    All right, all right, 10 mins in and I'm like 'I got this', 20 mins in and I'm DYING!!! I could not finished it, but I gave those 35 minutes my maximum. Happy I did. Next time I will smash it whole! Thanks for this routine.

    That's my kind of Workout Eleni!
    All Standing, Cardio High, Intensity, Jumpy Workout.
    Best to keep it simple/clear but challenging/intense to execute and follow along.
    If only I had more space in my room without bumping painful into furniture or bed...

    I found myself can do more and more all standing w jumping exercise in Eleni's workouts... Besides my thighs really grow much stronger after following Eleni 2yrs, the workouts design w some "affordable jumping" (to me) let me enjoy this kind of workouts as well. Thanks a lot! 🥰🥰🥰

    That was a sweaty routine Eleni. I managed some of the easier balance exercises. I didn't attempt to touch the floor while standing on one leg, but managed to balance for most of the 40 seconds. Must be a sign of some improvement. Looking forward to your next class.

    25 mins, getting super sweaty 249 calories later I'm done lol. I couldn't finish the workout but happy to burn those cals. I'll try to finish april program. Let's see whats going to happen. Thank you! Your workouts not boring, not so hard to do it.

    I love your exercises, i had caeserean section 3 years back, which lying down exercises still brings some pain to my C-section area, your work out motivated me and your steps are all good and makes work out less painful for me..

    Great one to get in some fun cardio the day after strength training! 😊
    Sometimes in this kind of workout videos, the moves are too complex for me so I can't keep track & just get frustrated... Laugh all you want, but I just never took any interest in, like, dancing & stuff 😅
    But this one worked really well for me! 😍Not too complex but still lots of variety to keep things interesting! 💚Some balance work sprinkled in too which is so beneficial! 🙏

    Not high intensity for me but still love it! Mostly low impact moves with higher ones! And lots of new combo moves for me!

    first day I did the 20 min dance workout felt so good after it I managed to finish it although I haven't worked for along period
    today I did the 40 min workout cause I didn't want to do a sit down one, it was hard but I am commited to moving at least an hour a day and i found the dance workout to be the best to do so when am not feeling like working out
    I went back to working out 4 days ago cause I gained a lot of weight 77kg and my goal is 64kg.
