    I want to write my honest opinion on this workout, and for anyone who’s wondering if it actually makes your waist smaller….I personally have a small waist but I wanted to do this workout because I have a belly. I did this workout for 3 days every morning, and night and not only did my waist get smaller but also my belly
    became flat. I also wanted to say that I don’t follow a strict diet….good luck and I recommend this workouts so much🥳

    My daughter has been crying a lot this year . I always ask her what’s wrong but her reply is always I’m fat and I eat too much . I give this video to her to see if she wants to do it .     Guys, if you are confused whether this works or not, then know this. I've been doing this for about a week now and my waist has shrunk by 5 cm. My weight was 50.7 kg, but after a week of this workout I weighed 48.1 kg. The most important thing is that I drank zero cola every other day, ate whatever I wanted (I didn’t limit myself to sweets.) So, exercise for your health, I believe in you, honey ❤

    starting this workout today! im now just realizing how insecure i am about my tummy and stuff. after not seeing ppl for awhile i just didn’t really workout or genuinely take care of myself and now im taking a step up!!! (going to bed earlier, journaling, etc) ASLO, remember not to give up and that there’s probably a lot of us doing this in our rooms ❤
    Day 1: ✅i did this workout today after reading the comments about how it was effective( ik it’s different for everyone) but i really liked this workout because it included jump jacks and i feel like it’s super important to add something that gets ur heart going. other stomach workouts haven’t worked for me and after this one my stomach definitely feels tighter!!
    Day 2: ✅i got cramps during the jumping jacks shows how out of shape i am.. went out for lunch and my stomach looked different and better
    Day 3:❌ didn’t do it had work all day and ik it’s important 2 take break days
    Day 4:✅ i did it this morning no hesitation!
    Day 5: ✅ woke up late but still did it
    Day 6:❌ woke up wayyy to late didnt do it but my stomach results are crazy
    Day 7:❌ had a b day party today and i was breaking out and had no motivation but no more breaks from now swear

    I wanna try to do this workout everyday for the next 30 days!
    Day 1- Felt fine but a little tired
    Day 2- Still sore from last time but doing okay!
    Day 3- Almost stopped but powered through!
    Day 4- Def still tired but got it done!
    Day 5-Took a little rest day but had PE
    Day 6-Got it all done! Getting easier so far!
    Day 7- Didn’t have time
    Day 8-Completed it!
    Day 9-Did it!

    Etc..
    (P.S also doing a 5 minute Pilates video as well, no diet as of right now.)

    Im 11 and I've always hated my body but ever since I discovered this Chanel I suddenly knew I had a chance of getting my dream body so I was scrolling through and I found this video I've been doing this for around 5 days so far and I can already see my belly fat slowly disappearing and I do eat healthier so I do recommend this video also I'm doing another one before this and some morning stretches

      honestly, you're partly right. you want to love you're body, but at the same time you don't wanna be obese as it can lead to cardiovascular issues. mainly you want to feel good and confident whirl you're working out, as when you're just dragging along you dont tend to get to you're goal quite as much.

    I've been doing this for about a week and i already see some changes! I was really bloated from not doing any exercises and eating unhealthy these past months and now my belly is visibly flatter than before! Though i have been eating unhealthy these days I'm not following any diet and I'm doing only this exercise not any other exercises it still works. But i recommend maintaining a diet while doing workouts. I'll continue doing it! And best wishes to everyone who's doing it! Be consistent and don't give up i know you can do it!!!❤

    Doing this workout until summer ( it’s currently march & I’ll update )
    DAY 2: I’ve worked out and cut my calories . The workout BURNS but It feels great afterwards. Remember to stay hydrated yall and thank u so much for this amazing workout !! ( updating Day after day until I have my results )

    there were lot of times that I tried different guide tutorials and the timing is always making me out of breath and rush doing position.. this is my first time finding one which is I guess good for beginners and wanted to do workouts inside house...     🎉 Happy workout guys! Today day one of my work out, and I’m so excited to share results! I’ll also be updating the message as I go and how long I do these workouts.
    I do this routine 2x, averaging about 26 minutes each time I workout. Once in the morning, evening and night.
    I’m also pescatarians so I only eat seafood as a main source of protein. I’ll also be giving what I meal prep!
    2 Month Update as promised!
    I’ve been noticing such a difference in my figure already! I’m so satisfied with my results! I’m a lot slimmer on the stomach and waist and I fit into more clothes easier!
    Meal preparation:
    Week 1-2:
    Grilled salmon fillets: Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Grill and divide into portions.
    Shrimp stir-fry: Cook shrimp with your choice of vegetables and sauce. Portion out.
    Tuna salad: Mix canned tuna with mayo, diced onions, celery, and seasonings. Portion into containers.
    Week 3-4:
    Baked cod fillets: Season cod with herbs and spices. Bake and divide into portions.
    Seafood pasta: Cook pasta and mix with a seafood medley (shrimp, scallops, etc.) in a tomato or cream sauce. Portion out.
    Canned sardines: Stock up on canned sardines packed in olive oil for quick lunches or snacks.
    Week 5-6:
    Fish tacos: Grill or bake white fish and serve in taco shells with cabbage slaw and salsa. Portion out.
    Seafood curry: Make a big batch of seafood curry with your favorite curry paste, coconut milk, and mixed seafood. Portion into containers.
    Smoked mackerel: Buy smoked mackerel fillets for easy salads or sandwiches.
    Week 7-8:
    Lemon garlic shrimp: Sauté shrimp with lemon, garlic, and herbs. Portion out.
    Seafood paella: Cook a big batch of paella with shrimp, mussels, and squid. Portion into containers.
    Canned anchovies: Keep canned anchovies handy for adding flavor to salads, pizzas, or pasta dishes.
    Week 9-10:
    Grilled tuna steaks: Marinate tuna steaks in your favorite sauce and grill. Portion out.
    Seafood chowder: Make a hearty seafood chowder with fish, shrimp, potatoes, and cream. Portion into containers.
    Canned crab meat: Use canned crab meat for salads, crab cakes, or pasta dishes.

    day 1: the plank killed me !!! but i did it. before this workout, i had a tiny pinch but I'm really trying to get the hour glass figure for myself just for the confidence see u at day 2 ( if i wont forget)

    I am a 14 year old and am very insecure about my body so im going to start doing this exercise. I will try my best to remember to update you guys to see if it actually works, if I forget to sorry bout that 🫠 I might do this for 50 days because school starts then and I want a body glow up because apparently im pretty when I dont think I am at all. Whoever is doing this aswell, goodluck and don't give up because if you want a version of your dream body you will try hard enough to get it. Dont give up!

    As an 12 yr old, Roberta you are a legend!!I was always insecure to wear crop tops and that stuff.After doing this excersize for 3 weeks I have acheived the body goals ive always wanted!!You arent being harsh or giving us 0 breaks its amazing!Definetely recommending this to my friends!!

    Day 1: done(not feeling much but i can feel the burn!
    Day 2: done!(i feel the curve around my waist but i am still not slimmer)
    Day 3:done!(I got more curves but a lil bit slimmer but trust the process!)

    Attempting to do this until January 30th! (Twice every day)
    I currently weigh 95.2 pounds
    Day 1: ✅ Pretty decent workout, obviously nothing happened that you can tell.
    Day 2: ✅ Easier than last time, the plank was so much easier than before.
    Day 3: ✅ The exercises are getting much easier! I'm losing weight little by little!
    Day 4: ❌ I honestly forgot since it was new years, I'll make sure to do it today! (Time I'm writing this)
    Day 5: ✅ I feel like my stomach is different from before. Making progress!
    Day 6: ✅ I can slowly the hourglass shape forming. The exercises are a lot easier than in the beginning!
    Day 7: ✅ I did this, but forgot to update my comment! Yesterday this exercise definitely changed a lot in my body. My hips are more curved than before!
    Day 8: ✅ Still about the same as
    Day 7: ✅ maybe the slightest different, but not much!!
    Day 9: ❌ Went to a museum and didn't have time!
    Day 10: ❌ Felt sick but still went to school anyways. Didn't have time still, sorry!
    Day 11: ❌
    Day 12: ❌
    Day 13: ❌
    Day 14: ✅ Going to get back on track!!
    Day 15: ✅ Working on it! ✨👍

    Doing this workout plus daisy keech hourglass abs workout for 3 months straight stared yesterday!!
    Day 1 ✅ Sooo easy and light loved it!!
    Day 2 ✅ My body is starting to kinda shape but not much!

    I'm a 13 year old female and I'm really insecure about my body, all my older sisters all got their curves at 12 and I'm here 13 with no curves at all, they made fun of be because I wasn't like them. I started this work out hoping to be more curvy and it works! Only the second day and I already see the changes, thank you so much for making me feel better about my body❤

    I’m on day 57 and can totally see a difference. I’ve been doing it twice everyday along side a leg workout twice a day as well and I feel so much better about myself already. Just remember guys don’t give up and stay committed.

    I've been doing this workout for a week now, I stick to a light diet (simply reduce eating food with trans fat, instead of fruit snacks and dark chocolate, etc.) and I can say that I already see a change from what I was, my stomach is flatter than it was and even takes on an hourglass shape!
    I thank you and myself that I am holding on.

      Fun fact if u eat less its damaging ur system if u eat normally u lose alot of belly fat and other fats

    starting this workout today and will try to continue every day for one month !! currently almost 15 and at around 13 i had suddenly gained weight and was overweight, i did another one of your exercises and ate less and lost it all by 14, im happy with my body now but im working on slight changes as in smaller waist, flatter stomach, a more fit bubble booty yk lmao, things like that basically

    day1: ✅ successfully did it !!
    day2: ❌ couldn’t my grandma came over and slept w me and she slept before I could do it since I do it at night
    day3: ✅ was going to skip because I’m having terrible terrible second day of period cramps but I couldn’t skip 2 days in a row !!
