Ive been alone for 21 years, it's not addicting, it's painful, its the silent tears when u feel like no one has ur back, it's the consistently getting talked over and feeling like I don't even exist fully as a person. You post this to get followers cause u think it's relatable but you have no idea the amount of pain that comes with isolation. Yes it can be nice, but humans are not meant to be alone.

I'm 33 and I thought I'd live single all my life because I didn't have any need for a significant other and I'm a hopeless romantic thinking nothing can be better than the stories I imagine. Not so long ago, I met someone I already knew but never dated. We were probably waiting for each other. I didn't think I'd love to have someone in my life, now he's just there and I enjoy every second. We're never too old to meet someone important, and it's also a blessing to be single. When you like to be on your own with yourself, you tend to meet people who are a bonus in your life ❤
