- Did you know you can work out even in bed, and burn fat along the way? Fitness really has no limits and you can lose weight even from the comfort of your bed, doing these easy, 12 exercises in bed!
All the exercises in this video can be done in a sitting position either on your back or on your knees or tummy.
This home vide workout is perfect for you if you don't want to get out of bed but still want to exercise and reduce fat.
You can do it either in the morning after waking up, or in the evening after getting into bed.
You may also perform this exercises if you for a reason cannot leave your bed - but still need to burn calories.
So let's start the workout program and get some good fat burning results!

I've been doing this for months now and honestly, it's amazing. I did lose some weight and my body became so much more active, I feel way healthier. I do this every morning in bed and I've noticed changes in my body. Some tips though, you should take longer breaks, just pause the video, don't force yourself too much. And when they say repeat 20 times for each leg, you go 10 times this one, 10 times the other, come back to this one then 10 times the other to finish. Don't go 20 times a leg(in one go) if you can't! One important thing, I believe in you and you will make it!

Day 7 ✅ (60.8kg) did some stretches and extra 110 jumping Jacks, 40 russian twists and 45 hip dips

I've been doing this daily for 2 weeks with a roughly 1400 calorie diet/hydrating and some additional light exercise (walking for 15 min a day and maybe one additional 10 min Roberta video every other day). I've lost 5 lbs. 205 lbs->200 lbs. If anything, it gets you motivated to be active and in the mindset to continue being healthy. You can feel yourself getting stronger each day, which is great! I also deal with upper neck and back pain/tension and moving around like this is helping with that a lot. If you can't do all the reps, even just try for half. Some activity is better than none! Good luck on your fitness journey. Stay the course!

It’s my first week of me doing this & I feel so much better & have visible muscles . I don’t weigh myself but I’m also visibly thinner & I do this in bed . It’s actually really easy & gets easier in time so I just do longer reps 😁

I did for 22 days every afternoon after lunch hour & night 1 hour before went to sleep. Lost 2.1kg.. Happy 😊. Recommended!

How long did it take to loose the weight
I think It took about 3 month to start losing body fat.
I’ve been doing this workout for 1month and 15 days it’s been amazing I went from 55kg-45kg!!

I have a long road the last year with 11 heart procedures. Lost 45lbs and a lot of muscle mass. I used to compete in nationwide judo competitions and could squat 450lbs in my daily routine. Now I can do about 10,000 steps a day. Came across this video for a way to get back into shape. Can’t wait to try

I have Vertigo, and exercising is very difficult. So today that I'm feeling a little better I tried this and I'll be definitely be doing this every day.
As a chubby 13yr old I find this helpful as I’m to scared to work out in public and tell my parents that I’m working on getting skinny , this is js so helpful I can’t thank you enough bc now I don’t have to make so much noise js trying to loose my stomach fat

I did this, lower abdomen one and flat stomach one. Also maintained a proper diet . It was july, 2020 when I was thinking to do something to reduce some fat. Back then, I was a teen ager of 60 kg. My current weight is 46 ( yeah my BMI is ideal) . To those who are worried to take initiative , don't think too much. It will take time, patience. But if you are dedicated enough, you will achieve your goal 🌻

Sometimes, I dont feel getting out of bed an exercising , and this is perfect for me , most of the times I do this right before sleep, beacuse it not very good to get up to do an workout, but with this I can do the exercise in my bed then sleep. I've been doing this workout for 4 days in a row and honestly, I've felt the burn every single day. But every single day I am getting stronger. I won't give up!
Edit: I did this routine 5 days in a row, took a rest day yesterday, then today I just smashed the workout! At the start of the week, I could only plank for 10 seconds (despite being able to go for 30 seconds+ in my teen years easily). Today I completed the full 30 seconds. If I can do this, anybody can. Amazing gains from just 1 week of consistency.

I’ve been doing this for 2 days now here’s what I’ve been doing: - I created a chart for a 1 month everyday exercise -I started to make to-do lists and put exercise on it. I feel very sleepy after doing your night workouts usually I don’t fall asleep till 12 pm

hate to break it to you guys but i measured how long the planks were, and it’s actually 2 seconds per number. so double time of what you were doing!

Do it with some green tea after every meal and try to jump or run through rope and u can see clear difference.. experienced , I lost not much weight but inches soon 🌷 so be happy this workout is blessing💜

Have tried various exercise of different channel but all are painful and can't compete them properly but Roberta's videos are easy as well as burns fat I can feel it

I'm new here hoping I can do well with these. I can do standard standing exercises because I lose my balance. Looking to start in hopefully 2 weeks after I heal from my surgery on Monday.
