I was always insecure about my self cuz my classmates always body shamed me because a was a little chubbier than them but I don’t know how doing these exercises and stretching makes me forget the insecurity and develops my self esteem and makes me love my self more and more ❤

Just got my periods yesterday morning. I was tired and I took rest. Today morning planned to go for a walk, but was not in a mood😐. And doing this now at night before bed and now I'm sleepy. The perfect video for today❤️.

we all need that time to set and take long time doing nothing just siting with ourselves 🌊🪴 maybe writing or doing mediation or even do stretch! Anna please do more upper body workouts, stretching exercises are really great for the body 💖 I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me.
