So guys sharing my experience,
Weight: 58kg
1 Day ✅: well it was very very very hard for me for the first day. I couldn't do the planks properly but I will continue doing this exercise for a week.
Day 2✅: i did it!
But still couldn't do the planks mai knee truck that much *sob* but i will still continue it.
Day3 ✅: it's burning!
I literally still cannot do the planks properly I can do that only for 20 sec i guess. Idk why but these exercises are pretty hard for me. Hope soon I will find it easy to do.
Day 4 ❌: well I was busy all day because I have exam tomorrow.
*Got my period today😢
So, I will continue this maybe from 3march*

@arafanihar8988 Took me 3 months. I also ate lite meals. Avoided eating to many sweets and bread. I have never been fat. I just had love handles (weight around my belly and sides)

@@KtcbkiGgifxxdd Yes, slightly. Remember, losing weight isn't an overnight miracle. Especially fat around the lower belly/stomach area. I was never fat. Just developed fat around my belly and love handles. I'm glad I did the exercises. Just make sure to do these exercises and also eat well during this time until you achieve the results you are happy with.
I've put on belly fat again after 1 year. I've been eating too many chocolates, especially at night😁 I have to start these exercises again. 💪

I'm on day 31 and the transformation is superb. For the beginners don't give up, it's tough at the beginning but worth it.

Day 1✅ finished the excercises with ease. Can't wait to complete the journey
Day 2✅ body is sore, it was very hard to do the exercises. Completed them none the less
Day 3✅ I'm still very sore but it was much easier to do the exercises
Day 4✅ Body is still a bit sore. First 5 exercises were easier to do but it was hard with the last 3. I'm however more determined than ever
Day 5✅ Soreness has faded, I've noticed "dents" in the sides of my belly. Not sure if they have always been there and I just didn't notice. Haven't seen a sufficient amount of change but I'll compare the pictures from day 1 and 7 when I complete the challenge.
Day 6✅ I'm at a stage where I can workout and not wake up sore😂I'm gonna try to keep the streak.
Day 7✅ Realized I had not done the excercises after dinner but I wasn't gonna let that stop me. I was so full and my body was heeeeeavy 😂.
My belly is not completely gone but I see that it is squishy and rests towards the bottom now. Normally it would be firm and just looks like I'm 4/5M pregnant😅. Another thing is I used to feel very heavy in my body but now I feel lighter. It is important to note that I have not changed my diet in any way or form. This routine works for me and I'll continue to do it until I get the desired results.
Day 8✅ Have added another routine to this one. Still on the fence about whether to keep doing the both of them together
Day 9✅ Decided to just do two sets instead of adding a different routine. I didn't finish excercise 7 in the second set...it was so hard😭😭😭
Day 10✅ A bit sore in the ribs from yesterday

I'm starting this today to lose weight and gain self confidence.
Day 1 : ✔️ the tuck ins and bicycle crunches were tough but I did it😁
I am following this workout last 3 years….it gives me the perfect me…!❤❤
Exercises are fine but for fat loss to occur, a proper diet is a must. Exercising alone can shape your abdominal muscles and make them look good, but ONLY if you melt that layer of fat that is covering them (and your whole body...) Exercise without good nutrition leads to nothing in my opinion. Problem is I have no idea about calories and nutrients. I tried Next Level Diet and currently it' working perfectly for me. I definitely lost some fat. It's slow but steady process. 100% recommend.

Be motivated! Because I have been doing this for over than 3 weeks. This works better and I felt the burn in my belly fat after 2 weeks. Just be motivated and this is so harder than it looks. You will have pains in your body in the first two days. Don't care and continue! Good luck❤️

Morning 1cup oats, lunch maybe 1,2 Chappathis salad, and for dinner 1bowl of masala oats. 4 liter of water daily and for snacks apples, no sugary products 😊😊

So guys sharing my experience
Today,Day 1 While doing plank felt a lot of pressure in my abdomen and while doing leg tuck in ,bicycle crunchces and flutter kicks my whole leg was paining but after completing it I was sweating a lot. Hope I complete this challenge and see myself losing weight
Day -2 While doing exercises I was very tired. But still I managed to do. But took breaks in bicycle crunches and flutter kicks. But still feeling 😊 good and I can see changes. So see you for Day -3
So Day -3 Today I am happy because I can feel my core is becoming stronger. I was able to hold on flutter kicks but still struggling with bicycle crunches and leg tuck in. But I hope I will be able to hold on. So see for Day-4
Day-4 Today I was able to hold on bicycle crunches but struggled with flutter kicks and leg tuck in.Hope.I will be able to do all exercises for 45 seconds. So see you for Day -5😊.
Day- 5 Today I did flutter kicks nicely and bicycle crunches in a different way as it is easy for beginners. Otherwise today everything was good except leg tuck ins. So this was my today's experience. Now I am feeling the burn ❤️🔥.
So here comes day -6 Today my core had become hard and I did both bicycle crunches and flutter kicks. But leg tuck-ins are a little difficult so I think it will take time,but I can feel that I am becoming healthier.😄
Day-7 Today I couldn't do anything because my legs were hurting so yeah will do tomorrow 😄
Day 7 again- Today finally I have completed the 7 day challenge. I did flutter kicks and bicycle crunches continuously. Don't think I am not going to stop. I will keep doing until I get abs. By the way this video is very useful. 👍 I Didn't think I could get so healthier. ☺ Thank you so much.
Day 8 and 9- With this video and healthy diet I have lost some belly fat and my core has also become hard. Now I am very happy that I can do all the exercises. For beginners I would say that at first it will be very difficult but with time your body will also respond to your exercises. So don't lose hope if you can't do it for the first time 👍
Day 20 Now I have lost much fat. I am feeling healthier than ever. I am able to run faster and jump long distances that I wasn't able to do 20 days before. With a healthy diet and these exercises you can lose fat . I didn't expect that I can lose fat so easily and in less time.😊

Day- 1 Now I can feel the phrase ' Practice makes a man perfect. Although It is my day 1 still I can do all the exercises easily except bicycle crunches. No worries I will again cover everything. Anyways wish me luck and all the best to those who have just started 😊😊.
DAY 2 doneeeeeee easily except bicycle crunchces 😢😢😢😢. No problem will do when i get a habit of doing exercises 😊.
DAY 3 Today I sweated a lot . I did this exercise 2 times as i felt need for it. Today also the same problem arrived in bicycle crunches. Now will see you at Day-4 .
Day -5 and 4 Today I did all the exercises easily but yesterday that is day -4 I was close to finish😊ing the exercise.. but anyways I did it today

Managed to do it with only struggling with bycycle crunches
2021 me- these exercises are so simple, let me do it at a higher pace, joining her 😊
After the loooooonnngggggg break of three years...
2024 me- WTH.... Even the lower pace feels difficult. My body is painingggggggggggggggggg.
How was I able to do all these exercises at the higher pace without feeling any pain???
She has a lovely personality with the way she instructs how to do the movements. And she smiles the whole way throughout the workouts, like I can’t smile when I’m doing these moves lol. I always have my grouchy face haha. She’s lovely.

It's not that hard. And it'll only take you about 20mins. Start 'small', 20 to 30 seconds at a time ;)

her training has nothing to do with your fat burn . it was all due to your dietary changes and the calories you consumed vs burned
@@thealchemist6812 to tell the truth , the diet remained the same and I never made any effort to stop snacking etc. So stopping the daily workout did the damage.

Day -01:- Feeling very much trired ofc I did workout today after ages so it was a bit hard for me to do it but after workout feeling very better after seeing all of the sweat which I never lose these days because of being lazy all day at home gonna finish these challenge and update y'all abt the changes surely...
