This workout is so deceivingly challenging! When I first scanned through it, I thought "no way this is for advanced level. looks pretty easy" but when I actually did it, omg! it got more challenging from the one leg bridge exercise onwards. LOVE your workouts! Just did this one after eating too much at Thanksgiving! I HATE when I eat too much "bad food" when I've been physically active because I feel SICK and feel like it 5x as much effort to get through a workout like this one! Had to pause right before the R cutsy squat for 5 seconds because a wave of nausea (again, from the overconsumption of food) hit me STRONG
