  • Join in for a 20 minute STANDING DUMBBELL WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen the full body. Today I'll be using two 10LB weights. This is a NO WRISTS workout which means no planks, pushups or burpees! I'll also be including a quick WARMUP and COOL DOWN. So grab your equipment and get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

    I started this and a few of your others a couple of months ago, coming out of PT for an achilles injury and bilateral hip pain. I started with 5lb weights and very shallow squats/lunges, and now I'm using 8lbs for all of it and going so much deeper with my squats/lunges without additional pain the next day. Thank you for helping me get stronger on my healing journey!

    This is the best 20 mins dumbbell standup exercise. You took the time at a paste that the young and aged can workout together with you. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    I love these quick workouts for days when I'm short on time or just don't have the energy and/or motivation for a long workout. That it's all standing, no repeats, and even included a short warm up and cool down were great bonuses, too! Thanks!

    What a great workout. Excellent cueing and perfect pacing. With 8 lb. weights it felt challenging but not overwhelming; I didn't need to skip anything. I've been working out every day for at least 2 years now but still I was sore the next day in all the right places (all my trouble zones). Thank you!

    I love your 20-minute standing dumbells workouts the best, with the warmup and cool down included.     Great standing workouts! When the mat is used, I love it when the mat is all at the end of the routine. It’s hard in small places to go from standing - mat - standing. I’ll be doing this one again! 👏

    Definitely prefer all-standing full body workouts. Many of us aren’t that flexible and it hurts to get in the floor and back up again, and all the stretching in the world doesn’t help. Thank you so much for your challenging but efficient workouts!👍🏼🙏🏼😅

    I discovered Mik about 3 weeks ago. I"ve done a couple different full body workouts (20-30 minutes). I've done exactly 9 of her workouts and already, I see a difference. The most noticeable is my abs. My stomach fat is actually diminishing. A six pack was never goal, but now, I think it's possible. Her workouts are tough but because she does it slowly, I can keep up. My knees also feel stronger and my posture is better. I can't do 8 pound weights yet, I alternate between 5 and 6 pounds. I writing this review, because it's actually working and I enjoy it.

    Such a thorough workout! Went by quickly and loved how most exercises got multiple body parts so felt like we were working the whole body the majority of the time. Your workouts got me out of a rut and I am loving it!!!

    Love your standing workouts!! They are the only workouts with weights that get my heart rate going and don't mess with my back. These 20 minute ones are great but I'd love to see more 30-minute standing workouts with warm up and cool down!
