  • There are a lot of ways to lose fat and get in shape. You can choose to start from the waist up or work your way down. Either way, whatever body parts you choose to focus on or whichever exercise you go with, it's important that you select the best set of routines for your body's needs. Not all exercises are created to yield the same satisfactory result so it's important to fond which ones work for you.
    Now today is another workout option for you to try. This is a 2-week workout challenge that will burn your lower body fat to remove excess fat in your legs, glutes, and thighs and then shaping and toning them to achieve a shapely lower body.
    In two weeks some of you may not achieve the results that you're expecting. That actually depends on the body you're starting with. Results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. Which means that you also need to consider where you're starting with and give yourself some ample consideration to avoid frustration.
    With this exercise you need to eat a healthy diet and avoid a sedentary lifestyle to really guarantee success. Good luck and let me know in the comments section how you're doing and how you're progressing. Let's go!!❤️💪

    Hi roberta's gym. I. Am currently 12 years old and l have gain my weight so much and l am bullied at school everyday by my so called bestie 😢 but after all l decided to do workout everyday and night to lose my fat l am doing ur exercise like for 2 to 3 yrs and l have burn a little fat now l know whoever is reading this comment will be thinking that how can you just burn a little fat after doing exercises for 2 to 3 yrs....... actually before l was just not doing exercise properly so l just loss a little weight and that time l was not having much courage to do exercise....... but now l have enough and whoever is reading this comment and those who are fat and had gain so much weight and bullied everyday in the school like me... come on you can do this 😊 l know l have wrote so much 😅 but anyways wish me luck and also do exercise every day and l want to thank robertas gym to making like this videos l have just done now this exercise and l feel sooo good...... 😊 Thank u thank u you so so so much robertas gym.......

    I did this workout for 14 days and I'm not lying... it helped me alot in weight loss....I lost 2 kgs in 2 weeks....and it also made my body flexible and I can feel my body strength.....Thank U so much for all of your sessions....Also it has made me motivated to do it more nd more untill I reach my goal!❤

      @@zo-lu8sy hi....I read somewhere that if u r trying to lose weight there is no need to cut all carbs and follow strict diet....u just gotta cut 25% to 30% of ur daily diet and also prevent sugar and fried foods.U can notice results after doing workout and following this diet 😊All the best!👍

    Hey all ,
    Here is my update
    Day 1 - April 21, 2024= I spent total 3-4 hours to complete the whole workout as my body was aching due to movement after so long. But I felt good, it gave me a sense of accomplishment today which I was looking for recent times in my life. hope to see you all tomorrow

    Started this workout today and will continue for the whole 14 days challenge. I am a little bit sceptical because there are big breaks in between exercises and low repetitions. Giving it a chance though and hope to see results 💪🏻👍🏼 I’ve noticed a few people in comments saying they will update with progress but it seems they give up after writing the comment! I don’t give up and I’m putting trust in this working. I also eat healthily and doing 30 min daily ab workout on another channel. 😊

      @@journeyforever1317 I had a balanced diet which means, no extra food after breakfast lunch and dinner and ate mostly proteins, and I weighed around 51kg at first and now I'm 39kg

    Okay, so this workout actually works. I have shredded 2 inches in my lower belly in 15 days. I was not exactly measuring in the first week, as I mostly do workouts to keep me active and fit. But after one week, I was like what the hell let's measure and check if it was actually cutting some inches. Turns out it does help to tone down the lower body if you religiously do it for 14 days. However, along with this, I was drinking two liters of water every single day although I was not on any particular diet and was also doing Lucy's 1000 steps at home. Probably the culmination of all which I saw in the result. Thanks to Roberta's gym for creating these awesome and strategic workout videos. In one single video, they add cardio, strength, and all you need. I hope this comes useful to those who are trying this now. Having said that, also want to say workout, and burning those unwanted fats should be a fun process, not to beat yourself up if you are not seeing your desired results in a couple of days. Keep it up all the beautiful people out there. Much love.

    simply the best! it is rather hard for me, since i never really worked out, but so worth it!! difference was visible by day three and more so every passing day. i feel better, became really flat and i am only up to day five! my thighs are a bit smaller too. side bonus, posture improved!

    21:23 I'm an epileptic person also dealing with depression and anxiety but i need a glow up. I felt like dying doing a single move but I'm so proud to say i completed it ALL ( had some breakdowns but i still completed it all) and it's not too hard bc we can have rest time's. I feel happy.     Roberta I literally don't know what to say , I've no words to thank you enough ✨, I have literally lost 7 kgs in 24 days by doing only this workout . I'm so inspired that I'm sure I will continue doing these workouts more :)

    This exercise definable increased my stamina ..I feel energetic..the exercise i couldn't even do half on 1st day,on 3rd day I did them completely..didn't see a weight decrease till 2weeks but will continue to see how it goes

      @@shahzadiakter1560 Just avoid eating raw suger and anything contains suger...Instead of that you can take a spoon full of honey or jaggery.. And make sure you have done with your dinner within 10pm..try to stay active all day long and eat 7/8 glasses of water in a day..that's all

    Hi Roberta! Currently my weight is 49 kg but I still want to have slim legs and thighs. I am also watching daily your other videos for legs and thighs, they are really helpful in keeping me active.       Hello, shaheerkhan-pz5oj! Ideally you will see results in 2 weeks but that really depends on your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. With continuous exercise, you can make good progress if you work out everyday with specific exercises. And this is what today's workout is meant to do for you! Remember that you must do this continuously to achieve the results you want to see. Good luck!💪

If you find the routines hard to do I suggest that you do it on a daily basis, gradually, until you pick up your pace and you learn to do it with ease. Of course don't overdo it because I don't want you to hurt yourself :) Like I said, gradually, and you'll get there. Good luck and keep exercising! 💪

    I doing this for 2-3 weeks without changing my food (but I don't eat snacks during this weeks) my belly is more slimmer! Even it's not much, I guess I must do it for another month! So I recommend you to do this! It's really help!

    I really recommend doing this exercise. Before starting exercise my belly was 42 inch and after doing this exercise for 14 days my belly was 39 inch. In just 14 days I lost 3 inch on my belly. I m so happy 😂😂😂

    Okay guys starting this workout today and I’ll continue to update for a month
    I’m 15 years old amd 5”6 but i am overweight so here we go 😊

    Day 1 : 💚 I was only able to do 25 mins of it 😭 hopefully tomorrow I’ll try to do the whole thing.
    Day 2 : 💚 I did the whole thing lol but I couldn’t do both the planks so I replaced them with a 1 minute normal plank and 20 mountain climbers.

    I am doing it for past 9 days.. i can see drastic changes. I do every evening. Its you ideal time to fit in to your schedule. I completely stopped eating sugars.. green tea two times per day.. other than that i am not in diet.. this definitely shape you but if you do it on a regular basis. This is not the first time i am following this video. Last year i followed and got my shape. I skipped for months then and now i am again following it..

    I know No ones gonna see this but I’m gonna do this for the 14 days and post my results if it works. You don’t have to like but I’ll probs be more inclined to do it if at least one person is interested. 😅
    Day 1: So, I've just completed today's work out and I'm heavily sweating which means it must have done something, right? :)
    I started at 8am and it is now 8:52 as I am typing this so Imma count this as an hour long workout. Keep in mind that i am
    doing intermittent fasting during this (20/4) and doubling the amount of times I do each individual exercise ( except for those planks and split jumps... whew!) so my outcome may be different to yours. I might do it again this evening if I'm

    Day 2: Ok, so I've finished today's workout, still doubled every exercise but this time a skipped the planks because I simply couldn't do them. Started at 8:10 today and finished at 9. I'm seeing an improved as now I am able to do the split jumps
    with ease.:) I have pretty bad pain in my thighs so l know it's working, I'll try to keep my diet under 200 calories to make
    sure it works properly. Fighting!
    Day 3: Done today's exercise and l have to say that my thighs are in EXCRUCIATING pain! The pain has been progressively worse
    and although I'm far from being bed ridden simply squatting down to use the toilet is a bit painful. But I have to say that
    after the workout my muscles feel a bit better and more relaxed and I am not as out of breath and only have medium sweat
    and am not dripping wet like at the start. I'm still doubling the excercises and skipping the planks but I've been eating very little and very clean:) I feel great. FIGHTING!
    Day 4: I'm sorry but I won't be doing the exercise today as I can no longer squat down or go up the stairs two steps at a time without feeling pain lmao. I''ll carry on from tomorrow and do an extra day as well.
    Update: So my legs are feeling ALOT better now (its around 6pm) and I felt reaally guilty about not doing the exercise (and eating nearly 800 calories because I'm a fat pig) so I went on a mile long walk in the morning and am now going on an 8 mile walk with my Dad.:) Fighting!
    Day 5: Just went on a 2 mile walk this morning and I'm now going to do the exercise (still doubling them and skipping those planks though!) I am beginning to see a difference in my thighs. As in there is more of a shape to them and I can feel that my thigh muscles are harder! :) FIGH- I do not condone violence.
