    Really enjoyed this workout as it was a majority of strenth training with a bit of cardio. Please do more intermediate ones because this one was perfect.

    Thank you SO much for this 25 min strength workout! And my eye is healing well now from the votrectomy so I am permitted to do all movements but still keep my head elevated and not looking straight to the mat on plank, so this is perfect for me today! Great routine Anna ❤❤❤❤
