The norm of water consumption is individual for every person. It usually depends on your body weight. If a tiny girl starts drinking 3 litres of water daily her kidneys will overwork and she'll get bloating.

Im trying to do all of these recently and I'm doing pretty good so far, the main things I still have to work on is the 80/20 food rule (I eat lots of healthy food but feel guilty when I eat "unhealthy" foods so I just have to work on my relationship with food) and drinking lots of water.
Its sad that everything happy sweet and positive content is always made for girl whcih im not against, but as a guy it feels weird and sad sometimes that youre probably the only one watching it, and being bullied and called out that youre gay even though you arent just really adds to the insecurities.
It’s not women’s fault, they create content or women and men can create content for them but women should not be obligated to do this for men. Why can’t you just make your own content like this? You say it’s not that hard so you should do it

Also a tip: don't worry about drinking liters of water a day if you don't normally do so. Carrying around a giant jug of water you won't drink will only enhance your guilt and make you feel worse. Just like exercising, start small and slowly build your way up. The more you do it the easier it will become!

A little tip: Don’t work to fit someone else lifestyle, it’s not a “one size fits all”. No two people are ever exactly the same even identical twins! We all have our own differences that make us special, unique and amazing in our way! Sometimes 7-8 hours of sleep isn’t what we need, rather we need to work on the quality of our sleep. Don’t stress about your routines, sleep and other things, take it lightly and work towards it. Like going up stairs. One step at a time, you reach the top. Everytime you go down a step you get closer to the bottom but you know you can overtake them and reach the top again! You will face a lot of ups and downs and that’s okay, it’s natural, embrace it! Forget about what they think, do what you do when you close your room door, when you are supposedly “free”. Embrace that in all situations! And keep smiling people, it suits you:) Even if you think your smile/teeth are ugly, it gives off a warm essence, better than a plain, short smile without your inner happiness coming through. You never know, giving someone a genuine smile may be all they’ve been needing all day, put a smile on their face too! :D

Hi! I dare you to try my workout! This is all one set, no rest! First a Hollow Hold 10s, then 10 V Ups, after 10 shot guns (shoot to hollow), soon after 10 Hollow Rocks, then you’re done! 2 more sets! After you are done. You are going to do 3 sets of 10 reverse chin ups. In between sets you have a 10 second break. After that, you have 25 shotguns (shoot to hollow) 3 sets! Then you are done! Drink some water. 😅
It's actually unhealthy to drink that much water if you aren't thirsty. The most healthy option is: I glass of water for every meal and then drink when your thirsty :3

2 litres is recommended generally and it’s currently summer so drinking more than that isn’t unusual, especially if you’re active
