Made it through Day 3. Was almost uncertain that I would when the final move was burpee - tuck jumps, but I did it. Burned 347 calories with this workout. Made a couple modifications and had to rest a little longer than 10 seconds, sometimes. Once again, thanks, Anna. Going to push it all the way to day 28.
Burpees- okay. Tuck jumps- well okay let's do this. And than tuck jump burpees- 🥵 It's that kinda love-hate-relationship 😅 Muscle are sore from Day 2 but I did it! Thanks

DAY 3 Completed! I know I am slow and most of you are on DAY 5 already but hey I will catch up with you guys one day closer and I will not give up! Today I am so proud of myself that I didn't take any break at all! When I was really really tired I slowed down or did it smaller but I never stopped and I am so happy that I was able to accomplished that! Okay Team and Anna, see you on DAY 4!

Same day 2 had a lot of advanced moves I couldn’t do either but I finished
Advanced ones were hard on day 2. Gearing up right now for day 3 - reading comments first! I cannot do a push-up to save my life and think my chair for day 2 was too high for the side planks. But felt goodly “done” after!

I felt like crying and giving up at the end of the workout(literally in the last exercise), but I felt so, so Proud of me when I finished it and I realise that I could push myself a little and crushed it!

This will definitely become one of my go-to cardio workouts! It feels so good to finish (although I added some modifications towards the end). That last burpee in the end is 🔥!!!

My only concern in all your HIIT workouts there is almost 80% lower and 10% upper n 10% core
Our legs are nicely sore but not rest of our body
And yes you have an amazing energy that helps us keep pushing

Not bad at all legs are ofcourse most important but mine are already pretty decent and i wanted my upper body to get in shape
Please continue yours and decide after 2-3months only.. Every body reacts differently.. 😊
Just finished this workout i.e. Day 3 and I must say super intense as always! Absolutely love your workouts Anna specially the no equipment ones. I was completely out of breath after the Day 1 workout but I think my body is slightly getting used to the pace now. Super stoked and looking forward to the rest of the workouts in this challenge. You're keeping us sane through this lock down and thanks for being such a true motivator.
