I want to write my honest opinion on this workout, and for anyone who’s wondering if it actually makes your waist smaller….I personally have a small waist but I wanted to do this workout because I have a belly. I did this workout for 3 days every morning, and night and not only did my waist get smaller but also my belly
became flat. I also wanted to say that I don’t follow a strict diet….good luck and I recommend this workouts so much🥳

Guys, if you are confused whether this works or not, then know this. I've been doing this for about a week now and my waist has shrunk by 5 cm. My weight was 50.7 kg, but after a week of this workout I weighed 48.1 kg. The most important thing is that I drank zero cola every other day, ate whatever I wanted (I didn’t limit myself to sweets.) So, exercise for your health, I believe in you, honey ❤

starting this workout today! im now just realizing how insecure i am about my tummy and stuff. after not seeing ppl for awhile i just didn’t really workout or genuinely take care of myself and now im taking a step up!!! Day 1: ✅i did this workout today after reading the comments about how it was effective( ik it’s different for everyone) but i really liked this workout because it included jump jacks and i feel like it’s super important to add something that gets ur heart going. other stomach workouts haven’t worked for me and after this one my stomach definitely feels tighter!!

Day 1- Felt fine but a little tired
Day 2- Still sore from last time but doing okay!
Day 3- Almost stopped but powered through!

honestly, you're partly right. you want to love you're body, but at the same time you don't wanna be obese as it can lead to cardiovascular issues. mainly you want to feel good and confident whirl you're working out, as when you're just dragging along you dont tend to get to you're goal quite as much.

I've been doing this for about a week and i already see some changes! I was really bloated from not doing any exercises and eating unhealthy these past months and now my belly is visibly flatter than before! Though i have been eating unhealthy these days I'm not following any diet and I'm doing only this exercise not any other exercises it still works. But i recommend maintaining a diet while doing workouts. I'll continue doing it! And best wishes to everyone who's doing it! Be consistent and don't give up i know you can do it!!!❤

🎉 Happy workout guys! Today day one of my work out, and I’m so excited to share results! I’ll also be updating the message as I go and how long I do these workouts.
I do this routine 2x, averaging about 26 minutes each time I workout. Once in the morning, evening and night.
I’m also pescatarians so I only eat seafood as a main source of protein. I’ll also be giving what I meal prep!
2 Month Update as promised!
I’ve been noticing such a difference in my figure already! I’m so satisfied with my results! I’m a lot slimmer on the stomach and waist and I fit into more clothes easier!
Meal preparation:
Week 1-2:
Grilled salmon fillets: Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill and divide into portions.
Shrimp stir-fry: Cook shrimp with your choice of vegetables and sauce. Portion out.
Tuna salad: Mix canned tuna with mayo, diced onions, celery, and seasonings. Portion into containers.
Week 3-4:
Baked cod fillets: Season cod with herbs and spices. Bake and divide into portions.
Seafood pasta: Cook pasta and mix with a seafood medley (shrimp, scallops, etc.) in a tomato or cream sauce. Portion out.
Canned sardines: Stock up on canned sardines packed in olive oil for quick lunches or snacks.
Week 5-6:
Fish tacos: Grill or bake white fish and serve in taco shells with cabbage slaw and salsa. Portion out.
Seafood curry: Make a big batch of seafood curry with your favorite curry paste, coconut milk, and mixed seafood. Portion into containers.
Smoked mackerel: Buy smoked mackerel fillets for easy salads or sandwiches.
Week 7-8:
Lemon garlic shrimp: Sauté shrimp with lemon, garlic, and herbs. Portion out.

I currently weigh 95.2 pounds
Day 1: ✅ Pretty decent workout, obviously nothing happened that you can tell.
Day 2: ✅ Easier than last time, the plank was so much easier than before.
Day 3: ✅ The exercises are getting much easier! I'm losing weight little by little!
Day 4: ❌ I honestly forgot since it was new years, I'll make sure to do it today! (Time I'm writing this)
Day 5: ✅ I feel like my stomach is different from before. Making progress!
Day 6: ✅ I can slowly the hourglass shape forming. The exercises are a lot easier than in the beginning!
Day 7: ✅ I did this, but forgot to update my comment! Yesterday this exercise definitely changed a lot in my body. My hips are more curved than before!
Day 8: ✅ Still about the same as
Day 7: ✅ maybe the slightest different, but not much!!
Day 9: ❌ Went to a museum and didn't have time!

I’ve been doing this workout, and I also kind of see some progress, my goal is before the new year, I become a new person, I’m living my best and I’m at my best currently, mentally and physically, Roberta’s gym is the best workouts and also not too extreme but there are visible changes ❤

I'm a 13 year old female and I'm really insecure about my body, all my older sisters all got their curves at 12 and I'm here 13 with no curves at all, they made fun of be because I wasn't like them. I started this work out hoping to be more curvy and it works! Only the second day and I already see the changes, thank you so much for making me feel better about my body❤

Have you seen any results
I’m on day 57 and can totally see a difference. I’ve been doing it twice everyday along side a leg workout twice a day as well and I feel so much better about myself already. Just remember guys don’t give up and stay committed.

So you get a ⌛?
I've been doing this workout for a week now, I stick to a light diet (simply reduce eating food with trans fat, instead of fruit snacks and dark chocolate, etc.) and I can say that I already see a change from what I was, my stomach is flatter than it was and even takes on an hourglass shape!
I thank you and myself that I am holding on.
Fun fact if u eat less its damaging ur system if u eat normally u lose alot of belly fat and other fats

starting this workout today and will try to continue every day for one month !! currently almost 15 and at around 13 i had suddenly gained weight and was overweight, i did another one of your exercises and ate less and lost it all by 14, im happy with my body now but im working on slight changes as in smaller waist, flatter stomach, a more fit bubble booty yk lmao, things like that basically
