@@growingannanas true, what would make this better might be adding the voice to the move like "Squat" "Burpees..". My eyes are short -sighted, So a work out that I can hear the move and I don't have to wear my glasses and don't have to bend and squint my eyes for the next moves would help me breath alot :)))
Thank youuuu
For beginners who will start doing this workout: first time you do it you will feel very tired and maybe you won’t be able to finish the whole workout. DONT QUIT,trust me you would be able to finish it after a few times and it will get easier the more you do it
Totally, first work out no matter which one it is, is always the worst one, even if you're super fit.
@@user9876_ it's not obvious, when I switch workout types I feel super weak and discouraged, only with time I've learned that already on a second workout you feel much better, but because of this feeling, many people quit after the first one.

Just completed Anna's workout straight through without pausing for the first time! I feel so accomplished. Been at it for 3 months now. To all of you out there pushing through, hats off to you! The journey might be tough, but with time, we'll get stronger and things will get easier. Keep pushing!
Thank you
Did u do it every day
I'll do this workout every day for a week, this is my challenge. I'm not an athlete, I'll go easy until I can do it completely.
Day one 3/13/22 : I did 9:50 minutes. This destroyed me!! I'm sweating from head to toe. I would have liked to push till 10:00 to put on a pretty round number, but I fell from exhaustion. I hope tomorrow will be easier.
Day two 3/14/22 : I did 13:11 minutes. I stopped when I felt my heart aching. I woke up all sore this morning (probably because I did yoga yesterday, too), and I had a hard time sitting on a chair or standing up all day. But I felt exercising today was easier than yesterday. I have much more stamina. I hope I'll keep up. See you tomorrow!
Day three 3/15/22 : I did 15:56 minutes. I stopped because I fell on the ground. My legs are aching. Why does it need to be this hard?
Day four 3/16/22 : I did 22:30 minutes. That's mad ! I did it! I'm in pain, and I can't breath anymore, but I feel like I'm floating. I still don't understand why people say working out is pleasant. It's not. I still don't get the appeal.
Day five 3/17/22: I did 24:55 minutes. I stopped, again, when I felt I couldn't keep going anymore. Seeing no results so far, just aching muscles.
Day six 3/18/22: I did 20:56 minutes. Yeah, I know, it's less than yesterday, but today I woke up feeling very tired. I actually almost didn't do it at all. Climbers are hell. I really respect athletes more after this. The feeling of pushing your body to its limits is really painful. See you tomorrow, I hope I'll be in better shape then.
Day seven 3/19/22: I did ALL of the workout. I MADE IT! This hell of a week is finally over. I can barely breath anymore, my knees are all blue, and my legs and arms are jelly. As a conclusion, I'd like to say that I've gained A LITTLE tone, my skin isn't as soft-looking as it used to. Working out is great. It's amazing. I used to think I couldn't do it, but I did. I'm going to drink a bottle of water and breath some air after this.
Thank you for following me through this challenge. It's been a very hard journey.
Good luck!!! You got this!
Keeping going you got this!
As an athlete working out isnt pleasent, the feeling afterwards is
Keep going
Hey, I know it's not easy but just like this workout, is to see the results of your effort. Don't think you gonna have a huge change just in a week, it's about constance not time okay? So just keep it up cause soon u will see the results, but always challenge yourself and don't give up!👊

And no u don't have to do hitt everyday to losw weight,i am not a professional but i would actually encourage you to look up some workout plans by Growing annanas or from any other fitness yt channels like lily Sabri ,Pamela reif,Chloe ting, Sydney Cummings etc...
Am actually working out for 6x a week
Also if I'm feeling rlly sore i take rest days in between....if you're a beginner try doing 4x or 5x a week....and no just by doing hitt u can't achieve a good fitness overall, you need to mix it with strength training, cardio as well as low impact stuff and also have good nutrition, good sleep etc
You can try taking fitness advices from certified fitness expert in yt itself like Natasha oceane, grow with Jo or any trust worthy channel....
And also those days where i take rest/when I'm unable to exercise due to inconvenience i make sure to walk 10k steps also doing longer streches as well ...
Hope this helps 🙂
Again pls keep in mind that I'm not a professional.... I've just been working out for quite some time and am learning from my past mistakes and improving myself day by day

Day 3: Almost there!! I did 25:55, I know I only had a few minutes left to do but my legs just couldn't take it anymore. I'm still really proud of me, I didn't expect to get this far.
Day 4: I DID IT!! I modified the push ups to knee push ups and I had to go slower in some exercises but I still did it all! I feel like I could try going harder, I'll keep doing this workout a couple of times a week to see how it goes.
Week 2: Did everything again and I feel like I did it way better than last time - I even did half of the push ups as proper push ups and not on my knees.
@mp-cs1od I stopped doing this consistently because I got bored, but I'm still exercising 5 times a week, and I do cardio/hiit once or twice a week. I tried doing this workout again last week and it was a lot easier than I remembered!
Who else is doing this so they could get their 'Summer body' ? 😊😍😊
I'm prediabetic
who isnt
Ummm all bodies are “summer bodies” spread love! ❤️
Nah I am doing it cause I want to be strong like her lol once I can do this shit without stopping I will fell like a true super woman
Wtf I don’t have enough inspiration to start this early lmao
I've done this for three days in a row and I'm seeing results! Keep in mind I'm a kid, so if I can you can too! YOU GOT THIS!
One and maybe some months.? years later, I'm 14, and I did the whole workout, no breaks. I've varied from only doing cardio to doing body strength and lifting weights. I'm at a healthful weight. (was underweight before) Must admit, this still continues to be pretty tough. See you in one year.
If it isn't a secret, how old are you?
@@user-ps7xd5nt7j 12 :)
@@jz_ch1603 Thanks
@@user-ps7xd5nt7j Np. How old are you?
How many weights did you lose?
Tried this workout in November but I couldn’t go through 5mins without stopping…..but I have now built my strength and managed this time to go through up to the end without running out of breath. Am so proud of myself. 10kms to go. Let’s go team.❤❤❤❤
🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
I've just started doing intense workouts although I am already extremely physically fit and it makes you fell so much better!!
Thanks. Much needed. I've been having many insecurities about myself. I've been facing family problems since childhood but the bottle can't hold it anymore. I've decided to eradicate the old me from the word. I've been putting a mask in public, people don't know my real self, but I still wasn't satisfied with myself. My personality is the one that I want med which is perfect but, I need the body to be and stay confident of myself.
People tell me I'm overconfident, but they don't know what I go through. So I've decided to start working on myself to be the strong one I am in public. I started fasting cause I'm Muslim but then I reduce all my food intakes in the morning and in the afternoon/evening. I've been following a warm up video but I still had to add my own stretching exercises cause there were many which didn't figure in the video. I then learned and practiced kpop dances the whole day if I'm not revising and then, I was doing the same warming up stuff for cooling down after dinner and I practiced some more. It worked till my birthday 😑😑😑😑 it was hard to come back to my new diet and workout. Took a few days but here I am. Ready
But then, I'll add this to my warming up cause seriously it wasn't enough. Will update ya'll. I'm a future PE student, so I have toget myself back on track. I was once a hyperactive person but everything I went through got me into procrastination and binging food. I want to lose weight and I want to be proud of myself. I want people to respect me, I don't want to fall back.
You gave me back my lost motivation. I'm back on the battlefield.
Also my dream is to be a coach. Maybe in fitness but I'm not sure, however I'm hundred percent certain I'm going in the sports field😊
Day1: Okay so maybe I should do it after breaking the fast. I'm so out of breath and thirsty after the first one already 🙃 I will have to take longer breaks... Reached burpees and I'm already sweating 🙃
2nd edit: Okay so 2 days left for Ramadan to end and I decided to try again but this time I decreased the time. I added it to my actual cardio and holy Molly I'm a waterfall in the end😂😂😂😂😂. I'd really advice those who want to do this to decrease the time or frequency of exercises/moves to 10 first, get used to it, have some water in between and take breaks and then as time goes by, then add until you can do it together with her
I’ve been feeling super bored with my workouts lately so thought I would try CZcams to switch up my workouts so I don’t quit. This was so much fun! Thank you!!! I’ll be back to your channel tomorrow!
I decided to try this for a whole week since some of you in the comments has tried it and that inspired me.
Day 1 (3/10/22) - By the end of the workout I was exhausted and only got up to 10:12.
Day 2 (4/10) - Today my legs were sore and I hoped to get further but 12:22 was all I could do. During the workout I did notice I was less tired so that was a good sign.
I’ll try harder tomorrow and see if I can make better improvements.
where’s the updates?
first day, finished the workout and feeling as good as ever! keep going guys, you will reach your goal! It’s okay to not finish this all the way through, it will get easier. In fact, instead of 10 second breaks, I took 20 second breaks. Listen to your body!
Just came to say that you are incredible. Literally in awe of how you just jumped for exercise to exercise while I had to take a 30 min break between each one lool
I just started a month ago and I lost 9 pounds , this comments help me alot 🙌🏻some days I just want to quit doing them ,but when I read all the comments I feel good again🏋🏻♀️ , Thank you so much Y'all 🙏🏻❤
Are you only doing this workout? or others?
Trying out this workout today and i will update you guys on the process!
Day 1: completed
Hey where are you??? Do it daily.. my comment is ur reminder 😅
I had to do an easy version towards the end bc my legs were wobbly but this is probably my 5th workout I've done with your channel. I'm loving your workouts
I just found your channel and I love your energy 😭💖 it speaks even from your facial expressions.. it motivates me so much like I’m working out with you!!!!
Active 285, total 330 cals burnt!! Even though I couldn't perform all the moves for 50 secs, it was blessed!! Thanks:)
First time tackling this video. I'm just starting my fitness journey, so far I have been training on the treadmill but I'm finding it's getting tedious doing it all the time. This is my first HIIT/work out from CZcams and I only managed till 12:32. My legs are burning pretty bad right now, but I'm planning to come back to this again and hopefully get a but further through next time. Not everyone starts from the same point, this is something I'm trying to remind myself. So instead of shame myself for not finishing the whole video and coming away feeling defeated, I'm setting my goal to make it further next time. Keep up the hard work everyone ❤
Oh my!!! Loved it sooo much! I haven’t found a HIIT workout that gave me that much of a challenge in a long time! And it only took 30 minutes!!!!!🥰😍 Thank you so much Anna for all that you do!! I’m so happy to be a part of this team!
This was the hardest HIIT workout I have ever done! Loved it!
Me after the workout: the pineapple in the background
JAJHAHAHAHHA dead.
I have to admit, the first 12-15 minutes were REALLY difficult, but after that it just got easier and easier
Thank you for this ❤😊
Noooo i Just stopped at 17 Minutes i couldnt stay anymore shit😂
Yeah right, doing jumping lunges after 25 minutes definitely makes things more enjoyable 😂
This is great. I ran a class last night at a gym and someone complained at the end that it was way too hard. I'm fairly new as a gym instructor and thought perhaps I had HIIT too hard literally. This video is confirmation that I was completely on the right track.
Go strong or go home! 💪
Ive started doing this workout since yesterday. Hopefully I will complete it some day without stopping. Great workout. Thank you sooo much👏👏👏👏
One day i'll be able to do this with just 10 seconds of rest between exercises, i'm getting there
how are u now ?
YOU'LL GET THERE! can't wait to read from you, that you did it with only 10 Sec Rest 💪 💪
@@growingannanas last week I finally did it !!!! Some days are definitely harder, but I did it ! Thank you so much for the support 💓💓
Hey Julia you have been doing this workout every day to reach your goal?
This is one of the best workouts I have ever tried, it was sweaty it was burning and it was all worth it! Really impressed! I love how you added a cool down and stretching after the workout never seen anyone do that, really helpful! love it!
Amazing amazing amazing ! Ana’s workouts never disappoints me . Straight to the point and gets the job done ❤
Loves this workout, nice variety of exercises so that several parts of the body were trained🙏🏼
But I felt a little bad because I don’t think I was able to do a single push up correctly...
Thank you for the video.
Anna: no reapet
Me: sounds great
Me after 5 different burpee variations: I take it back😁
But it was great, as always💪
Haha thanks so much for smashing all the burpees 😊
YESSSSS I think I cried a little bit
Great workout. Thanks!
WHEW!!! This was tough! I didn't expect this to be as hard as it was - I couldn't even finish. I'm proud of myself for getting as far as I did bc I haven't worked out in weeks. I'm excited to try this again and see if I can get closer to the end.
KILLER WORKOUT! Not my first following Anna's set but today I made it until 22min. Sweaty all over the place and will be continuing!
Me: Wanting to look like the girl at the end of the workout.
Actually me: Looking like the dead pineapple in the corner.
Best and most relatable comment
Finally, a proper cardio workout!! What I miss a bit for the true ' HIIT' is the interval part.. for me it's a non-stop High intensity :)
Best workout ever! Didn't do it full force, but have a new goal now, loved every minute of it!
As a Dancer,I often do intense workouts and stuff, but this was really a challenge for me,I'm glad I could push myself till the end and I really love this Workout, good job to everyone who's doing or trying it❤
