- Do you want to burn fat and lose weight in just 30 minutes per day?
With today's video workout I have created an effective fat loss workout routine for you to do at home.
Cardio exercises are combined with strength exercises that target specific muscles, thus your body will burn more calories to feed the muscle and give it the energy it needs!
For an even better weight loss result you must perform this video workout EVERYDAY and you must also pay attention to what you eat. You must avoid sugar and grains as much as possible if you want good results.
Let's start the routine and burn some calories!

@@peacelove7342 I did the same thing and lost a bit more, not a big diet is required just make sure you limit it, I did 1 chip bag a week or some treat to balance it out

to everybody who’s wondering if this workout works, YES IT IS!
i’ve been doing this workout for almost 2 weeks now and it is actually working as long as you stay consistent! i’ve been working out EVERYDAY! i was 75 kg when i started, and now it’s been a week only and i am at 72 kg! just stay consistent! i do fasting 16/8! watch how many cals you’re eating too! ☺️

I've been having lots of health problems ever since I lost my mother. I was planning to get fit but my mental health was always stopping me. Today, I decided to try this out and I already feel more better. Though I could only do 20 minutes since my asthma was getting in the way. Later today, I'm gonna try and do a full 30 minute.
I hope this exercise helps with my obesity, and I can finally full my mother's wish.

HOW IS IT NOW?
I JUST completed this workout, it's a good workout for beginners. But personally I can do without the long rest time. So I either added in squats, deadlifts, or just extended the exercise instead of taking a long rest time. A 5 sec rest time is good enough for me. This is just a suggestion to anyone who thought the rest times were a bit too long.

For breakfast i eat cereal, fruits for my mid morning snack, a salad for lunch or sometimes my normal lunch and in the afternoon i only eat fruits.

These exercises are very effective . I have reached 115 kilos in just 15 years of age , l don't get time for playing because l study in day shift school . But this video helped me a lot in utilizing the lockdown duration for losing weight and getting into shape , and this really works . Now l feel more energetic and charged .

So, 8 days ago I said I was going to start this today. Recently, I lost 160 pounds and I’m down to a pretty normal weight. Only problem is since I was so heavy, I have a lot of extra skin hanging all over. I started this a week ago from yesterday and I can already tell a difference. I’m ready to lose this extra skin and start living a normal life!
