Good hiit workout
I have to make a mea culpa. I was watching and following Anna's shorts and thought she is sweet. But somehow she looked so small and sweet that I misjudged her workouts as simple so never tried them. But recently I wanted to do some YT videos and couldn't find what I wanted (hard/intermediate level and at least 30 min workouts). Turns out on this channel there are plenty 😅 so big thank you, Anna, for the workouts. I loved them. And a bigger sorry for my preconceptions and judgement 😓 you can't hear me but after I finish a workout i always say to you "sorry, love you, God bless you!"
