a great workout as a warmup.

starting this today! i go on a beach vacation in less than 2 weeks so im going to do this everyday until i leave to see how well this works!
day 1 (wednesday dec 13)- ✅ that was so hard 😭 i took so many breaks during it and used some modifications but i can definitely feel the burn in my abs!
day 2 ✅- this was just as hard as yesterday but i am glad that i finished it today!
day 3 ✅- i only took one small break this time and i can feel that the workout is getting slightly easier! no difference in my abs yet but i am going to stay consistent!
day 4 ✅- i took no breaks this time! i’m very bloated rn so i don’t see much of a difference yet but im trusting the process 🤞🏻
day 5 ✅- i can see a slight difference in how defined my abs are now, there is a more significant outline of the sides. i was very busy today but was still able to get this in.
day 6 ✅- this workout is getting a lot easier! with only 1 week until my vacation i’m going to try and eat a bit healthier this week!
day 7 ✅- first week complete! for some reason the workout was a little harder today, i have no idea why. i was sooo busy today but proud of myself for still staying consistent!
day 8 ✅- i did this today as a cooldown after my run and it felt really good! the line down the middle of my abs is a bit more noticeable now!
day 9 ✅- i’ve eaten pretty healthy so far today and i feel more energized! this was a good warmup before my stretch.
day 10- i skipped today for a day off! i was very busy today so it was needed
day 11 ✅- i did this on top of a run and it was tough to get back into it, but i’m glad i did it!
day 12 ✅- this workout is a lot easier than it was when i started and that’s a great sign! merry christmas eve everyone!

Day 1: REALLY felt the burn. Had to take little breaks in between but I pushed through it! Excited to do it again tomorrow.
Day 2: A lot easier already. I barely took breaks and felt a lot better than yesterday. Definitely hurts, but it’ll be worth it!
Day 3: Felt great today! I always feel the burn the most at the end. Mostly the same as yesterday, and I’m not planning on stopping ❤
Day 4: Wow! This workout is amazing. Burns real good😅. Not much changes from the other day but definitely feel more conditioned.
Day 5: OMG!! I’m actually starting to see an ab line appear. I have been doing only this workout once each day and making no changes in diet, so seeing progress already is mind blowing. Thanks Lily!! After I’m done with this challenge I might add more of these workouts to my routine since this one is working so well in such a short time, and doing these exercises might get too easy soon.
Day 6: For some reason, doing this workout was kinda hard today! I’m excited to be done with this challenge tomorrow.
Day 7: Finally done! Honestly almost forgot to do this today. So, if you are wanting to do this and get hard abs without any diets or other routines, then expect to do this workout for a lot more than a week. For me, a clear ab line appeared and a very slight outline of abs is showings, but nothing extreme after a week. I would definitely recommend this workout. It also helped my quads but I don’t see anyone else mentioning that. Anyways, will be moving on to other routines from lily. Thank you to anyone who was keeping up with my updates!

I did this workout for 14 days straight, twice daily without missing any days, and i got results! my stomach is toned and defined After 14 days, I have a flat tummy. I ate normally, eliminated processed foods only, and drank six cups of water daily. Skipped breakfast everyday and stopped eating at 7PM every night. Keep going everyone and good luck to us all.
This is good but don’t skip breakfast, if you do it for too long it will make you gain more weight then you lost
You can totally skip dinner and eat less un lunch!! But dont skip breakfast its the most important meal of the day! I learned it on the though way when I used to skip breakfast to get skinnier and ended up nearly fainting 4 times bc of low blood sugar and it didnt help to get skinnier trust me fi you are going to skip a meal skip dinner!! Its not bad bc it helps ur stomach burn fat during the night and not be digesting it! Hope this helps!! :))

I used to be fairly chubby but I changed my diet and have been eating healthy for about 1.5 years and lost quite a bit of weight, but I reached a threshold, but after months of laziness I decided that I would start working out! I asked my friend who to watch and she said to go watch Lilly Sabri, so for the last two weeks I've been trying out your workouts, starting with this one! I did this one for a few days, and after the first day I was DEAD. After a few days my core ALREADY felt SO MUCH STRONGER so I decided to pair this with another workout, and today I did three of your workouts! I am not noticing much change in fat loss but I feel SO much stronger and I am so glad my friend recommended me to watch this channel!

My goal is to do this workout for the whole 2 weeks (aka Winter Break).
Day 1 - I started my workout and when I was done, I really felt that burn and I was in pain basically most of the day.
Day 2 - I still felt the burn and made no progress but I won’t give up.
Day 3 - I worked out a bit late because I had to go somewhere. Still no progress and I still felt the burn.
Day 4 - I did lose weight a bit but I didn’t get abs yet. I still feel the burn. I won’t give up!
Day 5 - No improvement but that’s ok. It takes time. Although the burn got worse, I still won’t give up.
day 10 is when you will really start to see results that’s when my stomach got really hard and i could see improvements

at the moment i am around 120 pounds at 5ft. i am nearly 13 years old so we should see how this goes!! im doing this as well as a slim thigh workout so my results may be different. i am not going to go on any diet, just eating more healthy foods other than junk. im gonna do this every night!
day 1: this was super. intense. i had to stop around 5 seconds early to catch my breath. i was was sweating for sure!
day 2: today I didn’t have to stop early in exercises, i did no modifications and really felt it in my core. I’ve also decided to drink milk in the mornings as it helps growth in fat. instead of water leading to bloating.
day 3: (thank you for all the replies ❤) this seemed much easier today for some reason, I do feel a difference on the side of my stomach, less wide.

Doing this workout for a week as a 13 year old girl. I am 5’5 and 137 pounds.
Day 1: I kept having to take breaks between each exercise and my abs were burning after.
Day 2: Abs still sore from yesterday and pretty tired but less breaks
Day 3: Abs are still really sore but feeling stronger and able to do some of the exercises in a row before taking a break
Day 4: Abs were feeling a lot better throughout today compared to the last three days and I could even do the first six exercises in a row without stopping. I only took about three breaks in the whole workout and I could even straighten my legs and stay up for the last ten seconds of the last exercise.
Day 5: way easier than yesterday. My abs weren’t even bothering me the whole day before I did the workout too. My abs hurt way less than they usually do and the overall workout today was much less strain.
Day 6: Did the whole workout without stopping once. Abs hurt but not as much as yesterday.
Day 7: Finished workout with no breaks. Easier than yesterday and feeling stronger.

To whoever reading this,you didn’t gain the weight in one day,so you can’t lose all of them in one day. Try doing it and it gets easier,my stomach,legs,back hurt really bad,but i’m still doing it and it’s the third day,i’m getting better,you can too I believe in you .

day 1: i definitely felt burn, almost died at the last exercise

day 7: finally done! well it was hard but i’m finally done! okay so i do see some changes, mostly in abs and not that much it lower stomach....however i can say that i’m happy with results but i was expecting more results in lower stomach then this. but i do recommend doing these exercises, specially if you want abs!

-tbh had to take a lot of breaks, skipped like 1 to 2 of the exercises (don’t judge), was pretty sore after and overall found it difficult.

-only took a few breaks and did all the exercises, was less sore afterwards but still a little sore from yesterday but it was overall a bit easier :)

-my hips were really sore today lmao but the workout def is getting easier, i did every exercise and took no breaks!

This got easier throughout the week, and it was quite rewarding mind/self esteem-wise. In terms of visual results, i think my belly is a little smaller than before and i def gained some muscles :)
side notes:
-keep in mind that EVERYONE’S body is different. For some people this routine could give dramatic results in a short period of time, and others could see zero visual results after doing it for a while. Don’t compare yourself and just stay consistent! You’ll feel physical and mental results without tainting your mindset with comparison :)

I have a rather boxy figure and I’m trying to get more toned. I’m not doing a diet (normally I eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks).
Day one: ✅ dead but feeling good, still bloated
Day two: ✅ very hard, but pushed myself through till the end; felt great after
DAX three: ✅ really didn’t want to do this, especially because I ate hella lot of delicious food right before (had to do it shortly after, because it was already 11:46 p.m.); However I pushed through and I’m proud of myself and so should YOU
Day four: ✅ felt so motivated today! Mostly because I started seeing results today!!! Less bloating = flatter stomach
Day five: ✅ was never that relieved that the next exercise would be heel touches!
Day six: ✅ changed it up a bit and did it in the Morning! Felt good 😌 still hard
Day seven: ✅ I did it! I did it every single day for a week. I‘m seeing some results, however I want more haha! I think the main reason is that I’m eating a lot of unhealthy snacks throughout the day (however, I always have 3 rather healthy main dishes) I will definitely continue this workout for another week and I’m gonna try to cut out a few of the unhealthy foods and replace them with healthier once. (DISCLAIMER: I’m not gonna restrict any foods just try to eat them in moderation)
It’s only seven minutes long (although Lilly makes them feel like 20) so everyone can try it and give their BEST (take breaks if you need to, but get your body moving)

Day 1: It was hard but I managed to finnish the whole workout
Day 2: It seems like I’m quickly adapting to the workout, it was a little easier.
Day 3: It was the same as day 2, I’m seeing faint lines on my stomach, which is a good sign that I’m making progress!
Day 4: The same as day 3, I’m also gonna add another workout to get abs
Day 5: I lost the progress which was sad, but I will keep trying to get my dream body no matter what!
Day 6: Gained back some progress, my core strength is improving and we’ll see if it will work on day 7!

I'll be trying to do this for a week;
-day 1: Definitely felt that core burning, didn't feel impossible though, I'm excited
-day 2: I'm still sore from yesterday so that hurt, but surprisingly it still went better than yesterday. I didn't pause as much and was able to complete the workout even better today.
-day 3: It's getting easier day by day, only paused once. Definitely still hurts a bit though. Quick note for those trying as well: watch out that during the exercises where you're repeatedly almost hitting the ground with your arms, that you do *not* hit the ground! It really changes a lot.
-day 4: I had such a shit day with so much academic stress for tomorrow, to the point where I thought about breaking my streak. I'm so glad I didn't. The workout was a great way to realise frustration and tension. I feel so energised and proud of myself! despite the pain, the workout keeps getting easier. I didn't pause at all today and i can feel how strong my stomach is getting.
-day 5: I was very tired and had no energy today, but I didn't want to give up now. It's crazy how much easier this workout is compared to when I did it for the first time. It truly felt like 3 minutes went by. I didn't pause again. My core is definitely getting stronger. Since I have abdominal issues, my stomach is bloated all the time, so it's hard to tell how much has changed, but even then I can see my stomach getting more lean on the moments I'm not bloated. --> It also stopped hurting today!
-day 6: Getting more energy by each passing session. It feels incredibly good to know that my body is fit and that I'm strong compared to when I was barely exercising. This workout, as for many, started out of self-consiousness, but even now just being active makes me feel good and more confident. To everyone out there; you're gorgeous, don't put too much pressure on yourself. I also didn't change my diet for this week, because I don't want to get wrapped up in that little world, but today I could really tell the difference from day 1. Keep persevering everyone!
-day 7: I started my period today so I really wasn't feeling it, but I was not about to give up on the last day. I'm so proud.
My results: Did my stomach get flat? Overall, yes. But I'm sure I would have to work out frequently to maintain it. What this habit did though, is make me a more sportive person. I genuinely enjoyed these. I can tell that I started being more active overall and I felt really good about myself this week, not necesarily because I changed much appearance wise, but because being active makes you feel good. I know that's old and cliché, but there's a reason why it is a cliché, it's true. So, depending on your body type and motive, you might not get a flat flat stomach from doing this for a week, but it will make so many changes in your daily lifestyle without realizing it.

Yes you guys I have been working out Lilly sabri workout for 2 months and I have been receiving compliments from my parents and I have that hourglass shape ! Don’t give up y’all! ✅day 3 : easier to do, able to do without any of the modifications now. stomach is getting flatter, results starting to show.

✅day 5:bloated today, also had fast food. hopefully the bloating will go down tomorrow but my abs still feel good!
✅day 6:my stomach looks waaay flatter than it did when i started this, getting easier to do with each day!

Day 1- holy crap. This was a burn and hard to do! Hoping that tomorrow will be better. I’m going on a fasting diet and mainly eating protein more and less junk food. Hopefully I’ll see some results
Day two- burned a whole lot!! Felt good after, I had to stop and take small breaks because my stomach hurt a little bit, it’s just sore!!
Day three- more sore!! I can see a line down my stomach and some muscle forming (I think) I lost a pound I think but it’s getting easier!!
Day 4- I’m so sore, did a few of the modifications , but I mainly did the ones she did. I can see a bit of a difference in my stomach!
Day five- doing more of her workouts! I did the modified ones for 15 seconds then the harder ones for 15. It was easier!! Time flew by :DD
Day five- it’s getting a bit easier, still a bit hard. I think I’m going to do this for a month unless I like the results

good luck! remember to take extra care of yourself while fasting, especially if youre new to it. if you are new, i have found that 16 hour inttermediate fasting with an 8 hour eating window is usally a good place to start

The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I can NEVER commit to these, but I turn 17 in exactly one week and I want to be happy with myself! So here I go..
Day 1: (10:08 pm: 26 inches)
What I ate: two toasts, four Oreo thins, a monster, a bag of bbq chips, chicken with bbq, carrots, three home made cookies
How I’m feeling: definitely not as fit as I used to be. It was super difficult to do a few of them but I definitely felt the burn in places I want to!
Day 2: (10:46 pm: 25.5 inches)
What I ate: banana, fruit smoothie, 1 donut (I know I know not good), banana, hamburger, ice vream (I work in fast food so sadly I ate a bad dinner)
How I’m feeling: this one was really difficult for some reason! I struggled a lot for this and felt the burn really good but I feel really good after these work outs
Day 3: sooo I ended up skipping this day because I worked double shift and went out for the night so I was too tired

Day 1: ✅️ This was harder than I expected omg. Had to take a few breaks bcz it was killing me
Day 2:✅️ It was still quite hard but I got through it. Burns alot
Day 3:✅️ It's getting slightly easier to do. I also did alot of sports this day.
Day 4:✅️ Just finished! No results yet, but my stomach does bloat less after eating which is good news!

Day 1: it wasnt awful, i was a bit slow and had to take a few breaks but i kinda enjoyed this! Im not an active person either haha
Day 2: took less breaks!! Felt like I wasn't doing the exercises properly yesterday, as I didn't have the same pain throughout the day as everyone else. Only day 2 but I'm not sure I'll get any changes within my body anytime soon! :( we'll see though! Still going strong somewhat hahah
Day 3: OUCH! I've been sore all day and the workout was much tougher because of it definitely felt a lot of burn. Still not any signs of change yet! Toughest day so far for sure!
Day 4: did this earlier than I have been the other 3 days it was quite tough today considering I did this after getting up rather than when I came home from school. The sweatiest and hottest I've ever been doing this video!
Day 5: Really couldn't be bothered today but I wanted to keep up my streak! Minimal effort with most the stuff but still felt the burn! Core hasn't been too sore if sore at all recently!
Day 6: Wasn't sore, could have done more than what I did but hey still got my streak up and kept up with the video just fine! This makes me feel way more active which I appreciate but other than that not sure much has changed!
Day 7: Final day complete! Unfortunately I haven't seen any progress within my body but I'm thinking about keeping this up for another week, I can't really be bothered but it's beneficial. Plus I'm proud of how far I've come this week putting in the effort to push through

Currently: 5’1, 125 lbs
Day one ✅: the burn is REAL yall but it felt amazing completing it.
Day two ✅: core was sore from yesterday, but it was surprisingly easier!
Day three ✅: did this at 11 pm so I was a bit tired, but it went by very fast
Day four ✅: it’s getting soooo much easier and I’m noticing a small change in my stomach
Day five ✅: I went to Red Lobster today and def ate wayyy more than I usually do on a normal day, I came home and did this and my form and control is so much better than when I first started this! it’s actually so much easier to do and finish so I’m going to pair this with other videos tomorrow!
Day six ✅: it was actually harder today, but I also did it right after eating so that’s probably why. Also didn’t have time to look up other workouts but will def do it tmrw!

@@Danikeeks Hey Danica! So for me I have a fast metabolism, so I eat whatever I want to. But I do eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Some of my favorite healthy snacks are avacodo toast, and vanilla low fat yougert with bananas, blueberries, and strawberries! I hope that helped.

day 1: done, was really hard couldn’t do it without breaks in between but felt good
day 2: done, still same as day 1 couldn’t do it without the breaks
day 3: done I did it twice today and I can see some difference, my stomach is a little bit more toned and I could do some exercises without breaks!!
day 4: done I see quite some change and I could do the whole exercise without any breaks
day 5: done, today was quite hard because I didn’t have much energy but I still did it and the work is still showing I can see quite a big difference!
day 6: done, today was easy. The exercise goes by really fast now.
day 7: done and finished!!!! I see so much difference, my stomach is flatter and quite toned for only 7 days of doing this workout. I also lost 3kg!!! When I say this workout works wonders I really mean it! I will continue doing this workout for even more results even tho I am extremely happy with how it is now. I absolutely recommend doing this workout!!

Definitely intense, really feel the burn.
This is my 7th day of doing this challenge and I can’t recommend this enough, not only has my stomach gone flat I don’t bloat anymore. I used to bloat so much but now, barely anything. Yes it’s hard but, try your best stop if you need to either way do this workout it works ❤️

hi, here's my experience:
today I completed 7 days in a row doing this workout. I didn't notice a visual difference but what I noticed is a difference in my mood. I have severe depression and since I've been doing this workout my mood got a bit better
I'd like to thank lily for the workout, specially the modifications
gonna keep up doing it because my tummy is real big so I didn't really expect results in 1 week and I was right
but what I can say, other than about the mood, is that this really burns, so I think it's working

Day1 - I've made it almost without effort and I'm not even that sore. I'm proud of myself that I didn't have to pause the video. There was just one exercise that was a little bit difficult and I was doing it in a slow way
Day 2 - OH MY GOD, SORE, PAIN, AAAAA but I have to do it. I'll update when I'm done. Okay, I've made it!!! But it was so painful, harder than yesterday. But it feels good. Didn't pause even once. Yeah, I'm proud. See you tomorrow!
