The first time I tried this video I made it through 8.5 minutes and got so discouraged, but I kept trying and every day since I've seen improvement in my strength, flexibility and overall health. TODAY after 2 weeks of doing this video 7 days a week, I did the ENTIRE video without having to pause it to take a longer break!! Anyone reading the comments thinking they can't do it, you ABSOLUTELY CAN! Just takes motivation and consistency!!💜💜💜 Anna, thank you so much for your great videos, you're an inspiration to me and I'm so glad to be starting my fitness journey with your channel!
Am on my day 3 n it gets better...thanks for the encouragement
I made it to just under 8 mins for my first time. Will keep going.... *panting madly*
This comment helped me so much. I just did this video for the first time and I couldn’t finish… I can’t wait to get stronger and be able to look back at the time I couldn’t finish the video :)
Thank you for the encouragement. I did a workout for the first time since Covid started (I gained 10 kg during Covid and stopped moving a lot) and I only made it to 20 minutes before my body gave up, my legs got so wiggly it was impossible to keep going. I feel like a failure for not finishing but you gave me the courage to try again tomorrow :)!
Squats into step planks… I’m gaspin for air maybe tomorrow I’ll make it farther 😂
I'm commenting so , that if anybody like this comment i'll remember why i started to be consistent if possible!
I'm rooting for you (and myself), keep going! ❤
I hope you succeed in your goals!!

To all of you who did 10 minutes or less, well done! I only managed 7 minutes today as my first day! 😂 we should all be proud for even getting up and doing this 💜💜
Did 9 minutes on my first day. Did about 14 minutes today, which is my third day! We’ll all get stronger together!! 😊❤

i'm chronically ill and wanting to start exercising because my body and heart are very weak. currently 9 minutes in and taking a break before continuing. not sure if i'll make it through the whole workout but this is the longest i've exercised for in a while!!
update: i made it through the whole video with two breaks!
Commenting because i need people to remind me to do this workout everyday.✨✨✨ Help me stay motivated🫶🏻

I did full workout in one day only
@@tjr2737You might have, but there are a lot of people struggling with issues you likely don’t. This lovely, motivated person stayed consistent for a full four weeks until they finally, successfully completed the entire routine, and all you have to say to them is a nasty comment about how you completed it in a single day instead of four weeks.
They have accomplished SO much more in that longer four week period than you did in your single-day 25 minute exercise. Consistency and perseverance takes a lot more than a few minutes to achieve, and it’s something that builds your character. A 15 second comment that’s only made to bring people down isn’t.
Seriously, do better.
Hi so I’ve been doing it for a couple months now and I do it every Wednesday but nothing is happening to my body and summers coming up I started it in January I dont know what to do😭
To anyone thinking they can’t do it: I believe in you!!! Just keep on going and never give up, but don’t forget you can take breaks too! :)

I definitely did stop a lot though lmao but woohoo!!! See y'all here tomorrow!! I really wanna try my best to get healthy again!
How is your journey going?
@whowantslasagna4648 I'm gonna be soo for real, I fell off, but I'm trying to tell myself that it's okay! As long as I try again. I've always struggled with my consistency, which is something I want to change! Along with discipline. This is just as much an emotional journey as it is a physical one! But you even just asking me how it's going really motivated me to start up again!
@@jnhforlife5326 I started a few days ago too, and in the past I haven't been too good with my consistency either. What helped me this time is i didn't start doing it everyday from one day to the next. I'm doing it every other day to help me get adjusted to it. After a certain time i will start doing it everyday. This might help you too. :) Also helps with being sore bc u get a rest day between the workout days.
Anyways, I'm in this with you and i wish you all the strength in the world!!

Hey y’all 👋🏽 just to say I legit CRIED doing this for the first time after neglecting and hating my body for so long. I had a similar situation about a year ago and put on about 30-40 pounds due to depression and being locked up but im starting to loose the weight by doing workouts and im glad for you
I am 60 (61 next month,) and I have multiple sclerosis. I was once in an electric wheelchair, couldn't walk more than three feet and didn't have the arm strength to wheel a regular wheelchair or even hold up an umbrella. Then a few years ago I tore my right rotator cuff and bicep and had to have surgery and rehabilitate that arm. I still have all of the same brain lesions, but for a reason that doctors can't explain, I'm able to walk now. (Well, I walk around the house, use a walker for going into church or a store, and then a wheelchair for longer distances,) but still... And now here I am doing (trying!) this video. Last time it was 8:30, today I did about 13 minutes (with some longer pauses! LOL) But I'm so excited that I'm actually doing this and getting stronger. Love this, and thank you so much for providing this video for us. ❤
🎉
Damn! Good on you! At 61 I could never have done 5 minutes of this workout and here you are rocking it! I’m 71 now and just started working out 3-5 days a week last year, so it can be done folks 😅

I'm 37. Stay at home parent with multiple debilitating injuries (car accident, sports injuries, etc) and now teetering just under 300lbs. So I need to set a realistic expectation on myself. My goal is to take as many breaks as I need to get through the workout on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and by the end of the year I want to be able to do the full video without extra breaks. So by Christmas we'll see where I'm at. Bookmarked and alarm set in my phone for reminders. I welcome any cheering and positive energy to accomplish it.
I had a stroke at 23 last year and recently just started following this workout routine. I definitely find this challenging and struggle throughout the whole video, but by the end of it I'm drenched in sweat, out of breath, and my muscles feel all noodly. While I'm exhausted afterwards, I feel greater than I did before the workout. Once I can get through this with more ease and master all of the excercises, I will move on to something more challenging. This is a fantastic workout video and gets my heart pumping!
10 minutes in and I'm sweating like a waterfall, thank you.

I’m so thankful for the comments because it makes me feel less alone and not as discouraged. First day and I made it half way through. I have some health problems that make my joints hurt so easily and I’m looking for a workout that I can do that will be easy on my joints. Happy for another recommendations as well. Will try this again for sure. Thank you all.

Did this and thought I was dying lol!! Not easy at all. If you’re a beginner and a bit chubby/fat, don’t force yourself to get through the whole video/do a different movement for those seconds! I got through it but was sore for a whole week like… REALLY sore lol!
But I hope to get through it every other week (baby steps) while going to the gym. My thighs obviously need the work.

I started doing this video everyday 9 days ago. I got to exactly 7:38 the first day. Today I got to 15:01 with only one 30 second break in between. I have had two babies in the past two years and my core is hating me right now. But I am already seeing massive results in my muscle definition and my stamina chasing after my toddler. I’m hoping to be able to finish the whole video 1 week from now. Thank you for making it easier for a sahm like myself to be able to get in shape. My doctor recommended diet and exercise. And I’m so grateful to come across this video. This will keep me motivated and be healthier. Thank you.
how are you doing now?
wow okay it DOES get easier! after three weeks of doing this and other workouts i can finish the workout with only a small pause in the middle!! so proud of myself
okay, i feel like i have to say it to make it happen:D
today, day after my 20th birthday, june 4, 2024, i'm starting my weight loss journey again
starting from now! my current weight: 61kg. we'll see, where it'll take me
day 1: did it! it was super intense, but I finished the whole workout!
day 2: today I did a different 20-min workout from Pamela Reif. 2 day streak!
It's DAY 1 for me and I managed to do 21 minutes and I'm feeling so so happy. 🥰 I started off strong but took more than a minute-long break every 7-8 minutes. I'm so proud of doing this and all the comments are so encouraging.
PS - I have never done HIIT workouts before but I used to walk over 8k steps every day until 2 weeks ago, so it was not the very first time doing cardio. So if it's your 1st day doing cardio (or after VERY long), do how much ever you can and keep track of YOUR progress alone. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! 💫
I will keep putting my progress in the comments section.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! it's my first day as well let's do it together
Yassss.@@scoobydoobydoohaha Let's go 💪
DAY 2 - My body was sore today but I really wanted to do this. So I stretched and got straight to this workout and man, I feel so energised and proud. 🎉 I FINISHED THE WHOLE WORKOUT today!! I did take breaks after every 8-10 minutes, and after the 22 minute-mark, I almost gave up. But I rested for 5 minutes and came back to complete it.
I intend to do this everyday for the next few weeks and move on to a more difficult one. Less go - see you'll tomorrow 🥳
DAY 3 - I completed the entire HIIT workout today with only 1, 5 min break!! Love this progress and tbh, I have already started seeing results physically. It's very slight but motivating since it's just the 3rd day!
@@this.handleistaken. this is AMAZING this workout was too intense for me so I'm watching a dif video and doing it regularly! KEEP IT UP
Day 1 of doing this exercise. Wanted to stop so badly and I really collapsed saying I can’t do this and the I read the little “you can do it” at 13:42 . Really kept me going for a few more minutes 😭. Only made it till the 15th min, but hopefully I’ll do this daily, stay consistent and do better than the day before .
15 mins is absolutely amazing! I stopped at 6 lol, keep going !!
Same
Girl you are incredible! Tomorrow will be 1 month of me changing my entire life around. Changed my diet and routine, I usually workout at the gym 5 days a week for a few hours but today I decided to skip out. I did an entire Pilates workout before this one and THIS ONE KICKED ME. I know I'll get to where you're at but building strength with nothing but your own body and will power, no equipment is so much more intense.
I paused almost 9 minutes in for a break but I know in time I can complete this with no break! I've lost 14 pounds so far on my weight loss journey and am happy to have your videos to turn to. Thank you for helping us all out!!
I really do agree with all the comments that say she’s helped so much because she really has!my strength and health has gotten so much better with Anna.thankyou so much.💕

I'll post my journey here. I'm currently 71.7 Kg and has a border line cholesterol of 216 ( normal is below 200). I'm also going to reduce sugar consumption.
Day 1: only did till 10 mints and also took breaks in between . But feels good mentally
Day 2: I did a 30 min cycling. Didn't do this workout
Day 3: did this workout till like 14th min (ofcourse took breaks in between)
Day 4&5: i went cycling.
Day 6: I went cycling and did little bit of this workout. I'm enjoying cycling more. So i guess I'll focus on cycling and do this workout when I'm not doing cycling.
But I will keep updating here of my whole fitness journey by a weekly or monthly basis. And I'll let u guys know if I loose any weight and my cholesterol.
I felt guilty as I could only finish 40% on first day and all the comments here motivated me to show consistency. Now I am grateful to myself for coming this far. Thank you for the routines! Let’s work out together 💪🦵
After 8 weeks without workout because I had a surgery this workout is perfect to restart thank you Anna ❤
I started this workout last week, like most people here, my first day was 8 mins. Next morning I told myself get up and show up, I made it to 12mins that day, the 3rd day, I made it 17 mins, 4th day 20mins, my last day 23mins, took a break....today I did the whole workout! It was hard but I pushed through every day, I will continue this workout daily , I'm starting to feel more fit, my energy is up and my emotional and mental health has improved since starting this routine. I'm glad I stuck with it, my goal is to do a before and after, that will keep me motivated! Stick with it, little by little you can do it!
Today has my first day I wanted to give up I actually started to cry but I am determined to continue this journey I was so happy to e able to go in the comments and get motivation from guys thanks so much

13,5 min first time, I’m proud of myself and all of you others trying to keep up I’m proud of you as well!! Keep it up!!❤️
Day 1 again after 2 years of letting myself go. I’m a bit disappointed at myself because I can’t complete the workouts on phase 2 but proud that I was able to do half of each workout. Thank you so much Anna for that wonderful workout. Will continue to do it until I can last through the whole routine. ❤️
You're doing great! 😁

I've been working out for over 3 months now, and I agree, this workout actually pulled a muscle and overworked me. This is intermediate not beginner friendly!
Its my first time doing it and it is a little bit difficult but I’m proud of myself for finishing it (I’m a beginner btw)don’t give up 😊✨
I love how she is always helping and supporting us! Like even in the comments she’s so kind and Empowering! 💪
DAY ONE!!! I only got to 7 minutes but I feel really proud that I even got up to do it. I will be doing this every day, I’m so ready to change my health and my body.
Day 2: made it to 18 minutes!!! I feel a lot less worn out afterwards so I know I’m making progress! Tomorrow my goal is to finish the video!
The best work out I have ever seen.
This was my first time and I attempted every excercise without any pause we just need focus , strength and the main consistency 💪🙂
