my second night doing this... i’m doing it morning and night. no real change to diet, just trying to eat healthier.
day 1: ✅ easy enough
day 2. ✅ a little sore, still easy
day 3: ✅ still sore, but getting easier
day 4:✅ not as sore, and i look forward to this every morning and night
day 5:✅ getting easy, stomach looking flatter
day 6: skipped
day 7: ✅ visible results!
day 8 skipped
day 9: skipped again bc i was sad😭

If you do it every night, you can see the result within 3 days, the waistline is getting smaller and works also on the abs and legs. Until now im doing it every night before i sleep.

Guys. Lemme tell you this exercise is just miracle. My thighs were just overlapping each other but now am having convex shaped thighs. I had no strict diet believe me but am taking lemon green tea 2 cups regularly. And it just worked for me. Loss my belly fat, love handles and thighs. Thank you so much for this amazing exercise

I finally wanna workout again. this time hella focuses on belly (i have tight belly already tbh) and (mostly) thighs. guess what, I can feel those parts burning🔥 the exercises are good enough for beginners, wasn't such a hard workout to me since I used to do these but got me a lil troubled since it's my first after a year off.
Day 1 : kinda hard but I managed.
As someone who barely has exercise, this workout buuuuurns my lower abdomen and my legs! 🔥 This is my second day doing this. Hoping that I will get that flat stomach before our trip in a fortnight👙

I'll do this for a week and update the result. If there's an inch of a difference then I'll do this for a month
Measurements (28/07): belly - 37' and thigh - 26'
Day 1: ✅ (some were easy. For difficult one's took 5-10 sec break after half time)
4/08: completely forgot about this video. I did some other exercises in the meantime. Today just did 70% of this due to back pain.
I just tried this and omg you can sure feel it on your thighs and stomach going too keep doing this every night !:)
