day 1 (3/13): did both part 1 and part 2, sides of my abs hurt, guess that’s how you know it’s working!
day 2 (3/14): worked out this morning, didn’t do great with food yesterday, overate and had a lot of calories, trying to keep a positive mind, every day is a new day. thank you for interacting, helped me come back this morning!
day 3 (3/15): working out has been going good, but i’ve actually gained weight and it’s stressing me out??? i checked my waist measurement and it’s the same, but i’m now 199 lbs. trying not to get discouraged, but i guess gaining weight is just one more reason i shouldn’t stop. going to start restricting what i eat more, will report back tomorrow!
day 4 (3/16): worked out this morning even though it was very cold, weighed myself and i’m at 198 so at least i’m not gaining anymore. honestly feeling really good about doing these in the morning, might extend to 14 days instead of 7 to really get some results
day 5 (3/17): FINALLY SEEING SOME RESULTS, at 197.5, that’s down 2.5 pounds in 5 days!!! work outs are getting easier and easier, just gotta keep at it and get going!
day 6 (3/18): LETS GOOOO done w day 6, one more day to go!

day 8: just worked out, gonna keep going for 14 days bc i honestly have not been eating well, so my results are underwhelming, trying to change my mindset from hard and fast to slow and steady, let’s see how this goes

It’s so true!! I wasted hundreds of dollars on a gym membership and a trainer and wasn’t seeing results and I hated it. Lucy actually has made me love working out and within one week I’ve seen more results with her then I have in 6 months of the gym!! Wish I could get my money back haha.

Hi! I was doing this workout when I was in 8th grade and I lose 7-8kg while doing lucy's workout for 3 months, don't be hesitant because this works. Now I'm in 10th grade I started doing her workouts again and for 3 weeks I lose 3.5 inches off my waist and I also lose 1-2kg of my weight (well I'm not just doing this workout but also her arm and legs workouts) I also did fasting, yall should start working out rn. You can do it! Btw I'm 16 years old and I am healthy as ever!

Explain what i got what i feel
this is THE BEST THING EVER , i have tried many videos from others but it’s too hard for me because im fat and barely exercise and they aren’t flexible, Lucy have 2 choices for us, beginner and intermediate, that help us to know even we dont strict and try to push hard, the result still come out similarly (dont know how to explain lol)
I use beginner and intermediate mixed , choose what you’re necessary and dont think too much , just fun with it and it may be fun more if you look at lucy do things because she smile all time and will make you feel joy
CONCLUSION :
THIS WORK lol
really work , these are result from mine
waist : -3 inch
hip : -1.5 inch
thigh : -2 inch
I follow up this video but dont strict that each move must end in 1 minute , i count the quantity that i could do in (around) 1 minute instead. For example, move five have to do two sides, i do each side 30 times and it would end around 1 (+-) minute.
REMINDER : this video will help you loss fast but it’s not longer , even you do this 7 days, you have to workout continue to maintain.

I have been doing her 7 days challenge and 8 minutes HIIT, 4 days in a week for 1 month now (plus clean eating) and completely got rid of my double chin :)
6 months Updates: when I started I was size XL, now I am size M. However, my belly isn't flat (it feels tight) and I haven't lost any weight ( I was 54, now I am 56).
My arms and legs are toned.... Honestly, I never had them in such a beautiful shape💘💘.
As for belly, I think it is because I don't stick to one routine (Lucy suggested 7 days, 7 minutes ab exercise). I have lower back problem so I mix 2 days abs with 2 days legs.

I noticed losing .05 kilos every 2 days, but I also stop eating after sunset, sleep at 10 pm & excersize right b4 going 2 bed. Eat breakfast 8 or 9 am, no sugars, & no white bread.

Yes, i did a Keto diet its been a month since i started. I lost 20LB and 8 inches off my waist. I also followed her drop a dress size and her belly fat routine as well.
How do you managed to stay on keto? I couldnt do it after 2 weeks as i was craving for carbs and where i am from, carbs are staple.. I am on carbs diet now with veges n protein but i hv stopped losing weight as i have reached plateau of my weight loss journey. I want to go on keto again just to have restart on my weight loss but i am scared of the cravings of carbs..
blablablablyful its not easy especially since im hispanic and we eat rice everyday. I just followed a ton of keto recipes and i stopped buying bread and pastas and anything that had carbs on it. If you cant go cold turkey into keto I recommend just cutting out carbs slowly until you completely cut them out. I ate some granola and very small servings of rice until i was able to completely cut them out. Theres a lot of substitutes to replace the carbs you eat like zucchini noodles and califlower rice (i dont like califlower tho)

I finished the 7 days and incorporated her other 7 day video with 20 minutes of cardio and noticed no results. My diet wasn't the greatest, but I was in a caloric deficit while working out.

Jade P I was eating KFC , samyang noodles and other stuff while doing these workouts and still managed to lose weight and bellyfat. Lucy’s workouts are one of the few which have such fast results. Maybe you should try another diet instead if intermittend fasting, maybe just eat normal but healthy. And maybe try doing Lucy’s 20 minute workout instead of just cardio.
Or a combination of her belly fat 1, belly fat 2 (this video) and drop a size. Or her boost your metabolism workout. Sometimes other problems like stress, hormones and lack of sleep can also interfere.

Day 2: again it was easy but my throat was dry. Had to drink some water. No changes yet.
Edit: hey guys! Sorry but i forgot to edit the other days but id say that this works really well! I recommend doing this in the morning, afternoon, and night to get better progress. I lost some pounds and im feeling confident! 100% recommend!!!

Lisa Yu just keep going you will get results! I’ve done her other 7 minute workout and I barely lost anything in two weeks. Having said that though, I’ve been exercising for a few months already so maybe my body requires more intense workouts and more exercise to loose extra body fat. BUT, I have noticed that I’m fitter, healthier and have more energy. I do loose belly fat but very slowly now (as opposed to when I first started my lifestyle change) despite doing Lucy’s exercises 7 days a week! It doesn’t discourage me by no means and remember everyone’s different. Just keep going. And remember to watch what you eat, it really is very important! Good luck 🙂

I saw and felt the difference in 7 days. And I lost 20lbs in 3 months. I had to stick to it before work 5-6 days a week. But it works. My butt was perky too!

UPDATE: So I did the first 7 minute workout last year and lost 0 inches. Nada. Zilch. And, yeah, I was very disappointed so I quit doing it. But, I did this workout and the first workout everyday and even my stubborn belly fat reacted. I lost 1 inch around my waist and none from my hips (thank God)
I'm on day four of this workout and I've been mixing it with the other one aswell. Today was the first day I was able to get through both of them with no breaks, I'm starting to feel more energetic and motivated. Thank you Lucy ❤❤
Having spent most of my adult life overnight and unhappy with my appearance, dieting then putting on weight then dieting again, I got to my 50s and was, frankly, scared of exercising as I feared I was just so out of condition that I would fail miserably. I'm so glad I found your workouts! I started with the workout for your heart and managed that ok (it was hard but doable) then after a few days thought I'd try your 7 minute workout that suggested a 1-2 inch loss around your tummy. After 7 days I've lost 1.5" around my waist and lost 4 kg - Yay! The best thing is that I have no excuse whatsoever to skip a day - no-one can argue that they can't find 7 minutes, so I do it every day. I mix with your other low impact videos (I'm hoping to manage a high impact one soon) and today your follow on video was a total body sculpt so I went on and did that too - amazing!
I haven't yet found a workout that I don't like. I've made a playlist to play alongside your instruction and off I go!

If you did your first measurements at a different time, that could explain the discrepancy. Also, maybe diet during those last two days could be a clue.
I did this workout with the other challenge for 4 days now. I was 29.9 and now I am 29.3. given I had pizza, burger, pastry and ice cream on all these days. This is quite a surprise!!!! Now I will do it with a clean diet.

Been doing the 2 7 day challenges last week and this week and added the love handles workout in the last 3 days and I’ve noticed a massive increase in my energy levels and I’m moving so much easier. After having a disc injury a few years ago I never thought I’d move this well again. I’ve lost 3 inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips and I feel great!

I've been doing these challenges nearly every day (one of them once a day) since May (now it's August), and have not lost any centimeters. I have tried to control my eating, without changing my diet and lost about 1,5 kilo. I'm over 50 and have a fluffy figure :-) But I'm not crying. I feel stronger, more flexible and I sleep better at night. The exercises are so easy to do and I tell myself it's only seven minutes - you can do it. And then I do. Afterwards i take a cup of coffee and pats my shoulder. So i will continue, the feeling of getting stronger and more flexible is the best reward.
Try it with a full day of a break after three days - I did that . It lost two inches off belly fat like that .
