- Are you ready to start losing weight at home in just 14 days? If so then this workout routine will help you achieve this goal.
This is a pretty intensive exercise program that you can do at home because you don't need dumbbells, weights or any other special equipment. Just your body weight!
This is a 2-week challenge which means you need to do this workout EVERYDAY for the next 14 days if you want to see good fat loss results.
Additionally, for even better results I recommend you pay attention to the food you eat. Follow these 2 simple nutrition rules:
1. Stay away from sugar 🍰🍫🍦🍭
2. Stay away from grains 🍪🍕🍞🍔

@@truptithakur8852 It's intermittent fasting.Morning breakfast at 10am,lunch at 1pm and dinner at 6pm.I made sure I to eat healthy ,consumed no or little sugar and oil/ghee.Its basically eating normally but staying away junk.

But i think it's unhealthy so i stopped doing fast weight loss
And no i didn't noticed any change so it's better to slow your weight loss
I started following Roberta's workout since 2020 and i lost about 5 kgs and i lost my belly fat . My face really slimmed down . But after started for preparing exams i gained all the weight back due to stress eating .I joined nursing school 1yr back and i wanted to regain my body and all the confidence. So i started working out .Its been 2 weeks since i started doing this and tbh my double chin is not visible and i have started getting jaw lines. Same here! I suffer from S.A.D.D. and I live in the northern Midwest, where we start losing daylight mid-late September and don't start gaining it back until about March! I started some of these workouts in hopes that they keep my endorphins and whatnot up. I have also heard from others who suffer with depression and negative thoughts, that drinking water infused with Lemon, Cucumber, and ginger really helps them! It's also good for detoxing your gut and large/waste management organs like the liver and kidneys. And if you research what happens when those 3 things are overloaded with toxins, you'll find that depression is one of the symptoms. But do thorough research and contact a Healthcare provider before you do a detox because too much of a good thing can have some downsides. But you can look into that too. 😉 Good luck on your journey of health! 💖

@@rabinapoudel1201 first of all wake up at 6 or 7 in morning. After waking run for 2 or 3 kilometers basically if your compatibility is 1 km then run atleast 2 kilometers. In day do this exercise, jn evening do indian yoga ( anulom vilom, vastika, kapalbhati, and Surya namskar )
After eating your dinner at least take one round. Bro I am only 14 but if I can do that you definitely can .

I have tried working out for a week, and it really helps a lot. I have lost about 1kg in a week. You just need to balance your diet as well. Never ever touch sweet and fried food!

@@anamika1487 my food habits got really bad when I started to loose weight, I restricted a lot and was on the edge of developing an ed. So dont do what I did, eat healthy, lots of protein, carbs in moderation. There are various sites online that provide calorie requirement to loose weight according to your age and height. Check your calorie requirements and strictly follow that

Hi! In the morning I drink 1 glass of chilled water with 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 eggs for my breakfast. For lunch and dinner nothing has changed much with the food I eat except I stopped eating rice or bread. I still eat whatever I want as long as it’s not carby food 😊
I still eat pasta though 😅 and please try to finish the workout I know it’s quite hard but you can do it! Also, I don’t drink lots of water WHILE working out. Just a sip. You will feel full when you drink lots of water before and during workout so I advice just drink right after 😊

I started 28 of December. 2020 . Today is 29 .i really feel change in me only in two days . I feel like i am eating less than usual. And my belly looks flat than before. But my legs are too stiff .i can't walk properly. But i am not giving up untill i really reduce my weight. . . . focused is the only key to achieve the goal..

The good thing about this workout is that it is very much doable by a normal person and yet yields good results...I tried many other workouts on CZcams..but everytime I come back to this one within a week's time .😊

I spent months losing weight with these youtube videos. No matter what I did, I could not get good results. Then I met with Silmmer and fitter clinic. I lost exactly 50 pounds. I received gastric sleeve treatment. I have a pretty good physique now. I even received tummy tuck treatment because I had sagging in the abdomen. I don't have any marks on my body. I would suggest you to take such a treatment as well.

@@sweettoleen9176 I don't strictly follow a diet, but one thing I am sure of is that I avoid eating sugary and carb-heavy foods. I still eat them, but only in moderation. Additionally, I practice intermittent fasting.

It's been 3 days since I started this workout. The first day was very difficult. On the second day I was able to do a little better.I had pain in my knees and stomach. But I keep trying. I am eagerly waiting for the result🤩

3 say update - 29/12/23 -- Idk how but I have lost 1 kg. I am not still hard on myself in regards to food and stuff but definitely lowered the intake. I have been doing this exercise, with a walking workout from growwithjo (20 mins) and have been going out on walks for 40 - 60 mins. And have been doing a posture workout of 8- 10 mins before going to sleep.

i’ve been using this workout for 3 days and today is when i noticed differences in my stomach and face fat. this workout is truly amazing! although, some of them are hard considering i haven’t really worked out in my past before, but now they are getting easier since i’m being consistent. will definitely update when i see another difference in my body overall. thank you so much for this, i appreciate it so much!

I did this workout for almost a month in 2020 and lost around 6 kgs with avoiding only rice and wheat.
But stopped working out and regained it in 2 years.

Today my positions were better in every exercise
I losted almost all of my belly fat i could see little 11 lines only in 5 days am so happy with the results
Started this workout yesterday to boost my weight loss journey and see if I'm able to finish the challenge! I'm on my second day and it already seems easier. Yesterday I was heavily sweating and out of breath. Today I can write this comment just right after!

@@saswatidey8096 I think you are every time thinking about diet....it doesn't matter ...the above exercises are not easy....I started from two days before ....you will get huge pain on your body ...heavy sweat is coming and moreover this workout is not much easier
I was just searching the excercise which helps in loosing weight and just saw this video. Today is my first day and i m so happy after completing my workout. Let see after 14 days how much i have loosed. Just crossing my fingers and hope for the best
