- Ready for a Smooth Stretch Routine? I love doing Mobility Workouts before Bed, or after my workout, but you can do it whenever you want - as long as you're doing it!
Mobility is Key for many Exercises, so make sure to work on your full range of motion next to strength and hiit training!

I love that you show the next move and that there is an alarm letting know when to pass to the next move. In that way, we don’t have to break our neck to look at the screen while doing a pose, it’s flown and very pleasant. Did this one after a cardio workout and it was super relaxing.

This video is something incredible. Everything is perfect here - smooth movements that make you feel the whole body, pleasant music (perfect for a calm start to your morning) and a beautiful picture of the sea. I have been looking for a warm-up for a long time that will not make me shake during the entire video, but will simply give me the opportunity to calmly and gently stretch all my muscles, and finally I found it!
Even if I'm not doing yoga I listen all day. I love the soft calming but not boring music. You add so much good to my life. Thanks!

since this morning I was Meh the whole day, then I did my workout while I was meh and then I said lets do some stretching then the hip opener arrived and I was like oh woowww I found life again. I think there was some negativity in my hip which was connected to my brain as well thank youuuuu

This is my "go to," stretch routine, when I need to give my body extra love.
I'm here to appreciate 🙏 thank you so much for making a wonderful full body stretch video. No talking only relaxing music and doing exercise along. After finishing exercise that clapping made me appreciate myself for taking a break for myself. I had a painful week due to stiffness on my neck and shoulder and then I promised myself I will do body stretch exercise everyday. I hope I'll keep my promise ❤

ok these stretching videos of your are just wonderful. I've done only 2 now- but the colors are so nice and especially this one in it's simplicity with the water, a rock, the wind, and the restorative movements. just perfect really. after HIIT or tabata or weight training- this is just fabulous. I used to be bigger into lifting weights but I broke my neck when I was 16 in two places. I healed up for the most part but have a lot of lingering ligament and joint damage. I have quit lifting heavy weight for body weight exercises and I started wanting to get into calisthenics. But I think ultimately with yoga it would do me best. These stretches have me feeling a lot better thank you!
