Yeees! Love Monday Military! Personally I love anything plyo. So I'm voting for monster burpees or narrow/wide squat jumps :)
@@vickyjervis2819 i agree. Plyo HIIT is also my favourite. Maybe make a 30-40min plyo only workout. It would be killer!!
I really like burpees and burpee variations like burpee tuck jumps. In The only exercise that I dislike and that makes me want to stop the workout immediately are mountain climbers - I admire how you can push trough them for 50 seconds in the middle of an exhausting workout, haha. But keep them in your workouts, I like to challenge myself and do the exercises that I despise.
@@jz3083 I know! I considered asking for a higher intensity one with longer (like 20 second) rests but then I know I’d miss those 10 seconds of additional agony 😂

Just recently found your channel and this is the 3rd hardcore HITT exercise I’ve done with you! I normally train for strength and don’t do much HITT or cardio so this is definitely a great challenge to go through during lockdown!

Whoohoo, great workout for this morning, thank you Anna! I modified and did most of the moves for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, and took a couple of breaks. It was fun! Grateful to God to be able to have a healthy body and work out. ❤️🙌🏼☺️
I have been following your workout videos faithfully and had gotten good results until I broke my right leg from a ski accident in January. It was a pretty bad break followed by a complicated recovery and rigorous physical therapy.This is my first workout with you since then, and all I can say is it feels so good to be back. Some moves I have to modify of course, but my plan is to work my way up to where I was before.

Love the broad jumps and the jumping lunge burpees. Those squat pulse jumps straight into squat jumps got the quads on fire but I didn't stop! Did the whole time. Great workout thanks Anna
