    Remember everyone stores fat in different areas and there is no study that spot reduction of fat is effective. However this workout increase your fat burn and target your ab and thigh muscles.

    ok so I'm gonna try and do this once every day. wish me luck!
    started: 72kg, 163 cm
    Day 1 ✅ It was the longest 30 mins of my life. I felt so exhausted and sweat buckets.
    Day 2 ✅ It was still really long for me, and water break felt like heaven.
    Day 3 ✅
    Day 4 ✅ It was less tiring for me this time, and the water break felt quite early. Still sweat a lot.
    Day 5 ✅ The workout felt like it ended faster. I'm more used to the exercises now. It was noticeably easier this time!
    Day 6 ✅ Felt more tired today, maybe because I just woke up and hadn't eaten anything.
    Day 7 ✅ I did it yesterday but forgot to update. I noticed I'm more used to the exercises now.
    Day 8 ❌ Had a 10hr conference and I was too exhausted
    Day 9 ✅
    So far, no visible changes yet. I'll try to keep updating everyday! Stay hydrated, we can do this!
    P.S. I'm not gonna check my weight until I see visible changes.

    This was tough! I was able to keep up until about 40% through. Then my goal was just to do what I can. Once I got 80% into this.. my goal was just to move😂thank you for posting these!

    Your workouts are the best I have seen in years. I'm not young and I have exercised all my life but due to intense and crazy workouts I've done over the years, both my knees are bad.     It may be rainy but I woke up feeling great and ready to exercise. I also had a brand new video just released waiting for me, what a great surprise. I’m still hooked on wrapping up my workout with your 10min cardio jump on my rebounder. Good stuff 🙂💃🏻🙂💃🏻 thank you my dear, you’re a treasure ❤

    Congratulations for some really high quality workouts combining fat burning, calisthenics and pilates elements. I love the fact that you integrate warm-up as well. I have my own extended yoga and stretch routine at the end of my workout but I admit I usually skip any warm-up - till I came across your routine. Thank you, I very much appreciate your videos!

    This was crazy! The exercises seem to be 'easy'...but now, I am not even sure how I will get out of my sportswear, so sweaty 😅😅🥰🥰

    Absolutely loved it. Not repetitive and also a bit different from others that I’ve tried so far, 229 kcal in 30 min, not bad!

    Nice workout, not too hard, except for the balance on one leg and pulse. That I needed to put a hand on a table to help, but other than that 250 active calories, 337 total and a 120bpm average heart rate. This was my second HIIT workout today so nice way to go.

    I loved this workout!! Had me sweating and shaking by the end but I never felt like any movement was so challenging I had to give up. I also felt my obliques working which is rare for me! Thank you!

    I’ve been out of the workout game for a while and don’t have easy access to a gym so here I am! I appreciate it being on Yotube to “go at your own pace”. Plan on incorporating this three times a week along with my arm workouts I do every day! Here we go!!!

    Yeah! just completed this for 2nd time loved it. After trying other videos which switch moves quickly this one gives enough time on each move to really feel the burn. Again i feel my arms got more of work out than my legs and abs.
