    Hi Lucy, I have a gym membership which my dad pays for. For the past couple of days, I have been lifting 25 lbs for 3 sets of 8 reps. I have found that to be very tired 😴. I tried this workout for the first time. I am 28 5, 8 163lbs. My question is that I keep hearing gym people say that you need to lift heavy to get a big chestor biceps. I want to get a bigger chest and abs. Any advice you can give me? Thanks, Lucy. You rock I don't have any money for PT and it is very expensive.

    Ok so.. I did this for 7 days I’ve seen about a 30% change 😢 I’m so sad it didn’t work for me. I’m gonna. Do about 7 more days of this I WANT THE 100% PERCENT CHANGE!!!!

    Okay, my turn! :) Had some stressful and depressive several months, so my excessive alcohol intake and all the DoorDash fast foods deliveries surely took their toll, after all🥲 I am 168 and about 57kgs, so I am still relatively skinny, but all of that added visible extra fat, making me look really out of shape. Started this 7-day workout routine 2 days ago, so I will try to keep updating it: 1st day: realized I couldn’t keep up with the pace of the workout, so instead of 10-15 second breaks, I sometimes would take a minute, but tried to finish it nevertheless. 2nd day: no changes yet, of course, but I felt more energetic, so I added the workouts for my arms, back, legs and did the stomach for the second time. 3rd day: haven’t gotten to training yet, but I woke up and it seems like my belly got smaller??? Will update it later tonight. Let’s stay focused and concentrated, y’all! 💪

    Day: 1 I thought this was somewhat easy, I only skipped one exercise Day: 2 stopped halfway through I thought I was going to vomit. I’ll try again tomorrow

    Just finished my 7 day challenge! I measured 3 areas of my core and here are my results: waist (most narrow part of my abdomen): down 1.5 in. gut (area below my belly button and the widest part of my abdomen): down 1 in. hips: down 0.5 in. I also lost 3 lbs! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 In addition to this workout, I also did a 10-30 min workout prior to the video and ate well. No fast food, no sodas (which I'm not big on those things anyways) and only drank alcohol once. Although I prefer to workout in the morning and would have ideally done this before work, I have a really hard time waking up in the morning and am still adjust to a new job where I already have to wake up at 5:30 am so my workouts were done in the pm. Will definitely be continuing to get ready for my 40th b-day in July😎

    I'm wondering if you would do exercises for seniors who are 70 and over who have Arthritis and Fibromyalgia throughout the body...bad knees, shoulder, complete back, hips, knees, ankles, etc.? You are doing a fantastic job.

    I decided to try this & am doing so. But I am wondering, Lucy, why did you have to edit yourself in at least some of the workouts? I would think you as the teacher would be able to do each of them for the full minute without trouble.

    Thank you for these videos, i came across your channel by chance this morning. One thing i struggle with is maintaining a healthy weight i work night shifts so getting enough exercise to lose weight can be difficult. I liked this video the only difficulty i had was with the arm raises i have a old shoulder injury. Do you have any shoulder strengthing videos?
