Ooh I loved this. I added 2 pound ankle weights and alternated between 1, 2 and 3 pounds in my hands. Definitely sweaty! Thank you and I love the color combo on your outfit. I would LOVE if you started a store front with your outfits to order them, and I believe you get a commission with some brands. Just a thought now that you hit a million!

Hi Eleni. I haven't been following you videos for a bit now. Exercising took a a break after Ramadhan and Eid. You're as lovely and graceful as ever and I've just finished this particular workout. As always, a beginner's workout is never a normal beginner's workout with Eleni. You're a hard taskmaster. I'm practically in a downpour of sweat but loving every minute of it! I know and I can feel that you have put much thought in every move to be deceptively simple but painfully effective. Hehe. Thanks Eleni.

Oh Eleni, that was cheeky! Making all of your regulars think that the actual effect of the workout would be less intense, where the "beginner" really referred to the complexity of the exercises in the workout.
