I started these exercises in 2021 and lost 18lb and became so fit. In 2022 I did them occasionally as life was so busy, but I didnt feel as fit and well as I should. Lesson learnt! I am back this year doing thse exercises again and starting to feel my old self again. So thank you again Lucy, these exerciss are so good and easy and so worthwhile 💜 Yiou can still keep on learning about life, I do, and i'm 76!

I was about to comment and realized I made a comment already 4 years ago. This workout in particular, is one of my favourites. Whenever I feel like I’m slipping or getting out of shape again, or gaining belly fat, I do it again for 7 days and right away, brings me back in shape. I love it! I have a list of your workouts that I pull out whenever I’m feeling I need the extra help, and they work right away. Lucy, I’m such a fan of your channel. Thank you for making things simple! I can’t believe I’ve been at it for 4 years already!
I have been following Lucy's exercises since about Mid-April 2023. I feel so much healthier, fitter and happier. I’m 62 now and can run up and down the stairs practically pain free. I've dropped at least 2 dress sizes (not in 7 days) but noticeable differences in that time frame. I can wear some favourite old clothes that I haven’t been able to wear for more than 20 years! (Yes, I've hoarded them for that long). I only exercise tops 7-20 mins a day. The results have been so mind blowing, I actually stopped exercising for about a month and a half, because few of my clothes fit me and I wasn’t expecting such amazing results. I was in shock and possibly started self sabotaging. I simply couldn’t believe I was capable of getting into UK size 12 clothes again! I'd been size 14 for years, then crept up to size 16, then 18 and I realised I needed to get myself in check as I was heading towards a size 20.
Lucy is truly a national treasure and she should be made a Dame. She has saved my life, because the exercises have improved my mental health as much if not more than my physical wellbeing. Thank you, a thousand million times. ⭐️🙏🏼⭐️

This really works. Did it for 2 weeks straight last year. My clothes were fitting so much better…then I got busy…fell back into my old habits and put on the inches again! Consistency is key, with any exercise programme really. ❤

So I've done this workout for 9 days and I've lost 2 inches off my midsection. I've been doing one hour cardio with weight training, but didn't see major results until starting your workouts. I feel these 7 minutes have been more effective than the hour cardio! So glad I found you. Thanks for sharing your gifts with us!

I've been doing this workout for nearly two weeks now. I used to wear a medium size when it came to tights. With the lockdowns I've put on weight and haven't been able to lose it until a concerted effort recently and I've had to wear XL tights. I tried on a pair of L tights today and they fit perfectly! The didn't a couple of weeks ago. These seven minute videos are perfect. When I have time I do more and at the very least do one seven-minute video a day. Thank you so much.

Although I did not see any changes in my hips or thighs I will continue this workout for another week as I am feeling better each day after doing this one.
I am eating home cooked meals. Did not change my diet at all.

Thank you, Lucy! This workout works! I did it for 7 days and lost 1.5 inches from the highest part of my waist, 1 inch from my waist around my belly button, .5 inch from my hips and 1 inch from around my bust line. In just 7 days I have a slimmer looking body. This video was the only exercise I did and I did not change the way I eat (though I eat healthy but never starve myself) and I even went to Red Lobster one day and had the 3 course meal! I'm now on to another 7 day challenge. Thanks again!

So I start my fitness journey with this workout on 4/5/24 and did the workout for 6 days, had fantastic results, lost 4.5 inches and 4.5lbs 🤩 I have since challenged myself to doing 2 of Lucy’s 7 minute workouts 6 days a week and as of today 5/7/24 have lost 15.2lbs and many inches, love her routines and the results and will continue on my journey to losing 70lbs, I have also made changes to my diet by going low carb/low sugar 😊 thank you Lucy

I did this workout for 5 days before injuring my knee and having to stop. I then switched to Lucy's seated workouts. I still lost 1/2 inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, 1/2 inch from my arms, and 1/2 inch from my thighs. I love these workouts! I'll be back to doing this one again once my knee is better. In the meantime, the seated workouts are so fun!

I’m 49, and have weight issues, so I have to watch what I eat.
Day 2- AM, was mindful to hold my core today. Afternoon…I can barely sit down! Glutes & quads, Very sore!! It’s great! I CANNOT believe 7 minutes made me this sore!
Day3-7 completed.
Day 6 put on pants that zip on the side I normally struggle with, but not on this day!
Day 7: lost 3.5 lbs. I didn’t measure but will next workout.
This was good. First time I’ve been been consistent with exercise in over a year. I’ve been working out since I hit puberty.

It's not a 7 day job you should try this regularly at least for one month then you will loose inches .
Did you change your diet at all?.... At the moment I'm just doing the workouts and I'm shaping up the scales tell me I've stayed the same weight?
@@clarissaduffield5578 I didn’t go on a diet, but I did cut out any unhealthy food like chocolate or chips. I still ate as much as I usually do, just replaced the unhealthy snacks with healthy ones. I also recommend that you do a 20 minute walk for more results. I didn’t do a walk at the time that I did this workout, but I’ve started doing that with other workouts and it’s really sped up my results.
I came across your channel 2 weeks ago and I love it. Started exercising regularly about 2 yrs ago and lost a decent amount of weight (can't say how much as I don't own scales, but I know by what clothes fit me). Unfortunately I fell back into bad habits, eating rubbish foods etc and was horrified a couple of months ago when I could barely fasten a pair of trousers that fitted no problem this time last year. Sometimes it takes something like that to wake you up. Although I immediately began eating better I just couldn't find the motivation to get back into regular exercise, although I'd never completely stopped (slacking off and eating badly was enough to reverse all the good I'd done), I think I was just repeating the same exercises too much. I really enjoy your workouts, and definitely feel a difference in the 2 weeks I've been doing them. What I especially love is the fact that there's no pictures of "6 pack abs" or bums etc 😂 not saying there's anything wrong with that, I'm happy getting healthy and of course I want to lose a couple of inches off my waist - but I don't expect to look like someone off of baywatch. Your workouts are easily done, fun - never a chore! Thank you ❤

Hi all, follow along on my 7 day journey! I'll give measurements on Days 1 & 7.
Day 1: 69 (nice) calories burned. Under bust - waist - hips: 33.5 - 31.5 - 39 inches (Other workout: 20 minutes jump rope)
Day 2: 57 calories burned. (Other workout: 1 other 7 minute video, might do yoga later)
Day 3: 63 calories burned. (I skipped the breaks today and did the low impact versions because I'm not feeling 100% but still wanted to move my body! Yay!)
Day 4: 47 calories burned (didn't do the cool down/stretch as I did that on my own)
Day 5: 67 calories burned (I DID do the cool down/stretch today, + a few minutes of kickboxing so far -- that might be it!)
Day 6: 49 calories burned (didn't do the cool down/stretch; other workouts: a couple of low impact standing workout videos because I'm feeling lazy AF and 30 minutes of yoga)
Day 7: 77 calories burned (I did the cool down/stretch today, and did this as a finisher to my other HIIT/toning workout videos!). Final measurements below :)
Starting measurements: 33.5 - 31.5 - 39 inches (Under bust - waist - hips)
Final measurements: 33 - 31 - 38.75 inches !!! In summary, I worked out less this past week than I usually do and still lost half an inch off my bust and waist and a quarter inch off my hips (~problem area~, if you will), so I would def recommend this!!!!!

Hey! If any of you are wondering - this works. Ive lost from 1-3 cm through out my whole body in one month. Additionally, ive cut out sugar, oil and im eating mostly meat and vegetables. Also drinking smoothies with protein powder and matcha.

🌟I'm just into my third week of doing Lucy 7 day challenges along her walks and 5 minute leg workout. I have not weighed or measured but my clothes fit better I look more toned and hourglass. My body is definitely firmer! my legs definitely Slimmer! I even have some ABS appearing and a tighter waist! I have a way to go so I will continue on. I am feeling very confident thanks to these quick very effective workouts highly recommend them to everyone. I am 47 I have some health issues with thyroid and PCOS and this is helping but do follow a Clean Diet as Lucy says. I have not been perfect but I still see results. This DOES work! As long as you stick to it for 7 days it works! Sometimes I do 2 or 3 sets (so I do this 3 times a day) and I've lost almost 2 inches in 1 week! I've also been eating better too.
This morning was my 8th day of this routine. I definitely have not dropped a dress size. That said, this routine feels like a good workout while also being relatively easy to complete, which made it easier to stick to every day and can be done in a small space.
So I would generally recommend it but not for dropping a dress size in a week.
But hopefully if I stick to it I'll see results longer term 🙏

I have been working from home due to covid and putting on so much weight due to no exercise or steps I put on 7lbs and looked awful in my favourite clothes. I started doing these workouts because I am lazy and they looked easier than Chloe Ting. I have been doing this workout and 7 minute belly fat workout every night before bed (excluding Saturday and Sunday) for 3 weeks now. Do not be fooled, I feel dead every single day still after 3 weeks. Low impact but high intensity if you are unfit like me lol
After week one I already began to see my tummy change shape to being more toned around my waist area and my arms began to show a slight definition when I tense.
Week 2 I noticed these things more and my bum looks more firm
Week 3 I have noticed that I look generally smaller round the middle (or at least firmer?). my small double chin that began to form is disappearing and I can see my collar bones more than I could. I noticed while doing the wokouts also that I have more muscle in my thighs too. I am much stronger than week 1 and can now do a full minute of the exercises I struggled to do any repetitions of (esp in the belly fat vid) .
Week 4 is next week and I will be measuring myself to see if there is any definite inch loss will update on here!
If you are wondering whether to start I would say yes but don't only do it for one week or you will not see much progress.
Well did this for 7 days. Didn’t drop a dress size but lost an inch of my waist and an inch of my hips so I’m going to keep it up. Also I’m 57 next month and I find this fun, not too hard and doesn’t get boring. I don’t find it a problem motivating myself to do it 😊

I simply love these videos. Me like the last person started using Lucy's tummy video last year and lost weigh and toned up, then I stopped doing. After putting on 5kg from Feb I am back on it and realise the importance of exercising. Her commentary with all videos are the best. They keep me motivated. Thank you for doing. I am now alternating between three to ensure I don't get bored.

After not doing any exercise for a year, I started this routine (April 2021), feeling energised. No weight loss, my body is stubborn that way. But clothes fit better ,sleep quality has improved. Going to continue.
2 weeks completed, weight loss is very slow, clothes that were tight are now comfortable, I'm feeling energised and motivated.
That definitely sounds like weight loss. Dont mind the scale its not a good measure. Try measuring yourself. And the fact clothes fit better is a sure enough sign of inches lost!

Today is day 1 as my waist has fluctuated between 29 to 32 inches and my hips 37 to 40 inches in the last year, I would like to get my waist down to 26 -27 inches and my hips to 36 to 37 inches.
I have been intermittent fasting and find my body responds well to the 16:8 fast (facing for 16 hours with an 8-hour window) and I would occasionally go up to 20:4. I'll return in 7 days to update. Thank you for the upload.
Unfortunately, I didn't get to weigh or measure myself yesterday morning. However, I did fit nicely into my size 10 (US6) jumpsuit and was complimented on how slim I looked in it. I have managed to weigh myself this morning and am 3 lbs lower than last week's 75.8kg. As I intend to do this for another week I hope to give a final update then.
I weighed myself today and weighed in at 11 stone and 11 inches. My measurements are shoulders 44"; waist 31" and hips 39". I should add that I'm 5 foot 8 inches and 55 years old. I'll add another post by the end of January 2023.
Hi Lucy! I just had to take the time to thank you. I was so depressed because of the weight gain from baby #2....especially in my thighs and mid section. So many clothes in my closet with only a few of the same things to wear because nothing else fit. One day in May i cried to a friend of mine about my depression and lack of energy. Let's just say that was my last shed tear. That same day I stumbled across your channel and I've been hooked ever since. There have been times where I wasn't consistent in my workouts but I always got back on track. As of today I am 20lbs down and i am fitting into ALL of my clothes with ease. I still have work to do but is so worth it! My energy is up, I'm healthy, and happy. Again thank you for sharing your knowledge and keep up the great work!

I have a hour glass figure my fat has started to tone it’s been just over 18months I was a size 26 now 20
I’m super happy and it’s not a heavy workout and it’s safe for me because of my health condition
U have to do it everyday

I lost 2 and a half inches in 2 weeks, did this workout for the second week and tummy workout for the first week combined with Lucy's 4 minute HIIT workout. I couldn't be more thankful. Have started with the back fat 7 day challenge now. Hope to reach my goal soon. If you are doing this right and consistently, you will definitely see a change. I will keep updating my progress here. My oh my, this dress workout is something else! I love it! DAY 1
DAY 2: I'm a bit sore but I still completed it, and I feel wonderful!
DAY3: Had to do it at night because I got behind because I was having issues with my computer, but I still got it done! And I'm not as sore as I was so I feel great!
DAY 4: I love this workout, today I did it a little bit harder so I'm sweaty and I love it!!!
DAY 5: I did it while listening to music and it was so fun! And I am so sweaty and I love it!!
DAY:6 I did day 6 but I forgot to update.
DAY 7: I have completed this workout challenge! I do not see any big changes but I'm not suppose just yet. But I do see little changes, my stomach does fill tighter and it does look much more fitted. But I have to keep doing her exercises if I want to see big BIG changed so I am going to be doing another two challenges starting tomorrow!

Hello, I have started this from today, seriously I am feeling light from inside.just hoping for the best result in coming week.
I have started something for my health after 2 yrs as I hv gone through c section and gain 20 kg. So I started with you Lucy and very excited bcoz I really want to get fit on my favourite dresses again.

I will be starting this today I did previously 2 times last week but I had too much muscle pain to continue but I’m coming back for 7 days-
Day 1- I have completed I feel good legs are a bit sore but keeping on going, going to do the power walking
Day 2- I completed and did the power walk today instead, as I missed out yesterday I will catch up tomorrow
Day 3- I completed today but instead of power walking I did 3 min ab exercise
Day 4- I completed my 15 min power walk today, I loved the 3 min ab exercise so I will be doing those again later along with the 7 mins, at the beginning of this I was struggling an in so much muscle pain, I’m feeling like I’m so much fitter an my muscle pain isn’t as bad. I completed today’s workout is still intense but my pain is improving so much more.
Day 5- I have completed today’s 7 mins and three min abs exercises, I feel like the ab exercise have been melting my double chin down too as I can feel it under my chin, I’m think I’ve lost weight on my stomach maybe a tiny bit on my legs, I’m definitely more flexible now though an my muscle pain is easing off a lot, I will admit I’m feeling very lazy today. BUT I ONLY HAVE TWO DAYS TO GO. Although I’m dreading measuring day.

I love your workouts Lucy. Thank you for thinking of simplicity. I discovered your workouts about 3 weeks ago. I was already trying different workouts to train at home after not having results, and being stuck in a plateau, these little workouts are truly giving me results. I have lost 5 pounds, and I'm certain I've lost inches on my waist. I haven't measured because I'm more focused on feeling healthy and energized, but even my husband has noticed, and my clothes are loose. What I like the most is the length of the work out. It makes me finally feel like I can accomplish a work out in my day, regardless of how much time I have. It is so simple! 7 min. you are done, energized, feeling healthier and it helps beat the mind barriers you may have. I feel there is no excuse, if I don't have 7 minutes to dedicate to myself... what kind of life am I living right? Great results! Thank you!
