I’ve been lifting light weight for a long time and it doesn’t get easier!! You just have to find the right workouts that challenges you, these ones are pretty good for that! more repetitions and pulses are super helpful and challenging! Just remember to always be having fun and listen your body!! You are doing great!
It doesn't really matter how much weight you lift, to be honest. I've been working out forever and I'm good with just 5lbs.🤣
Going heavier is only necessary if you want to bulk up more.
So don't stress, as long as you're moving, that's what counts x

By the way, Your videos have changed a lot for me. There were days when I could only do a 5 to 10-minute workout before completely burnout but now I follow you along the whole video. I think there is more mental toughness is required than physical strength for these workouts.

I’ll do this one later in life if my eye stops haemorrhaging but until a major surgery somehow cauterizes the capillaries which continue to bleed out and block my vision, and washes out the accumulation of blood and scar tissue, I absolutely must keep my head up to avoid any pressure in back of eyes. So I’m doing only all standing or mat with head up. I can do plank with head lifted but not always good for avoiding pressure. Anyway, have a great day in your good health.
