Love this arm workout! I like the fact I can bring you along when I’m traveling and don’t have to worry about equipment or special clothing but can still get a great workout in. Standing exercises are great so I don’t need to get on the possibly dirty floor. Looking forward to future trips with you, Lucy!

Hi, I like these. I had Total shoulder replacement surgery last year. Rotators gone. I need to strengthen deltoids. Tricep pulse I can do not sure about the bend. Haven't tried those yet. Everything else 👍🏽 it's been 5 months for one and over one year for the other shoulder Prefer some tone in the arm wearing sleeveless tops in the summer. Thanks again for all you do and share. 😊

Dear Lucy, thank you so much for this workout. I would be grateful if you could prepare some upper body workouts for those who knit ;) I love to knit and repetitive movements can affect the health of the hands. So training is important. Maybe there are special moves that could help? Thanks in advance.
Love the exercise card idea. Have you ever thought about doing balance exercise cards? I’m trying to do balance exercises every day and love the idea of cards where I could just grab one and do the exercise while watching TV or for a break from my desk.

I loved this workout, you mentioned weights in your video, I am still questioning myself about the fact that most coaches recommend to use weights after 50 to ensure that you carry on maintaining your muscles into old age, you think that weights are totally unnecessary ? I have a great day, I exercice with you regularly and your workouts are great. Thank you
I only ever use bodyweight and at 53 and more importantly than coaches most physios would agree that body weight is one of the best ways to strengthen and looks after joint health at the same time ✔️✔️💕

Really feeling these now...which is good 😊 I have big boobs and the resulting back flab. I would love a specific range of exercises that would target those 2 things as I get very down because of my breasts being heavy and uncomfortable. Whenever I have reduced my weight it never seems to decrease the size which is very frustrating.. Do you have a specific video already for this please? Have a lovely day 😊

I'm a retired fitness specialist and this is very deceiving. First of all, you cannot tone a muscle and second you have to work against resistance to build muscle. Your arms alone do not provide enough resistance unless you have never moved your arms. What qualifications you have in the fitness field? I have trained people for many years, and I have never seen anyone build muscle in 7 days. It takes a lot of time and dedication to build muscle. Stop preying on vulnerable individuals to make money.
You seem like a nice person, but you cannot “tone” arms with this “routine”. There is no exercise science here. These are not body weight excercises. You can only improve muscle “tone” with weights. Only weight training will improve/maintain bone density. Lucy does not appear to be a Cartier coach or have any fitness education.
