    Hi Eleni. I like the all standing HIIT routines. I feel wonderful now. I'm pleased my balance is improving, apart from the quad stretches at the end. I keep practicing in the kitchen. The music is excellent as always, particularly one song you use. I don't know what it called, but I call it the numbers song (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). It's very catchy. Thanks for keeping me fit.

    Hi Eleni, this is a super cardio workout. I just burned 287 cal. According to my Apple Watch. Even my toes are sweaty after this. For a whole week I tried your standing workouts I lose 2.5 kg with a diet. Just to make sure, which program should I choose for my watch?
