      @@nicolechacon7701 I'm homeschooled so my schedule might be a bit different but I'd recommend starting easy with a 10-15 minute stretch or workout before or after school! You can do 4-6 days a week depending how busy you are I just recommend going slow and try to not have it get in the way of school. Hope this helps!

    I'm no novice but definitely had to break this one into chunks because parts were just killer on the legs. Anyone who can do this one session congratulate yourself, Anna is a workout queen.

    Ann! I wanted to thank you very much for everything you create. This year I turn 15, but for some time I have been struggling with self-acceptance and the fact that mistakes are not bad. I didn't do all of today's training, but I'm proud of myself for having gathered the strength to do at least 30%. For me it's a great success. Thank you again and keep doing it!

    I am a gym rat for more than 5yrs. I workout for hypertrophy. But I do your hiit/ cardio video routines every weekends as my recovery workout. It’s so good. Keep posting new vids. I gonna say your stamina is on advance lvl, you had me gasping deyyym

    Hi Anna. You seem to bo so bright and great person. Your videos are so inspirational and high quality. I can't wait for your future activities. To be honest I have scoliosis so I'm not using your videos because I can't jump, bend, do repetitive movements that are stressing my spine but you gave me courage to fight. Update I found some of your excercises great for me. I just need to modified crunches❤

    Great routine Anna! I have to say… for last 2 mins I do 30 sec burpees with squats then fast skaters… was not good to have pressure near retinas so had t9 change that part. Great workout! Thanks ❤❤❤

    This was hard work through but wow!!!… that finisher was absolutely brutal!!! Had to take a couple of short pauses in those 2 minutes but made it to the end

    im very insecure about my legs i feel like they are too skinny and ive been trying to grow muscle for months now and i dont see a difference so im trying anna's workouts and they are killer on the legs. tysm anna keep it up u r the workout goddess luv uuuu
