Burn Fat - Best 30 Min Home Workout Routine

  • Do you want to burn fat and lose weight in just 30 minutes per day?
    With today's video workout I have created an effective fat loss workout routine for you to do at home.
    Cardio exercises are combined with strength exercises that target specific muscles, thus your body will burn more calories to feed the muscle and give it the energy it needs!
    For an even better weight loss result you must perform this video workout EVERYDAY and you must also pay attention to what you eat. You must avoid sugar and grains as much as possible if you want good results.
    Let's start the routine and burn some calories!
    Don't forget to subscribe to the channel to receive new video workouts everyday Monday to Friday!

      @@peacelove7342 I did the same thing and lost a bit more, not a big diet is required just make sure you limit it, I did 1 chip bag a week or some treat to balance it out

      @@peacelove7342 i combine this workout with intermittent fasting so i do the workout after 16 -18 hours of fasting, this helps to burn fat quicker

    to everybody who’s wondering if this workout works, YES IT IS!
    i’ve been doing this workout for almost 2 weeks now and it is actually working as long as you stay consistent! i’ve been working out EVERYDAY! i was 75 kg when i started, and now it’s been a week only and i am at 72 kg! just stay consistent! i do fasting 16/8! watch how many cals you’re eating too! ☺️

    I've been having lots of health problems ever since I lost my mother. I was planning to get fit but my mental health was always stopping me. Today, I decided to try this out and I already feel more better. Though I could only do 20 minutes since my asthma was getting in the way. Later today, I'm gonna try and do a full 30 minute.
    I hope this exercise helps with my obesity, and I can finally full my mother's wish.

    I JUST completed this workout, it's a good workout for beginners. But personally I can do without the long rest time. So I either added in squats, deadlifts, or just extended the exercise instead of taking a long rest time. A 5 sec rest time is good enough for me. This is just a suggestion to anyone who thought the rest times were a bit too long.

    I’m on a keto diet and I started it on 4th of April I was 62.1 and today 12th of April I’m 57.5 I really lost a lot so fast all I cared about was losing weight but my body didn’t changed a lot but I realized that it’s not about the weight it’s about getting in shape and I don’t want to get those extra skin so I really suggest you all to workout and stretch your body

      For breakfast i eat cereal, fruits for my mid morning snack, a salad for lunch or sometimes my normal lunch and in the afternoon i only eat fruits.

      These exercises are very effective . I have reached 115 kilos in just 15 years of age , l don't get time for playing because l study in day shift school .       So, 8 days ago I said I was going to start this today. Recently, I lost 160 pounds and I’m down to a pretty normal weight. Only problem is since I was so heavy, I have a lot of extra skin hanging all over. I started this a week ago from yesterday and I can already tell a difference. I’m ready to lose this extra skin and start living a normal life!

    I have been doing this working from Saturday and also I am eating very healthy I lost almost 3 kg, now my current weight is 63 KG and I won’t stop until I will get to my goals.

      @@sadiegrace8447 being the weight I am. It's not worth it. I was 330 lbs jan 1st. My back was killing me. I just couldn't do some stuff. The tip would be is to wake up early and drink lots of water it will make you not so hungry.

      5 almonds
      1 wallnut
      1 boiled egg
      1 cup of luke warm water
      10 Am :
      150 grams of white rice with any curry
      2 PM:
      Any type of fruit , a cup of tea and a snack.
      6 PM:
      1 or 2 roti with fried egg and curry

      5 days then I think u have some health issues. Normally it takes weeks to reduce atleast 2kg🙄

    I did it today only but I'm very satisfied...the amt of sweat i released doing this workout amazed me... I think this is going to be very effective for my coming days to speedily achieve my targated weight loss journey ❤from 63kg to 55kgs

    I will start this today and I will update every day. My current weight is 73 kg and my goal weight is 54.
    Wish me Luck!
    Day 1 -- very hard and I had to take a few breaks. I did not manage to do the 30 min but I managed to do 22 minutes. I hope that by the end of the week I can do all the training.

    Day 4 - I managed to do all the workout.
