      I like this because the music is upbeat and something I can do with my daughter. A lot of these fitness channels use songs I wouldn't dare play in front of my children so thank you for this! Just subbed bc of this!

    Oh my god can’t believe I did it!!!
    I watched this Vedio yesterday and thought to do it but was doubtful if I can complete it….
    After 15 mins my legs were shivering. But I did it!!!
    Felling great and fresh to start the day 😊😊

    The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. ❤❤ wish me luck to lose weight.

    what a challenging and fun session, after having two anxiety attacks, I am pushing myself to commit to working out now and my toddler joined in which was so much fun. I was sweating throughout and kept pushing myself even when I felt like quitting. Thank you for this.

    this was perfect for me today, needed a good quick mood booster, got my heart rate up, i can do all jumps so i just modified sometimes with squats and alternate lunges , for me if i can move 30min a day while i am recovering thats good. i am recovering from pots and was sedentary for 3months after working out my whole life, love the lack of talking and longer intervals, love the punches, gets my heart rate up

    Estou conseguindo fazer até o final, em poucos dias já percebi uma boa melhora na respiração e no condicionamento físico.
    Quando comecei não tinha fôlego pra pra fazer os exercícios até o final, tinha que parar pra recuperar a respiração.

    I wanted to stop in the middle, but I continued until I finished. Sweat was pouring out profusely, my stomach was a little nauseous because I also rarely exercise. But after taking a shower I feel fresh, wow, thankyou!

    Iniciei hoje dia 15/12/23, cheguei de uma confraternização com os alunos do EPJAI, e pensei em fazer uma aula de aeróbica, encontrei vocês por providência divina, que para Deus não existe coincidência.     Escribo desde la Computadora de mi hijo. Soy mujer y desde que empece con este video estoy encantada. De verdad mil GRACIAS !! Son GENIALES!! Siempre hice mucho ejercicio y era Atleta en fondo ,pero despues de dedicarme al hogar y Familia y de emigrar a otro País ya el tiempo y la motivacion se fueron poco a poco.Pero ya voy para casi 1 mes que empece y de verdad estoy feliz... Tambien me golpee el pie izquiero y por la lesion no era igual quee antes. Y desde que encontre este video de tantos que prove me quede con este y de verdad me encanta porque sudas y no es de mucho impacto. GRACIAS Chicos !! Dios!! Bendiceles en TODO LO QUE EMPRENDAN !!

    Llevo casi 2 semanas haciendo esta rutina. Los primeros días empecé haciendo solo 10 min, luego 15 y ya llevo 2 días terminando toda la rutina. Sudo mucho y me siento mejor cuando hago ejercicio, me encantó !!! Pesaba 67 kg cuando inicié… veremos cuánto logro bajar 🩷

    Fiz apenas 9 min; antes havia feito um alongamento para a lombar e uns minutos de zumba, soei muito, e estou muito feliz para um começo de exercícios 🎉🎉
