14 Days Weight Loss Challenge - Home Workout Routine

  • Are you ready to start losing weight at home in just 14 days? If so then this workout routine will help you achieve this goal.
    This is a pretty intensive exercise program that you can do at home because you don't need dumbbells, weights or any other special equipment. Just your body weight!
    This is a 2-week challenge which means you need to do this workout EVERYDAY for the next 14 days if you want to see good fat loss results.
    Additionally, for even better results I recommend you pay attention to the food you eat. Follow these 2 simple nutrition rules:
    1. Stay away from sugar 🍰🍫🍦🍭
    2. Stay away from grains 🍪🍕🍞🍔
    Be sure to subscribe to the channel to receive new video workouts everyday Monday to Friday!

      @@truptithakur8852 It's intermittent fasting.Morning breakfast at 10am,lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm.I made sure I to eat healthy ,consumed no or little sugar and oil/ghee.Its basically eating normally but staying away junk.

      But i think it's unhealthy so i stopped doing fast weight loss
      And no i didn't noticed any change so it's better to slow your weight loss

    I started following Roberta's workout since 2020 and i lost about 5 kgs and i lost my belly fat . My face really slimmed down . But after started for preparing exams i gained all the weight back due to stress eating .I joined nursing school 1yr back and i wanted to regain my body and all the confidence. So i started working out .Its been 2 weeks since i started doing this and tbh my double chin is not visible and i have started getting jaw lines. Iam 100% sure that this will work coz i have my own experience. Ill continue doing this workout. THANKYOU SO MUCH ROBERTA'S GYM ❤️💪🏻

      Same here! I suffer from S.A.D.D. and I live in the northern Midwest, where we start losing daylight mid-late September and don't start gaining it back until about March! I started some of these workouts in hopes that they keep my endorphins and whatnot up. I have also heard from others who suffer with depression and negative thoughts, that drinking water infused with Lemon, Cucumber, and ginger really helps them! It's also good for detoxing your gut and large/waste management organs like the liver and kidneys. And if you research what happens when those 3 things are overloaded with toxins, you'll find that depression is one of the symptoms. But do thorough research and contact a Healthcare provider before you do a detox because too much of a good thing can have some downsides. But you can look into that too. 😉 Good luck on your journey of health! 💖

    I started this in October 7 with the weight of 70 kgs (14years). Now it is 7 Jan and I am now 57 kgs will reduce my more weight till 50. Thanks maam I was trolled by people and everyone trased me now, I am the one of the finest person in my colony 😃 🤭 🤭 BTW thank u so much maam 💖 💗 💓

      @@rabinapoudel1201 first of all wake up at 6 or 7 in morning. After waking run for 2 or 3 kilometers basically if your compatibility is 1 km then run atleast 2 kilometers. In day do this exercise, jn evening do indian yoga ( anulom vilom, vastika, kapalbhati, and Surya namskar )
      After eating your dinner at least take one round. Bro I am only 14 but if I can do that you definitely can .

    I have tried working out for a week, and it really helps a lot. I have lost about 1kg in a week. You just need to balance your diet as well. Never ever touch sweet and fried food!

    This is the first routine ever which I tried and got the motivation from here. You can even find my comment here somewhere where I updated my 2 week journey everyday.
    it's been 2.5 months since I started my fitness journey. I'm so proud to say that I've lost 10 kgs since then. Got down from 73kgs to 63 kgs and couldn't be happier rn, all thanks to your workouts. Everyday I push myself even more and now am focusing on building muscles instead of loosing weight.
    Trust me you guys, I am so glad I trusted this channel...really changed my life for the better ❤😭🥰

      @@notyourdrug5380 yes I was, I restricted a lot though so wouldn't recommend doing what I did. Please check online for your calorie requirement to loose weight and follow that
      my current weight- 54kgs (19kgs down from when I started)

      @@anamika1487 my food habits got really bad when I started to loose weight, I restricted a lot and was on the edge of developing an ed. So dont do what I did, eat healthy, lots of protein, carbs in moderation. There are various sites online that provide calorie requirement to loose weight according to your age and height. Check your calorie requirements and strictly follow that

    GUYS! So I’ve been doing this exercise for a month now about 5 times a week and I lose 18 pounds!!!!! From 150lbs now I’m only 132lbs! It’s a total of 8kls!!!!!😍 I’m so happy rn I weighed myself yesterday and I was in complete shock! I was losing hope but now I’m more motivated so please keep your hopes up!!!!!!!!!!!!😍

      Hi! In the morning I drink 1 glass of chilled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 eggs for my breakfast. For lunch and dinner nothing has changed much with the food I eat except I stopped eating rice or bread. I still eat whatever I want as long as it’s not carby food 😊

      I still eat pasta though 😅 and please try to finish the workout I know it’s quite hard but you can do it! Also, I don’t drink lots of water WHILE working out. Just a sip. You will feel full when you drink lots of water before and during workout so I advice just drink right after 😊

    I did this workout for 14 days twice a day and I lost 5 pounds in 14 days; i'm shocked that it works, however I didn't consume fast food, sugary food and fried food. All the best for everyone; I know it's hard but never give up.

    This exercise is very good for me. I lost 20kg weight in just 3 months honestly. I also watch my food . Trust me after 3 months of doing exercise , I get marriage proposal and now I am married.

    I started 28 of December. 2020 . Today is 29 .i really feel change in me only in two days . I feel like i am eating less than usual. And my belly looks flat than before. But my legs are too stiff .i can't walk properly. But i am not giving up untill i really reduce my weight. . . . focused is the only key to achieve the goal..

      You may have vitamin d defeciancy that caused me unable to walk everyone said you are too stiff but I knew that Its not stiffnes. take sunlight or consult your doctor .

      I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Silmmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I received gastric sleeve treatment. I have a pretty good physique now. I even received tummy tuck treatment because I had sagging in the abdomen. I don't have any marks on my body.       @@sweettoleen9176 I don't strictly follow a diet, but one thing I am sure of is that I avoid eating sugary and carb-heavy foods. I still eat them, but only in moderation. Additionally, I practice intermittent fasting.

    I am 16 and I weigh 80 kgs standing at 5 feet 7 inches.
    My goal for next year is to lose 20 kgs and mantain it.

    3 say update - 29/12/23 -- Idk how but I have lost 1 kg. I am not still hard on myself in regards to food and stuff but definitely lowered the intake. I have been doing this exercise, with a walking workout from growwithjo (20 mins) and have been going out on walks for 40 - 60 mins. And have been doing a posture workout of 8- 10 mins before going to sleep.

    But stopped working out and regained it in 2 years.
