- Join in for a 15 minute STANDING ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT to work the upper body without any crunches, planks or pushups. Get ready for a controlled burn that challenges your balance and core muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 8LB dumbbells. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

I found you around January this year. I love your 20 min and 30 min full body sculpting and upper body and abs workout!!! I have went from 210 to 186 through walking everyday 7500 steps and doing your workouts 2 to 3 times a week. No offense to other CZcamsrs who does similar workouts, but I love your energy and making sure we have our form correct. Very true...she always tells about the postures which is the most important thing in home workouts, else we may get injured especially with heavier weights.

Started using these with old, barely used sets of 2.5, 5, and 10 lbs dumbbells, before or after easy running, and I have to say they seem to be great--especially the lunges! It reminds me of Karate lessons as a kid, except the overhead triceps extensions and planks are brutal. Really appreciate the modifications!
