    Just started my work out yesterday and to tell you the truth my tummy hurts today.
    Skipping lunch and super meal .

      No.. Please dont skip your meals.. Your body needs food.. If you skip meals like that you body gains more weight after some days.. Eat lots of protien and fiber containing foods and you are good👍🏼hope this helps.

    I'll be doing this workout for the next 14 days!
    Current weight: 58 kg | 5'2 | 17 years old.
    Belly: 85cm / 33½ in
    [Week 1]
    Day 1: ✅ it's not that hard but it still made me sweat a LOT.
    Day 2: ✅ Done
    Day 3: ✅ it was a little easier today
    Day 4: ✅ idk why but i just can't do the last one 💀😭 I'm always fighting my life while doing the last workout 😭🥲
    Day 5: ✅
    [Edit: I had to stop for a while due to my final exams but now that they are over I'll be focusing on doing this workout daily for atleast next two months! Thankyou for everyone who liked and replied, you guys really motivated me to start back again]

    I took a lot of breaks in between and I also wasn't following any special diet. Still managed to lose 2 Inches which I'm very happy about. Also my legs look slimmer and toned than before. I'll be continuing this workout to lose more inches. Will be updating in a month or two :)

      According to google:
      Sore muscles after exercise
      Feeling your muscles ache or stiffen for a few days after exercise is normal and is known as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It can affect people of all fitness levels, particularly after trying a new activity or pushing yourself a bit harder than usual.

    To all those doubting the results. IT WORKS. I have flabby thighs, arms and my tummy is big. I am only on day 4 and I definitely already started seeing results. My problem areas are more toned. I feel very motivated to do this for a whole month now. 😊🎉
    Note: I am also on a calories deficit diet for maximum results. Will update again in a month.

    Doing this for 37 weeks! i’m 17 and 173 lbs. i lost 18 lbs from doing this workout last year and going on a calorie deficit but my goal weight is 140/130 lbs!

    I lost so much weight in a month and became the smallest I’ve ever been with this workout. Unfortunately I stopped working out and eating healthy so I gained the weight back.       At least you know, you can lose the weight.
      If you continue to lose , gain , etcc , as you become older, you will NOT able to lose the weight at all.

    I did this for 7 days and lost 1.5 inches on my belly and the best part is that I wasn’t really on a diet but I stayed away from sugar and sodas. I’m really shocked at the results and now I’m more motivated to keep going. Thank you!

    I start this with my 60kg
    so I just started this 3 night
    Day 1:sweat a lot and hurt my stomach badly
    Day 2:ok I can handle it
    Day 3: don't want to do but still doing this
    Day 4:eat a lot of fast food but this exercise ate me too
    Day 5:I ate a lot of calories but the exercise still burn me
    Day6:very lazy at the start but still finish it
    Day 7: this is my cheat day I ate so many food and very lazy to to the exercise but keep doing it

    12K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, look how many of you guys and gals made a leap or chnage, leettss gooooo!!!!!!
    Decided to really give this a go and here was my journey:
    Height - 176CM
    Weight - 109.3KG
    Waist - 107.1CM
    Day 1 - OMG, this was harder than I thought especially move 7. Gosh, struggling with breathing.
    Day 2 - Felt a bit more easier and natural, but move 7 is still killing me.
    Day 3 - Getting more used to it and the moves more fluid. Feeling stronger and move 7 getting more like it.
    Day 4 - Pushed through it hard!!!
    Day 5 - No idea why, but pumped and I added Lucy’s other 7 minute work out on top of this one after a 2 minute break! Really tough
    Day 6 - Tired, probably shouldn’t have done the 2. But doing it again and made it. Tough
    Day 7 - Done the 2 again, feeling a lot stronger and I can already notice the change myself. Recovery feels a lot more quicker also.
    Now:
    Height - 176CM
    Weight - 98.9KG
    Waist - 101.6CM
    Additional things:
    1. Warm Up and Cool Down - I warmed up for 5 mins before each day before starting and did double the stretch down moves at the end
    2. Calories - I stayed under my recommended calorie count each day by 500-700
    3. Sleep Patterns - I made sure I took at least 8 hours of sleep each night (prior, I slept between 7-5 hours a night);
    4. Eating habits - NO Junk/Bad food (No soft drinks, No alcohol, No Fatty stuff etc) This was substituted by Healthy cereal with light milk, mixed salads with chicken breast or Salmon and vegetable soups. Drinks were simply green tea of silver white tea or just plain water. I also stopped snacking between meals - but started doing this on day 3. Day 1-2 I was snacking on fruit and nuts, but found my own weakness I was eating way too many Olives and nuts, despite being under my calorie count. I just felt hungry quicker.
    5. Mental well-being - It was really tough to want to continue to day 2 to be honest. I just felt so tired and in some ways looking for an instant change and move 7 made me feel “why bother”. But I found that once I got over that hurdle and focused on trying, the rest became easier as time went on.
    6. Vitamin Tablets - I started taking ZMA tablets after day 4.
    ......................................
    Well, 2nd week is in the bag!
    Additional notes/ comments
    1. People at work have already started noticing the change visually, so its working greatly.
    2. I have added Lucy's other glute 7 minute exercise onto the the 2 i do here, and have pushed myself through it.
    3. Im going to take a day off tomorrow for once. Im finding my muscles arent fully recovered from the day before and they need to rest up. I really do think a rest break between here and there is the way to go, i dont think im geared to work out each and every day non stop.
    4. My metabolism has changed alot. I have adjusted to having an earlier dinner and a later breakfast the next day, so my body doesnt produce insulin non stop and for shorter period. But i have started eating an extra 200-300 calories. I just didnt feel i had the energy at some points at my old calories count level.
    5. Skim milk wasnt doing it for me, so i have alternated with soy milk and changed the rice i was using to be more friendly on the stomach etc

    Week 3 update!
    1. On day 7 of this week 3 i added her other "Homeworkout 7 mins glute" work out on top of what i do, bringing it to 28 mins of exercise time. Not including warm up and stretches and transition between routines. Supperrr hard to make it and i rested the next day afterwards. I will continue this routine for now as i really struggled to make it to the 4th - main thing i found was my legs werent able to keep up the work out. Especially the "pulsing" items.
    2. I actually lived a little. Had a night out eating what i wanted at dinnertime at a restaurant and NOT FEEL GUILTY. Hard work needs reward in my opinion and we still have to balance being heathy and doing the right thing, and being miserable and not eating anything nice like comfort food once every 3 weeks in my case.
    3. Ive increased my water intake between each series due to what seemed like semi cramping in my legs ie: the Pulses etc I was half thinking its the form i was doing, or pushing myself too much or heck, just cause i have never used these muscles much before or, just not enough water. It seems to be ok for now, but its something i have noticed myself. So Hydrate.
    4. Self motivation - I have invested in a nice quality yoga mat to help keep me motivated of course (plus, my knees and back were hurting doing this after a while on the bare floor). I also bought a stretch cable to help with my pre-warm ups before i start my routine. Just little things to help keep me positive and going.

    Week 4 update - Over ONE THOUSAND LIKES - WOOOOOOW!
    1. I literally feel sooooo much stronger and fitter doing this routine, compared to when i first started. My body is clearly feeling stronger, especially my thighs. They have gone from the flabby tree trunks i had to fairly firm. I only did 6 days this week, as on Friday i wasnt feeling too good and gave the day a pass.
    My Yoga mat and doing the workout without shoes has been interesting and i feel way more better for it. Has helped so much of the floor exercises, rather than the hard floor i was doing it on before.
    2. Food - Soups etc were getting boring, so i added a "steam boat hot pot" option for dinner. For those that dont know what that is, ist like, think of a steaming boiling pot on the table and you cook stuff in it and eat it. Its helped keep those healthy greens up and i can mix different kinds of meats (fish, white meats) and vegetables that i desire, keeps dinner interesting. Ive still stayed below my calorie count and away from junk food and haven't touched a chocolate or soft drink since this journey.
    If I can do it, so many others can too. Its just about trying and realising it takes time and effort.

      @@ilied4money86 Hello, i didn't weight myself each day. But on reflection, i felt that i was looking/feeling different on day 3-4. Im on day 9 now. Biggest noticeable changes was i felt my cardio improve 2 fold each day i did it and had a lot more energy for the next day. Not on day 1 or 2 though - i felt sick and like i was going to have a heart attack on day 1 and 2. towards the later days, i really powered through the moves focusing alot more on form and getting in more sets. Really punching hard and doing more repetitions on sets ie: really pushing myself. The other biggest change is im finding im hungrier quicker. I put that down to me staying under my calorie count and the exercise. I'll have to look into what else to eat to make me more filling it seems.

    hey yall, I just wanna say that this workout actually works as I lost weight on my 5th day, though I kept stopping because I thought the weight I had now was permanent until I gained some weight, which made me lose my curves. So I just wanna say is to NOT GIVE UP!!! Have a great day you all

    Day 1 ✔️: Wasn’t supposed to workout today but I saw this and I was like “it’s just 7 mins, let’s do it” and after the first minute I got tired already and my heart’s racing. This 7-minute workout is insane! Really hoping this would work. Will defo be doing this again tomorrow. 🙌🏼

    Felt very exhausted and also I was very imperfect doing all these but still finished and also couldn't do many of them more than 10-15sec
    Day2✅: After the 1st day, my whole body started aching and I wasn't able to do workout properly 😭
    Day3✅: Still had pain but I did it all
    Day4: ✅Pain is less and now I'm confident 😇
    Day 5: ✅did it!
    Day 6: ❌ I was busy so didn't able to do this!😢
    Day7:✅
    But honestly speaking, didn't saw any change till now🥲
    But still gonna continue, hoping for good results soon😊

    Day 1: extremely tiring, I had to take many breaks
    Day 2: same as day 1 but I was able to do the last move for longer
    Day 3: I took much less breaks throughout, I was able to do 3 moves consecutively
    Day 4: I noticed a slight difference without measuring, however I took more breaks than day 3
    Day 5: I was able to do 5 moves in a row, and with the last move I was able to do it for 30 secs straight, and I sweat much less now
    Day 6: I was able to do 3 moves with no break twice and with the last move I was able to do it for 45 secs straight
    Day 7: I was able to do all the moves with no breaks. I lost 5cm off of my waist and 2.5 cm from my hips. I'm doing this workout with no dieting, just excercise

    Im going to try these excercies, and document my progress for one month here so you guys could see if it's effective. 😁
    Day 1- The excercies were really difficult to figure out how to do, but easy once I did. I don't see much of a difference, but feel well. ✅️❤️
    Day 2- I wasn't going to comment because I had a really bad day today, but decided to anyways. I was doing research yesterday, and I learned that just doing activities can help loose belly fat, so instead I'm goung to practice cherography. Goodluck to everyone ❤

    Thought I’d motivate some people. I’m a 12 yr old fem and weigh 81KG, I don’t have a scale but visually my stomach is getting thinner. Do this for yourself, not for anyone’s approval. I’ve also been dieting and I have a trampoline and go on it 4-5 hrs a day. I promise you’ll get the results you want! Continue this otherwise, in a year, you’ll regret it. Keep going people, you can do it!

    Day 1: That was terrible but i feel better already. I haven’t really ever worked out before, but i decided i really want to start losing weight right before summer.

    I just started this today and I will update everyone and let you know how this works
    Day1:✅
    Day 2: ✅I did 2 reps today, one before dinner and one after. I was a little sore today but I managed through it and drank a lot of water. By looking at my body I can tell my stomach is already getting shaped. I will keep everyone updated I am planning on doing this for a month
    Day3:✅did this right after dinner I am seeing a little difference the last exercise is still difficult for me but I am pushing through and working as hard as I can
    Day 4: ✅happy Easter I ate 2 huge meals today and was real tired but I still worked through it and managed to do this before I went to bed I am a little sore and bloated see you tomorrow
    Day 5:✅ I feel more confident and see a little improvment I am excited go keep going and see the results
    Day 6:✅Feeling confident and excited to keep going
    Day 7: ✅i saw a little progress which is great but I am going to try this for a few more weeks see your tomorrow!

    Day 8: ✅completed one week ready for this week!
    Day 9:✅ was a little un-motivated but pushed through and completed!
    Day 10:✅ see some more results and ab lines!! I am doing this for a whole month cant wait to see the results after a month!

    Day 13:✅i had to skip a few days because of softball and a mini crisis so starting back up at day 13

    This workout really works !! I remember when I first started doing her videos in 2020 I wanted to lose some weight for thanksgiving I was like 195 and in a little less than two weeks I was 187 I did her workouts everyday for that time frame . I stayed in a calorie deficit. I was still fairly skinny I have heavy muscle mass so my weight has always been “higher”. Then I got on birth control and a lot of things went on in life and I found myself at my heaviest 286 weighed in November 1st 2023. It’s currently Feb 10 2024 and I am at 245 with just doing Lucy’s workouts. I try to do them 3-5 times out the week. I did have a little help with an appetite suppressant but other than that I had to put in the work . My calorie deficit is 1300 for the day and I rarely even get that close. I hate working out but I love her videos . She’s slowly getting me back my confidence . THANK YOU LUCY.

      The King - I didn‘t measure inches. I just see it and feel my Jeans fit better. As a truckdriver I have a rough lifestyle, I don‘t need to be skinny. I just wanted to be healthier and look better.... this works for me! 🙂

    Results: I started to lose a little bit fat from my belly fat! Results are 100% visable, even though it's not much!
    Week two: Completed✅
    Results: The results are very visible! I feel like my belly is much flatter now!
    Week three: Completed ✅
    Results: Now I have much more energy than ever, but my belly fat is still visible because I wasn't dieting this week.

    Day 4 - DONE: Starting to see some results! I am 5’0 and 155-160lbs, and the scale says I already dropped a pound apparently lol (+ calorie deficit.) I also walk every day for 30-40 minutes! Very good exercise
    Day 5 - DONE: Scale says I’m 151 now!
    Day 6 - DONE
    Day 7 - DONE: Preparing for a fight tomorrow I’m ngl
    Day 8 - SKIP
    Day 9 - SKIP

    Writing this to keep track:
    Day 1: It was easier than I excepted, I didn’t warm up tho so i was pretty sore (make sure to do a warm up i did it for the rest of the days and it is better!)
    Day 2: a bit more difficult but just because i was tired, I felt more energetic and really excited to get moving tho!
    Day 3: surprisingly, im already starting to see results on my waist!? It was easier than day 2. Im also drinking more water and eating healthier, which keeps me motivated for my workout!
    Day 4: I feel really energetic and today was the easiest by far, i sweat a bit since i started making it more intense but it was still pretty easy!
    Day 5: i forgot to update, but I’ve started doing it without the video and just memorized the exercises, and it makes it much better!

    Hey ladies! I’ve been doing this for two weeks now. I’m on a calorie deficit diet and hardly eating carbs. I can tell you this defo helps! I am 2 inches down, look so much better and everyone I’ve seen in the past few days have said I’ve lost weight. Thank you! I’m going to continue doing this as it becomes a lot easier and the weight loss is super encouraging.

    I'm on day 6! I literally see so much improvement in not only my waist area, but in my thighs and arms! I use to not fit well in my bras, now my bras fit PERFECTLY! I didn't diet, but I have been watching what I'm eating, cutting off the unhealthy snacks and drinking a lot of water! I'm the queen of procrastinating. If I can do it, you can do it too!

    doing this for 20 days!!
    day 1:✅: that was tiringgg.
    day 2:✅: was still sore from yesterday! i dont see improvements yet but i’ll keep going.
    day 3:✅: was much easier than yesterday. my calfs are still sore. i dont see major improvements yet.
    day 4:✅: SO MUCH EASIERR. my half is still sore but im seeing improvement.
    day 5:❌: was packing up to move. i will add another day😁
    day 6:❌: i moved into my new home. adding another day. my body has gotten worseee😞
    day 7:✅: i can tell my hip dips are shrinking!! i already had an hourglass shape and i see that more clearly now. move 3 always gets me.
    day 8:✅: i can see some improvement. my fat is SLOWLY going away.
    day 9:❌: my friend was giving birth i wasnt home.
    day 10:✅: quick and easy. my body is improving! i have a better shape and less belly fat.
    day 11:✅: the exercises are getting easier and easier. no improvement from yesterday.
    day 12:✅: memorized all the exercises. my hip dips are literally disappearing omg.
    day 13:✅: done in a flash. no improvement but i rlly need to start working on my arms! (might start the 7min arm workout tomorrow so check out my comment!!)
    day 14:✅: i cant see improvement from yesterday but it seems like it works fine if you dont have a diet but if u do it probably would work wag faster with one.
    day 15:✅: starting a diet and arm exercises!
    day 16:✅:hourglasss!!!
    day 17:✅:did it with no breaks. i cant rlly tell but i think im losing my hip dips more and more

      Hey hey. Okay I’ll do this with you. I never have any consistency and mental strength to go on when my body starts to hurt a bit. I’m not overweight but I gained about 6-7 kilos during the past year with an unhealthy diet.
      I hope I can do it!
      Day 1: today. Took 15 mins to get my mind made up to start. Let’s do it!! … just done with day 1. Was intense because I haven’t exercised in a year. Feel motivated for tomorrow. Also did the 7 min arm workout
