All standing exercises and no jumping. This easy-to-follow home workout is an effective way to burn calories at home and look after your health. The workout combines Walking and Hiit both are Low Impact.
HOW IT WORKS:
As your qualified trainer, I have created a mix of indoor walking exercises combined with low-impact HIIT moves that also help lose belly fat as we engage full body moves as well as engaging our abs, waist and core.

Good morning Lucy, this was a great, fun and doable work out that made you think and get out of breath 😅. My take away line from this, is that you don't always need to do a high impact jumping up and down work out to get results. I feel like I haven't done a workout, unless it is high impact, but as always I'm learning important information from the best PT there is. I also liked the fact that I've increased my steps for the day and I'm still in my PJ'S 😂😂. Thank you so much Lucy for your new work outs that keep us on our toes literally 😂❤❤
Thank you for your message and the fact is low impact moves that use full body are just as effective as high impact (but with the benefit of being safer on our joints) 💕💕

Good morning my sweet friend Lucy 🙏🫶🥹 because of you I am constantly losing weight. It could be because a couple of ounces or a pound here there but it’s always happening my what I call VF is has already gone down a lot my sub fat percentage. It’s gonna take time since I’m going to perimenopause, but I’m happy than I’ve ever been in my family. My whole entire family has seen a huge difference, and they’re so happy for me and I told them it’s all because of you. I’d love this work out if there could be more walk workouts like this that has the high low impact hit in it I would be internally grateful. I’m also looking into purchasing the exercise snack cards because I do still sit a lot on the sofa watching TV or reading a book or something when I can just pick a card and do lworkout and sit back down. You truly do not know what you’ve done for the special needs mom and I will always always be grateful. Thank you again Lucy for looking out for mom’s like us and for all the special needs family out there.🥹🍁💖🎉🫶
