      @@RobertasGym Thank you. I'm certainly going to try. I'm currently a fit 120 pounds (5'8, 42yrs old) but I'm a recovering alcoholic, and I have this annoying stomach issue, due to what I believe is weakened stomach muscles from years of alcohol. No matter what I do, I can't get this little bulge to go away. If I lean back, the bulge sinks and I look cut again, but when I stand upright again, this extra pocket of mass pushes out and I really don't understand it. Maybe it's water weight. Maybe it's weakened muscles. Doctor's aren't giving me any answers either. They just keep charging me obscene prices for tests that tell me nothing. So I figure I'm just going to work the stomach hard every day for a good month or two and see if that does anything. I'm in great physical shape otherwise. A photo of me shirtless and not flexing now looks like someone photoshopped a little pudge tummy on me and it is just infuriating me that it won't go away.

      @@sameer-4987 hey ive been doing this and my stomach is really normal sized not to big but just a little bit i do it twice a week and honestly it works you should at least see results in like 4 weeks if you work 2 days a week if you do it everyday you can see results as soon as a week or 2

    a 13 year old trying to lose weight
    Day 1 : Done ( Was pretty hard but i completed the workout )
    Day 2 : Done ( My stomach hurted from yesterday today was tuffer)
    Day 3 : Done ( didnt hurt that much and was easier overall)
    Day 4 : Done ( i DId it twice ! )
    Day 5 : Done ( Did it twice in the afternoon and did another workout from roberta in the evening)
    Day 6 : Done
    Day 7 : Done
    Lost about 1.5-2 kg in a week and noticed small differences in my belly will keep updating

      Actually i didn't want to write anything here because i'm a bit ashamed for personal reasons, such as i don't believe in this CZcams crap
      but on the other hand after watching this channel i'm motivated enough to give it a try, also i like the animations 👍
      Let's start with day 1: 177cm tall, 85kg weight, dissatisfied with too much belly & thigh fat in my opinion
      I realize that i will only get results if i do it regularly for months

    I’ve been doing this for 3-4 days and I’ve seen changes. I’ve lost quite a bit of weight but i eat normally and have snacks every week on Saturdays. Despite that i still am losing weight and have seen changes; my stomach has gotten flatter! 3/4 of the workouts i vary are by Roberta’s gym, thank you so much for these workouts!!!

    This was a great workout and can easily fit into the busiest persons schedule- not hard at all. I was able to do each exercise (besides the plank) this is my first day and i feel the burn *in a good way* going to be doing this everyday!

      workout are the same as these. My timings are usually from 4.00 to 5.00. I don't do any kind of a deit and after this exercise I run for some time. This helps even more

    I have been doing this for maybe 4 or 3 days with 2 other exercises, and I am happy to say that today I finally noticed a change in my belly. Of course it isn’t a big difference but it’s definitely an A+ for only 3-4 days!
    EDIT #1 - Remember you can’t target belly fat. In order to lose fat somewhere you have to work your entire body. Full body workouts are great if you don’t go to the gym. I also recommend going for walks or running for at least 10-30 minutes a day. Don’t expect to get results fast, it took me 3 weeks to see slight results doing different workouts, but I have been working out for over 3 months now and my body definitely toned up! I am still struggling to lose body fat % because of my eating disorder but I am working on it.
    EDIT #2 - Just a reminder to do workouts you enjoy and eat healthier! Make colorful food with more veggies and fruits. Don’t stress about food or workouts, I noticed I would get discouraged when I had a workout routine. Now I just do whatever I feel like is best for me/what I am in the mood for. I also discovered that watching food related videos made me think a lot about food and crave foods when I am not hungry so that’s something I would try to avoid.
    I personally don’t like doing cardio but I did it for 2 weeks (30-70 minutes a day + one rest day each week) and lost body fat percentage. It was extremely hard to get through each workout since like I mentioned I am not the biggest fan of it. Though, I definitely recommend doing it even for 10 minutes a day. It really helped me a ton! I understand that cardio is frustrating so just keep in mind that you are doing it for results and for a short period of time. That’s what helped me get through it. My final thoughts are, losing weight IS hard but not impossible. Doing exercises you enjoy is definitely better than hating to workout because you “have” to do HIIT or cardio. (Pilates and Yoga are my favorite for lazy days!) Finally, as much as we all hate to hear it, it all depends on our genetics. Everyone’s body is different so don’t stress when something doesn’t work for you. Try different methods until you find the one.
    I won’t be checking this anymore.

    This is my second day doing the workout I woke up sore but it’s okay “no pain no gain”
    Day 1 = ( it’s was good I did it along with some other exercises) ✅
    Day2=( sore from yesterday but it was good)✅
    Day 3= ( not sore anymore good workout)

    Thank you so so much we have been doing this exercise for 5 days and we saw a big difference in the stomach this is the best exercise I've done. As we keep doing it the less tired we get because we get more used to it o n the first day we got so tired. Would 100% recommend this exercise.

    Day 1 : burning
    Day 2 : hurts but feels good at the same time
    Day 3 : It’s less hard than the first day, i can’t tell if there’s any difference on my body yet
    Day 6 : I don’t struggle anymore, at first i would see a lot of my belly hanging when i’m in plank and now i see way less of it (its been 2 weeks i’m doing a calorie deficit)
    Week 3 : well it works

    Gotta say this is the best workout I’ve ever done. No seriously I could see the difference in one week, two weeks people started mentioning and in almost a month the change was VERY visible and obvious. Would definitely recommend this workout it’s amazing!!

    Day 1- 11:53pm 19/11/23, pretty hard, the Russian twist was probably the easiest and only one I could do for the full 20 secs, this really showed me how unfit I am. It’s time to start working on myself
    Day 2- 11:25pm 20/11/23, not as bad as yesterday first 3 exercises weren’t too bad, plank I did for 10 secs yesterday I did for 5, I really enjoyed this time felt much more easier. ( tip)!! Do squats before or after doing this really helps!
    Day 3- 10:52pm 21/11/23, couldn’t do much since my legs were so sore from running today but tomorrow I will do all!!

    Going to start doing this tomorrow! So excited I’ve been really insecure about my weight my stomach in general I’ve been skipping meals, overworking myself. But after seeing the comments I have a good feeling about this! Will keep updated.

    Im planning to do this workout everyday until August (back to school)
    Day 1 ✅- was really sore afterwards but still did my best
    Day 2 ✅- excersises were a bit less hard but still a little challenging, still tried my best!
    Day 3 ✅ - did the exercises without breaks! I really hope this works

    Day one: Done! It was pretty hard though, but when you finish you feel refresh!
    Day two: It wasn't as difficult as the first day. But l don't see any progress so far (obviously lol)
    Day three: Done, it was easier then it was the first two days l see a little bit of progress and i think l lost fat on my thighs. Idk though.
    Post update: If you are considering doing this please do! I can already see thee figure coming in!! 10/10 really worth it

    I have a knee problem so i can not do knee tuck crunch but here we are. Im starting right now. Im on a diet, trying intermitting fasting. Tree meals in a day. And walking almost 10k every day.
    Day 1✨ Its was okay because I didnt do knee tuck crunch, i think it could be the hardest one. However it was a refreshing workout 😇
    Day 2 💫 It WAS SO HARD because my belly hurtsss! But i did it! I love that burns because it feels like its working. Keep going guys!

    I began the workout evening sessies every day and this one I do 2s a week. The first time I could only plank for 7 sec. 3 th time and after a week eveningworkout I did 20 sec plank.     I am 58 and my stomach is soft now. Boy did my stomach burn the second day it. I do 5 of the exercises and 2 sets of the first three. Two of them are hard on lower back once my back gets stronger I will do all. They work my stomach is feeling harder. Best exercises I have seen in a long time👍

    Doing this for a week!
    Day 1: Bit sweaty, felt burn but overall easy😜
    Day 2: Seeing results
    Day 3: sweated more than usual
    Day 4: hard felt pain
    Day 5: stomach looks smaller
    Day 6: finished the challenge overall. Saw a difference in thighs.
    Btw I recommend drinking lots of water

      @@thaherasultana8312 I do it twice a day once in the morning , once at night before bed with a ten minute cardio work out as well . My diet is pretty much normal I just watch my sugar and sodium intake 😊 best thing I can recommend is making sure to drink your 60 oz of water a day and after your workout have lots of protein I do protein shakes .     As I am a disabled person who can't exercise while standing or can't walk more than 30 minutes without resting but love to work out, this helps me a lot, laid down and do it , thanks for sharing , would you please shere with me if you have some more ,? Thank you so much❤

    5th day of doing this workout to remove my belly fat. Slowly I’m improving. One thing that also improve is my cardio. Thank you for this.. 🤗

      @@mariaa.428 i did one set for 2 days but later i did try 2 sets or at least 1 1/2 sets (like if the counting is 20 then i do 30 or double it)… its hard.. I can’t see physically the improvement after 5 days but I feel much lighter than before… 😊 But I do not rely on these excercise alone, I cut my calories intake also especially rice and sweets 😁

      Thats not how it works you can't lose fat in only a certain area sadly

    I usually don’t comment on videos, but I have to admit, this works. I had been a bit skeptical but I did it anyways. I, male started on June 10th, 2021 weighing in at about 218lbs and now it is October 24th, 2021, and I weigh 170.5. I also did other workouts, I juiced and I ran back and forth until I was tired. This might get little recognition but for the one person that does see this, don’t give up. I wanted to so bad, until around 7 weeks. I noticed a huge difference. Keep going you got this :)

      @@saturdayeditz1942 Hey. Through out my whole journey, I only dieted when I could afford healthier foods. Each morning and afternoon I’d drink a bottle of cold water. It helps with getting rid of some grogginess or at least it did for me. I did do a juice diet for a week, but realistically, I didn’t go on a specific diet, though I did eat fruits and vegetables. Tuna and toast for a quick snack when I felt hungry, or I’d eat a granola bar. I ate some of the same foods I’d eat on a regular(seafood, chicken, greens, etc
      ) but in smaller portions. I counted my calories as well when I could, but aside from that it is really worth it in the end. Hopefully my wordy comment helps in some sort of way!

    I feel like once you’ve done this for a week you just keep going! Even though you don’t feel like doing it, you just can’t give up so close to your goal!
    After 2 weeks of doing these exercices every day, my stomach is definitely not 100% flat but I see progress! So keep going guys 💪
