If you are a beginner, remember, by all the push ups and planks you CAN drop the knees, you CAN pause the video for 30 seconds to take a break. Don't worry if you can't do everything in the beginning. There is no reason to demotivate yourself. Just hang in there. Your journey doesn't end until you give up.

Really quick and high intensity for sure! Whoa with those clap pushups too. I can never do them. So I try to do a push-up and then blast straight up, whatever I can manage to plyo both hands off the floor. Thanks for the challenge

This was exactly, what I needed today. Finally I was able to do some side plank crunches. This motivated me so much. Next steps will be low push-up holds and clapping push-ups. It's still a journey, tho -but I love it!

I love Yoga with Kassandra, she has 10 min yoga videos and they are so lovely for a quick stretch as you are doing little bits at a time. I like to mix it up with yoga and hiit :) Have a very merry Christmas!

Thank you again! Did the first round just fine, second with the weight vest I had trouble with the split lunge jump and I slowed way down for the 4x high knee-clap pushups, but I got everything else in without too much struggle. Good format.

I came back to this video for the second time, first time was before I've gone through the 28days challenge (which I'm surprised that I haven't missed a day except for some weekend mobility exercises which I substituted with walking or slow swimming.) I remember that I couldn't do 2cm above the floor pushup hold, side prank variations without taking a break, mountain climber with the consistent pace, and (of course) 4x mountain climber- 4x hand clap pushups. On today's exercise, I could do all of them other than the last one... (which I hope I'll be able to do after another challenge series in March - I'm so excited about it, Anna!) I just wanted to express how grateful I feel to be able to find this channel, your fitness program made an immense impact on my body and mostly on my mind! Keep up your great work! xx Love:)
