I used to avoid full body workouts and would only stick to all standing ones, but I changed my strategy lately and noticed how my core strength improved. Please keep releasing full body workouts (just less side planks please 😅). Thank you so much for your work! ❤
Good for you. Body weight floor exercises are very beneficial. There was only 1 set of modified side planks near the beginning of the workout. I didn't notice any others.
Świetny trening choć jak dla mnie trochę za ciężki, niektóre ćwiczenia musiałam zamienić na łatwiejsze. Ale i tak jestem dumna, że wytrwałam do końca. Choruje na SLE, dzięki Twoim treningom czuje się świetnie, przestają mi boleć stawy😊 więc nie przestaję ćwiczyć, wierzę, że dzięki temu nie dam się chorobie💪
