I was in a pretty bad car accident and have gained a lot of weight due to a broken back. I am recovered but now need a workout that I can adjust to my needs. Also, both knees are blown so no jumping or bending too deep. I was able to complete this work out today and I feel successful. Thank you from the deepest part of my heart.

This was the best cardio dance workout I think I've found on CZcams. There is even a water break! That paired with the warm-up and cool-down shows, this video was well planned and executed. The timer really helps pass the time and not psyche myself out too and I love that it shows what is next before it starts.

I'm 25 and I'm fit compared to the average person, and this was still a great workout for me! You're by far my favorite to follow. I love that you just jump right into the workout and don't talk throughout it. It makes the time go by so much faster. Sometimes I just want to workout, not have someone talking my ear off the whole time! Ha!

Excellent! Love the walking dance. 💃I keep doing your other walking dance these few days. They are knee friendly but can still burn a lot of calories! What's more, really appreciated the well-designed warm up in every workout. This time 30 sec without rest but have a water break in the middle, good! 😄

This is a great workout. I have to get my exercise done first thing in the morning or I won't do it. This was very challenging but very manageable. Thank you. This is a definite keeper.
After a long time I dont have the same happiness to do workouts I done this and i really enjoy it. I make 4000 steps and this is perfect. I think with light dumbells will be great for the upper body!
I just finished this workout, following it perfectly as shown in the video. I definitely didn't hit 5,000 steps or burn 400 calories, not even close. According to my Apple Watch (set to Indoor Walk), I did about 3,500 steps and burned 249 active calories, totaling 300 overall.
Anyway, the workout didn't feel bad at all. I broke a decent sweat, and when you're not feeling super motivated to exercise but still don't want to just sit around, it's a good compromise. :)
I was looking for this coment, I don't have apple watch but i was curious about how many steps aprox will be done with this and according with what you are saying its pretty ok for a frendly workout.
I got 4000 steps in from doing this video. It's raining today so this kept me active.... No excuses....I truly enjoyed the video.

This was a perfect workout for today, I feel like I have a flu, but really needed something to pick me up without too much effort. There was no squats, lounges or leg lifts, just a fun, dancy workout that flown by so quickly!! thank you :)

It was too snowy for me to go on my run today so I tried this. I am not coordinated enough for the box steps hahaha! This was more of a dance work out than I had expected. Had fun. Never got too intense.

I enjoyed this. 4200 steps and 143 active calories. I’m 56, 5’5”and 115 lbs. I know everyone is different but the calories were far less than expected. Heart zone stayed in zone 1 and zone 2. Again this was fun and enjoyable but I feel I need to exercise again today to get a bit more done.

Yesterday I did this the first time and today is the second time. I work remotely and struggle with depression so i dont go out much. I recently started to gain a lot of weight from my inactive daily routine. I have a goal to reach at least 2000 steps a day and never seem to reach it. But thanks to this video I am able to reach my goal and more. Before I struggled to reach 700 steps and today i can safely say i reached 5600. Whoo! Thank you for the video!

great workout, just what I need for now. due to medical reasons I am not able to do intense workouts. ten minutes is great because I sometimes do not feel like working out for 20-30 minutes.
We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. czcams.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.
